Preston Estate Planning recently updated my parents' estate plan and did a fantastic job. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and prepared an estate plan that perfectly fits my parents' needs. They carefully guided us through the process and made everything easy for my elderly parents. They clearly and promptly answered all of our questions, and their excellent staff was always helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Preston Estate Plannning.

Multiple members of our family have used Preston Estate Planning and each of us had an excellent experience. The attorneys are top notch and the entire staff is very professional and personable! Their knowledge and expertise in planning and executing our family trust and advanced directives was invaluable. The entire process was simple and handled in house with only a few visits to the office. All documentation is organized in a binder for easy access as well as digitized files. We highly recommend them for any estate planning services.

My husband and I had John Preston set up our Estate Plan in 1995. When my husband died in 2005 the paperwork to change the trust to only me, went very well with the support of the Preston staff. I am 92 now so I trust that when I die my children will have the same experience.
I appreciate the yearly checkups and the monthly presentations of useful information. I like that you are only a phone call away and my questions have always been answered in a timely manner.
