I have been impressed by, and pleased with, Preston Estate Planning since the first "free, informational lunch" several years ago. The extra layers of security and protection in a Preston TRUST are outstanding. The lawyers and staff are top-notch and very responsive to questions and requests. I have watched the monthly Webinars regularly, and have shared a couple of them. Very informative! Thank you to John and the rest of your team for all you do.

Preston Estate Planning far exceeded our expectations! We went in merely to update our Trust/Will since it had been 10 years since we first created it. John spent a good amount of time educating us on current laws and procedures to protect and secure our estate for ourselves, our children and our grandchildren. Included is an important Health Care Directive that lists all of our wishes in the event of an emergency or injury. We cannot express enough how satisfying our experience has been with Preston when compiling our Trust and Will. What was expected to be a confusing and sometimes emotional experience turned out to be a breath of fresh air. Preston employs very professional and knowledgeable attorneys and staff who are always willing to assist in a positive manner no matter the question. The Life Plan Portfolio is very organized and easy to use, and their seminars are always helpful. The initial cost may seem a bit much but trust me, with the amount of work that goes into creating the Trust and all the back and forth questions, it's way worth it. With the passing of my father, I have first-hand experience on their protocol when such a life changing event happens, and I can just say it was seamless the way they helped the family get through the paperwork. I'm convinced Preston will be my Estate Planner for the rest of my life.

The monthly presentations are informative and valuable in keeping us current. We feel confident the trust will facilitate the disbursement of our assets and our wishes will be adhered.

Preston have been great at showing me all the options for my Estate Plan and showing the pros and cons of various aspects. The services do have a cost that is more than I had originally thought but I see it as a good investment as I now have a solid document that will cover most if not all eventualities and protect my assets. The staff have all been very professional and available and personable. I look forward to working with them for many years. Thank you.

This is a very professional company that knows their business. When I call in, a real live person answers the phone!

This law affirm to me seems more like a bunch of con artists. They completely conned my grandfather Into creating a trust with them that was far more geared to a millionaire than an every day person. Charges thousands upon thousands. My mom called asking for help and they told her oh you could do all the leg work to figure it out and they still wanted to charged hundreds to basically file it. It's also been nothing but a headache since he's passed. Almost everyone has said it's absolutely insane that he has this trust. Please do not give them any of your money. They are pretty much terrible people and it's not shocking unfortunately. Regardless of their reply, I stand by my statement. They don't care about you, they care about money and over charging and selling something to you. I highly recommend and suggest you do not go to these people. Like I stated, my grandfather passed, we are the trustee's and it's still been hell at any establishment we have taken this too and almost all banks and companies have stated the trust we have is completely unnecessary and outrageous. So again I recommend you do not go to this establishment.
