I've worked with Preston Estate Planning for over a decade. The firm, its policies, and its procedures are incredibly well organized and have instilled a sense of discipline in my own planning. They offer yearly reviews of my trust and its funding, ensuring proper titling of all assets - important since I have a portfolio of private equity holdings. The firm is proactive in its inputs and all staffers are incredibly friendly and emngaged. I compare this performance to a prior Bay Area law firm which helped me put together a will and related documents, following which I never heard from them again. John and his team are always available and they routinely offer their clients training and updates on new laws and tax developments. We have been members of Preston for several years. During covid forced to go to zoom. We miss the in person meetings and rarely listen to online recording. Preston not personal any longer and I'm sure we aren't up to date.
