I don't usually get legal advice from things I see on the internet, but I did listen to the Preston webinar and found it to be very informative. In the follow-up free consultation I saw that in this firm, estate planning is what they do, it is not just a desk off to the side of a bigger enterprise. I was particularly impressed with the fact that it was a life plan, not just a death plan, and provisions for the possibility of disability were also considered and addressed, so I decided to have the plan I had updated. I am pleased with the result, and with the follow-up like mobile notaries and staff to make sure the things that are supposed to be in the trust are there. I was pleased with my experience, and recommend them.

I found Preston of more value when there were quarterly in-person seminars. I would prefer a learning experience in person rather than an experience where I have to ask questions and have no idea what questions to ask. Additionally, my internet does not always comply with the online experience or even looking up the website. I tried the online approach once and it was virtually useless for me. I truly wish that Preston would go back to the original format; I felt my almost $300 a year was more worthy of the expense in the past.
