JM Preston and his team did an excellent job providing answers to our many questions, and ultimately creating a life plan portfolio, with all the documents we needed for a living trust and medical power of attorney. They provided a webinar to introduce us to their services, and once we met with JM, we were able to set things in motion, and to have the living trust in a very timely manner. Everything was explained in everyday language, and then written up in legal terminology. I also dealt with JM Preston to settle the estate of my father and was pleased with the guidance and support throughout the process, making a difficult time easier. I highly recommend Preston Estate Planning!

My parents had a trust prepared by Preston Estate Planning over thirty years ago. When my mom passed away three years ago, everything that my parents shared with my sisters and I about the process, the guidance, and the benefits of having this trust, we experienced first hand. It is true, Preston Estate Planning is comprehensive and financially beneficial. I was so impacted that my husband and I decided to have our trust prepared by Preston Estate Planning. We have a minor child. The process was not impersonal like filling out a template. It was a series of thoughtful discussions with attorneys designed to help us clarify our wishes on areas from guardianship to health care directives and everything in between. Finalizing the process was straightforward, we received the documents and specific step by step instructions from an amazing staff on how to finalize them. The process spanned several months and now that we have completed it, I am thankful. I have peace of mind. If something were to happen to either my husband or myself, my daughter will be taken care of and responsible family members know what they need to do. Thank you.

We really like the "Advance Health Care Directive" on the emergency medical information card. We don't have to fill out all the forms from each doctor/ group we see. And if we're away from home it would be easy for any medical office to access. if necessary. I rest easy knowing the Preston office is very competent in taking care of everything for us. Whenever we've called we get our answers right away. Love this group of people!

I do not wish my comments to be made public. My experience with Preston Planning has been very satisfactory. It's been 30 years. The last time probably over 10 years ago. Sure hope I haven't left out anything. I'll be 99 in a couple weeks, and yes still using the computer. However, I could not find the survey today when I was ready to take it. Marion G. Leslie
