Peter is an amazing attorney. He really is a miracle worker. Long story short I met with a bankruptcy attorney, Ralph Goldberg, to discuss my options for filing a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Without my permission or knowledge Mr. Goldberg filed chapter 7 bankruptcy which I had NOT authorized. Mr. Goldberg told me the filing could not be withdrawn. Peter was recommended to me by another attorney . I met with Peter & he agreed to take my case. He was able to get the false chapter 7 bankruptcy filing removed & undo the damage done by Mr. Goldberg. I highly recommend Peter.

Peter and his associate attorney assisted me through my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and represented me at the trustee meeting. Very efficient. Very timely and helpful with email communication. Price was half what some of the other attorneys are charging (which I suppose MIGHT be justified in very complex cases). Mine was fairly straightforward, but it was still a bankruptcy, so to not be saddled with MORE financial burden (of an over-priced attorney) was a big relief.

I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. I was referred by a friend to attorney John P. Burns of the law offices of John P. Burns. John Burns and his staff took excellent care of me and my case. They also referred me to a nearby medical facility which gave me excellent medical care without me having to pay any out of pocket charges. John and his staff were always responsive and attentive to me during the case. My phone calls were always answered promptly. What an experience it has been. I was rear-ended at high speed by a truck on the freeway. My car was smashed and both my wife and I were both hurt badly. Things only got worse when my own insurance company tried to delay my claim while they “investigated” what had happened.
I said enough is enough. I got out the phone book and found John Burns in the yellow pages. John Burns and his excellent staff got things moving right away. They got a fair settlement for the damage to my vehicle. They also helped me to get the treatment I needed and they got me a fair settlement for my injuries. I was in a terrifying accident. I was hit by a car while crossing the street in a cross walk. I was knocked into the air, and my head actually hit the car before I was thrown to the pavement, I was badly hurt, with injuries including a broken collar bone, a concussion and numerous abrasions. Emergency Medical Services took me to the emergency room and I had to spend the night in the hospital. It was a painful injury and it took time to recover.
I knew that I needed someone with experience to handle my case. John P. Burns and his Orange County, CA team knew exactly what to do. I had never been involved in an accident. I take great pride in my driving record and have not had moving violation tickets, no accidents since I’ve gotten my license 20 years ago. Until recently when I got rear ended while at a stop light. I was recommended by a friend and he recommended I contact Asa Yashar. I was skeptical at first and hesitant because I was confused, angry I had all these questions. After talking to Asa Yashar he broke it down to the simplest terms. Asa worked very quick to get all the information from the police report, and very quick to get me to a physical therapist. I felt comfortable and all my concerns were addressed. I cannot say enough how thankful I am when I met Jacob Emrani. Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident three weeks ago and Jacob was so helpful and consistent, from start to finish. Got a leg injury and was confined at the hospital for a week. Marc Breakstone provided more comfort and a peace of mind than I could have ever imagined. A little over a year ago, I was in a very serious taxi accident as a passenger- and almost 5 months pregnant. I was petrified for the health of my baby. I was completely overwhelmed with having to undergo a spinal fusion because my back was broken over several L sections. And I had an 11 month old at home that I could no longer take care of on my own. We had literally just bought a house 5 months before, and that accident literally caused my family's world to crumble. And if you are in a similar boat, you can relate- I have never felt so helpless and depressed, I needed to find a lawyer ASAP that I could trust with the well being and future security of my family. I was literally boggled of where to begin, as I have never been involved in a law suit before. And insurance contracts/ lingo/ etc was just so foreign to me. I found 4 lawyers total that I read reviews on from the internet OR was recommended by family friends. I found Marc on some Google search- and that made me a tad nervous because I am a little more "old school" than that. However, I called his office and after speaking to him directly ( which was literally about 5 min after I called, he returned my message )....I instantly felt at ease with him. There is something about his personality that is very direct, yet patient with explaining options/ the law/ advice. Marc was also willing to talk to my husband and a family friend who has legal background from another state trying to help me. So, I conservatively met with him and 3 other lawyers in person, and Marc was the only one I felt was both "down to earth" and at the same time extremely aggressive/passionate when it came to ensuring that my claim was heard properly by the parties concerned. We chose Marc to represent me, and I am SO HAPPY we did. Let me tell you this- If you want somebody that is approachable- choose Marc. If you want someone who will fight for you like he has known you for your whole life, choose Marc. And if you understand that you need someone who is that bit aggressive/confident in making his point, on your behalf, choose Marc. My husband felt that Marc would be a "lion in the ring " for us. Also, I want to add that I live in NYC...I was hit in MA during a weekend away. So I was nervous having the distance away from someone who is representing me. If by chance that is you- dont worry about it. Marc is literally so accessible. I also dont feel like I could write this review without mentioning- Christine Roberts. Marc's executive assistant is a rock star. She reflects his standards of extreme professionalism with a streak of warmth. I could keep writing about all the positive experiences I had along the way with Marc, but I will sum it up this way. A very hormonal pregnant woman, with a baby at home, was hit by a taxi and had to undergo a 7 hour spinal fusion surgery, learn how to walk again, and deal with the pain of the accident/surgery thoughout her pregnancy while accepting the fact she could no longer lift her one year old at home, bathe him, clean up after him etc. ** I am writing this review about one year from the accident and post settlement. I am still so incredibly emotional about that night and everything that happened....But I am still a bit proud that during this complete disaster and at times, what I honestly thought was depression and a breakdown mentally, I was still able to see that Marc would fight for me. And he did. And he will for you. He is just so passionate about his job...and you will come to see glimpses of his personal life that you know this is just a good guy. I look at my daughter now and I thank god for my neuro team, my OB team, and my lawyer. While my doctors really provided such wonderful physical care...Marc was really there as a rock- I let put all my anxiety on his shoulders and he delivered back a secure future. He will forever be part of our family story now.

Enormous thanks to Vickie Sakamaki and the Okura team for handling my mother's estate. They were always on top of everything, super helpful answering questions, and frankly they saved us a lot of money from what I've found.
While not a specifically a complex estate, we had the problem of her passing during lockdown and all the beneficiaries being on the mainland. I had a consultation with George and let me tell you, my gut told me to hire him in that moment. Mr. J T Hagans was an absolute miracle in my life. I had gotten into a car accident not too long after my sister had passed away and then shortly after I was diagnosed with a heart condition. When a car hit me, I just went blank and I didn't know where or what to do. I just kept driving which was a wrongdoing on my part. However, not only was he emotionally supportive and understanding, but he was was professional and provided me with knowledge about the law and what I could possibly be facing in terms of fines and fees. He basically broke every single thing down for me. He answered every phone call and email as busy as he was to reassure me that everything would be alright. He guided me throughout the entire process. If there is ANY attorney that I could ever recommend to a person whom is facing a traffic violation of some sort, I would STRONGLY recommend this humble, kind, intelligent and wonderful man. He is trustworthy and honest. I hate to say it but not many attorneys truly conduct their business in this fashion. What struck me most was that it was not so much about the dollar for him. Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings. Gisel was great as she kept me informed about my case and gathered all the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. I’m forever grateful for Jeff Badgley and his team for assisting me. When my vehicle was torpedoed by a Broomfield City transit van, that failed to signal before diving into my lane, I immediately contacted Hull & Zimmerman for advice on how to proceed. Rick Hull courteously helped and advised me throughout the long, drawn-out process.
Mr. Hull very much went against my common expectations that contacting an attorney would immediately trigger an expense that I could in no way afford. Instead, before the question of payment was even touched upon, Rick spent a great deal of time with me on multiple occasions on the phone and via email to guide and advise me through the steps I must take before even considering hiring an attorney.
I highly recommend Rick Hull to anyone in search of an honest and trustworthy legal representative, and conclude with his own words that for me solidify why I would never recommend any other personal injury law firm: "I know it is not instant gratification, but do it once and do it correctly...Good luck and always know that I am here for you on this or any other matter." I hired Mr. Wade to expedite my divorce after being with an ill-prepared attorney for 1 1/2 years in which I didn't get past the discovery stage. I got quick results with Mr. Wade and my divorce was finalized after 4 months. His support staff quickly responded to all my emails and returned my calls. Mr. Wade is very experienced and knowledgeable and found an error in a filing by my ex-spouse's attorney and took immediate action on her behalf which saved me money and didn't prolong the divorce proceedings. He is involved in all the cases in his firm. It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp Injury that I sustained at my work place.
