As of 2/1/2023, I will have been a client of Preston Estate Planning for 30 years. During that time they have done an outstanding job of guiding my late wife and I through the process of keeping our trust updated and current. They always did this in a very client friendly and congenial manner. When my late wife passed away, they patiently "hand walked" and guided me through the process of setting up 2 successor trusts to replace the original joint trust. There are no adequate words to describe my appreciation for the excellent work and outstanding staff of Preston Estate Planning!

As a semi-retired CPA, I have had exposure to other firms' estate planning services. By comparison, I have found that Preston Estate Planning Life Plan product to be comprehensive and fairly priced. I have had my Preston Life Plan documents reviewed by my financial advisors at Fidelity Investments and they also concur. They provide monthly webinars on various estate planning topics and semi-annual workshops to explain the contents of the Life Plan portfolio (includes living trust, pour-over will, health directives, HIPPA, various types of Power of Attorneys, etc) which I find very helpful. These webinars are recorded and the Prestons highly recommends that my successor trustees and POAs watch so that they can have an understanding of the various documents in my Life Plan portfolio. I highly recommend Preston Estate Planning to be considered for one's estate planning.

Being older and having a legal background, I have self-created as well as purchased several will and trust packages over the decades.  None of my past experiences compare to the first-class service and top-drawer provided by Mr. Preston and his firm. The Preston program begins with education.  You are told the several ways in which many trusts fall short, including for me my important concerns about (1) my spouse surviving me, remarrying, and our estate going to that new spouse instead of our children and (2) our kids losing their inheritance due to divorce or lawsuit. Next a comprehensive interview occurs over Zoom.  Shortly afterwards you receive an incredibly well thought-out package of materials that includes follow-up, free mobile notary, and idiot-proof instructions.  Then you return your plan in a prepaid box and Preston makes a copy, puts everything in order, and returns your plan. Lastly, you are given the option to add an affordable maintenance program that includes free updates, educational webinars, and free estate plans for your kids.  The first year is free. I liked this add-on program, and signed up for it. Despite the comprehensive nature of the Preston program, it cost materially less than I paid for my previous, far less inclusive estate plan.  I now recommend the Preston law firm to everyone who asks me who to see about an estate plan.

Everyone at Preston that I have worked with is professional and thorough, always pleasant and courteous. Could not imagine a better team to work with.

As usual, these seminars are so thought-provoking and keep me up to date in this world of uncertainty. Since my husband passed away recently, Preston Estate Planning has been invaluable in making sure my trust reflects what I want it to in regard to my family.
