Very pleased with how Mr. Baxter handled my case. He’s honest and direct to the point, which I like since every other lawyer promises you the moon in order to get you to sign a contract with them. I had a complex large civil litigation matter already pending in a District Court in the area. The case was coming to trial and it was evident to me that the trial aspect required a different type of lawyer. Over a period of many weeks I observed every serious civil attorney in Sinton and Rockport and sadly was greatly disappointed in what I found. On the recommendation of an area business person I finally went to watch Mr. Thomas in action. This man is a natural in the courtroom. The jury loved him and when he had to get mean he was pure bulldog. Don't let all of the criminal law stuff fool you. This guy is a natural litigator whether criminal, civil or divorce. He came on board in my civil case which then went to trial. While not disclosing too much, our claim was on a promissory note which was for more than $3,000,000.00. On the morning of the second day, after he finished with the two principal defendants, they asked for a recess and the matter settled within an hour. At that point they were dead and they, and their attorney, knew it.

My experience at Mardirosian & Mardirosian law firm has been wonderful. I had my first case with Margait about 5 years ago and the second one was recently. She works super fast to finish up your case, very powerful and knowledgeable attorney and I really have not seen any attorney like her. I am a former police officer who was injured during a defensive training class in which ultimately resulted in a career ending back surgery. I applied for disability retirement through the city that I worked for and I was advised to seek legal council. When I met with Mr. Sapourn he was very honest with me as he explained that he had never been hired for a case such as mine. He assured me that he would work hard and do his homework on this case but couldn't guarantee the outcome. During the process Mr. Sapourn was very informative and would answer any questions or concerns that I may have had. He was always on time and prepared for every meeting that we had with the city. Simply put, David Black is among the very best in North Florida at his work. I was the victim in a rear end auto collision that caused significant and permanent damage to my spine, and suffered chronic and serious injuries as a result. I initially went to another firm that is very well know, and the two experiences couldn't be more different. While the other firm was very friendly and available during the initial sign up, everything changed once I was a client. The attorney who represented me felt a phone meeting was sufficient for our first consult instead of a face to face, and I only spoke with him personally twice over a period of nearly two years as a result. The entire time my case languished (unknown to me as I was solely focused on my recovery) and I was constantly ignored, call backs were always from a different aid at best, and they insisted I would have surgery to correct the issue if I ever wanted a significant recovery, or else the case was worth very little, despite major and devastating injuries. Eventually I tired of the disfunction and began searching for a new attorney. I came across David after researching many firms carefully, and once he agreed to meet with me face to face to go over my case (without any signed client agreement yet), upon meeting him I know he was the right fit immediately. Within approximately 9 months David was able to successfully negotiate a settlement with both my and the at fault driver's insurance, out of court and without ever filing a lawsuit for the policy limits of both. Throughout the entire process he was always available, responded to multiple emails in the same day, and navigated multiple complexities due to specific factors of my case with grace and ease. Humble, intelligent, and warrior are words that cross my mind when I think of David Black. He is as easy to talk to as another shopper in a grocery store, and highly efficient. I simply cannot say enough good things about David R. Black. I would recommend him to anyone and he will be the only personal injury lawyer I would ever use in North Florida again. My case was really messed up before I was referred to K. Wick. I had years of neck pain, an undiagnosed neck fracture which resulted in cervical fusion. She took on a difficult medical case for me and settled in an impressive manner, very diligent in her work.
Karin Wick really listens to your problems; I know I can be very repetitive and would exasperate the best of them! But she showed no signs of being impatient, unlike other attorneys I know.

The football is in the air coming straight toward Greenbays man at first contact. Greenbay jumps gets full hand clamp on football. Greenbay is about 2 1/2 Ft off the ground. Seattle has to shift left & jump. Both men are in the air, Seattle about a foot lower then Greenbay Now look at Seattles man his arms & hands. Seattles left hand is on the inside right forearm of Greenbays right arm at or just above the bend in the arm. The right hand goes to the outside of the right fourarm behind the wrist about 1 3/4 seconds after the interseption. As Greenbays man bends his arms back,Seattles man slides left & bends hand back towards facemask for hand position for back of ball. Right hand leaves right outside of right forearm of Greenbay to ware to go top bottom or front position. Recheck the replay with in mind.

Jeff is truly a Lawyer that you should and will be honored to have on your case. After numerous tries to have a Lawyer listen to my case I gave up. But one day I got a call from Atlee Hall and it was Jeff and his paralegal that was on the other line to listen to me because my mother had reached out and told my story. Jeff is an amazing lawyer, he is very very intelligent but not arrogant. He has always gone above and beyond what I thought a lawyer should've. Over the past 4 years, he was always their for me and my family! He is Professional, Patient and Passionate in all he does. We turned to attorney Jeffrey Gutkowski when other attorneys declined to help us get justice for our daughter. He was very understanding and made sure he had all the details. Mr. Fieger represented my two daughters for injuries that they suffered in a car accident. It was a limited tort case requiring proof of serious and permanent injury. Nefi was great for my case and an OUTSTANDING attorney! Nefi and his team met with us occasionally and kept great communication throughout the whole process. My case ended up going to trial and I did not know Nefi was going to be a part of it but if I could have a recording of the trial to show people how good of an attorney Nefi really is and how he destroyed the cop involved in my case and ultimately got the case dismissed before the jury even got involved then I would be sharing it all over social media! I have used Will Sutton twice. The first time my wife was T boned and injured. The insurance company tried to get my wife to settle for $1000.00 by telling her this is what most people do. Short story Will step in and made it easy to get the medical help and totaled car taken care of stress free. He was true to his word and showed great integrity.
The 2nd time i used him a neighbors dog got out and attacked my cat in my yard. I ask him to pay which he did and then went on a review site and wrote a negative review about the company I own.
