Mr. Pisano fought my insurance company for seven years. He has extremely experienced certified trial attorneys working with him. The insurance company wouldn't settle which was not a concern for Mr. Pisano who picked a jury and tried my case to verdict. He convinced a judge to try the case all over again after the jury came back with a ridiculously low verdict. I couldn't believe it!
Mr. Pisano tried the case all over again receiving a very large verdict from the second jury. He then convinced the doctors to waive significant portions of their fees so that I was finally compensated.
He doesn't quit until his client's interest are fully protected. I would highly recommend this lawyers to others.

Unreal energy! The amount and quality of legal work this individual handles is incomparable. He never stops pushing on behalf of a client, regardless of the size of the case. Today I received the amazing news that Mr. Pisano convinced a panel of three judges to reverse a trial judge's ruling, which of course means I will receive the settlement I was always entitled to. Doug Kaplan agreed to represent me in a Worker's Compensation case. After our first meeting my wife and I felt that we had consulted the right attorney and firm. Doug kept me fully informed of conversations between my employer, their insurance company. I was in a car accident in 2020 that left me with a back injury that I'd been, and continue to, suffer with daily. After a very low-ball contingent settlement offer from the guilty party's insurance company, I opted to seek legal counsel. I found this firm via a Yelp search, and was connected with Michelle Schill. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very communicative and helpful, even though my case wasn't a very large one at all. She didn't give up on getting me a fair settlement, so I could avoid going through a lengthy and expensive litigation. Although I hope I don't need her services again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Michelle to handle anyone's personal injury case. You'll be met with sensitivity, care, and a bit of humor!

Tim was the hired attorney who represented me during a very contentious time with my son's mother over the details of our child support and time sharing agreement which had to be amended during a career transition 10 years ago. Who said you can't recover on a Diminished Value Claim? I was rear ended on the Golden Gate Bridge. After seven months of runaround from the at fault Insurance Co. resulting total unresponsiveness, I made one call to Sami. I sent all of my documentation and emails to him, and wallah! Jon took on my case after I was already 1 1/2 years into my claim. Most of the funds in my case were already depleted. My case/injury was small in comparison to most other cases but that didn’t matter! I was always given the attention and effort that I needed. Any phone call that couldn’t be answered immediately, was always returned, even if Jon was done for the day and driving home. He never left me hanging.
