Attorney Shapiro took the case of a man who got crushed by a tree which the company was at fault for cutting the tree wrong . David died several times on the way to the hospital. He had many years of rehabilitation Mr Shapiro made sure everything got taken care of down to the last detail of him setting up long-term payments through all of the compensation he got as a result of this terrible tree accident. He not only set up David but he set up his children and his family and thanks to him to this day we're still being taken care of because of his kindness and thoughtfulness and professionalism as well as being a good friend. I was referred to TPMB and Sam Carl via a different firm while I was looking for a personal injury lawyer due to a serious cycling accident. If you have ever had the need to seek our representation you know how overwhelming the process can be and how difficult it is to know if you are making the right choice given the vast array of options at your disposal. Complex life altering injuries are scary enough, and if they involve negligence on the part of large well known corporations its even more intimidating. At the time TPMB was newly founded and little information about the firm existed, but after speaking with Sam and TPMB partners I felt reassured in my decision to retain them. He immediately jumped into action gathering time sensitive evidence and set realistic expectations every step of the way. His advice and recommendations over the course of 2 years were invaluable and ultimately played a big factor in being able to secure a favorable multi-party settlement prior to trial. Sam was always available and willing to answer questions or offer his professional point of view, even outside of traditional office hours if need be and his calm but diligent demeanor kept things moving with the minimal amount of stress. He was able to accomplish this with the uncertainty of Covid and disruptions to the legal system as a backdrop. I'd have no reservations recommending him or TPMB to those in a situation similar to mine.

Sam is a very genuine person. 100% transparency. No cause of concern. 100% trustworthy. Always has client's best interest in mind. All options will be on the table and all the pros and cons, clearly stated. Final decision is mine and he will value it. If you get charged with a felony in ky you need Paul Dickman on your side. He is worth every penny he charges. He will do everything he tells you he will. He's always available to talk or text which most lawyers won't give u the time of day. Don't make a mistake and not choose Paul. I first hired another attorney for less money. I fired him after the first court date. I then called Paul and he and his team got my charges reduced to a misdemeanor.

Very pleased with the two cases he represented me on. One being a burglary 1st which he got down it to a burglary 3rd on probation. The other being a probation violation from the new charge I got which got ran concurrent with the probation from the new charge. I went from facing ten plus years to five years on probation. Also I could always get ahold of him anytime of day and on weekends.

After a denial of my application for social security disability, I decided to contact Jeff Roberts as we received previous knowledge that he was a very good lawyer for this type of claim. We found this to be totally true. He was very thorough in explaining the process the first day we were there. Then along the way of this process, we were informed of how each step was being handled. Not only was Jeff very professional, but his staff was extremely helpful as well. Questions were answered in language we definitely could understand and phone calls made to the office were returned. Then when my disability was approved, we again received a thorough explanation of the final determination. In March of 2021 I was in a car accident where I was at a dead stop and hit at a speed above 65 MPH from behind.
I was in the ICU with a number of injuries.
I did not have any intention of getting a lawyer, no "lawyering up", I should be able to handle this myself.
But before I was out of my 4 days in the hospital, I was getting calls from 2 different insurance companies telling me my settlement was ready.
That is when I decided to get a lawyer.
I had three different conversations with three different offices.
I picked Scott's office because it asked me one question the others did not, "What are your realistic expectations from the attorney you pick to represent you?
I said I want my hospital bills paid, my car paid for since it was totaled, and my days that I missed work I would be paid.
Scott said that is a realistic expectation and his office could help me.
While the process was long, Scott's office kept me up to date, month to month and even had my own text line so I could contact them.
Also, Scott called me to keep me informed of what was happening.
Bottom-line is he and those in the office treated me with respect and kept to his word in how things would happen.
While I hope I never have another accident, kif I do I will be calling Scott.

No one ever really wants to have to engage an attorney, but if you need one this team is great.
Hannah Conrardy represented us for an auto accident. We asked lots of questions, weren't sure we really needed representation, or whether try to sort it out ourselves. Very happy we didn't try to.
Hannah very patiently answered all our questions, clearly outlined the whole process, made it clear how an attorney can help, and where they can't.
They helped us get treatment quickly, handled all the documentation requests and negotiated with the insurance companies and medical teams.
Hannah or a staff member quickly responded to all our calls or texts, and made us feel like our case and health was important and they wanted to be helpful.
We are very happy that we engaged an attorney after all, and extremely pleased with Snellings Law and the case resolution.
Hope we don't need this kind of help in the future, but if we do, we will definitely use Snellings Law.

I was cited with reckless driving for a minor accident in a rest stop on I-81 in Smyth Co. and needed local expertise, as I have never before had to appear in court and live 6 hours away in Northern Virginia. Jeff Coale handled my case and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I was charged with reckless driving which carries a heavy sentence if convicted. I needed an attorney to represent me. I was pulled over by an NJ trooper for speeding on NJ highway and there was misunderstanding between us (it was my first time to get pulled, I was too nervous and English is not my native language). The officer issued multiple tickets and I was facing license suspension. I called multiple traffic lawyers and Mr. Advani was the only one who listened the whole story patiently and gave me detailed analysis of my situation. He explained the best/worst scenario and what the expected outcome would be. There were more than 3 months between the day of my offense and the final court date, and every time I had a question, Mr. Advani replied timely. During the court date, he waited patiently with me before seeing the judge, and communicated well with the judge. We got the "best case scenario" results: 3 of the tickets were disposed, the total point was reduced to 2 and I kept my license. Mr. Advani is professional and experienced, and he is a nice person. If you are in trouble with the tickets, I would highly recommend him!

I got a ticket a while back for speeding, and I was given a reckless driving on top of it - just a bad situation, that I did not know the full ramifications of, till I hired the services of Vik Advani.
From the very beginning with Vik, there was a clear communication path, with clear details on the tickets, the points, expectations, best and worst case scenarios, insurance impacts, and the timeline. My questions were answered in a timely fashion and I did not experience any concerns, issues, delays etc. - I probably learnt more in my few discussions than I could reading books!
Eventually, at the court trial, my outcome was better than the best case scenario, and Vik's services were worth every penny, which, in the state of NJ with it's speeding laws, are more than generous.
I'd recommend his services without a second thought.

David is a gentleman on top of being a lawyer. As the title said, he has been part of our family for a long time. He treats us with the upmost respect and we treat him the same. He represented me on my recent charge of DUI. It was my first DUI and of others who have it they were shocked of the deal I had got. I advised David that I will plead to any charge as long as I don’t get more then a year probation and I didn’t loose my license. I got exactly that. I don't think there's a better attorney in the entire Southern Indiana and Louisville area.
He fought my case with me for more than two years and never gave up. When I was offered a plea agreement he felt was unfair he explained he explained why he felt this way. From there we continued to fight my case until he was able to negotiate a resolution that left everyone, especially myself, satisfied. There was a time when I was certain that I would be serving a lengthy sentence, but he assured me there were other options and we should keep fighting. Even though I was confident I would be serving a 10-year prison sentence, he was able to negotiate a plea agreement for me that included zero prison time.
More importantly, he never misled me. He acted with honesty, integrity and always helped me understand the process. He never promised me, or anyone I've recommended to him, something he couldn't deliver. David is not the type of attorney that would promise the impossible to a client.
I've encountered several attorneys in the area and I've found nobody understands the laws and court process as well as David.

That’s what I thought about the service rendered by Andrea B Williams. I was in a unique situation and she worked to determine what was needed to resolve my case. She approached every angle to make sure every question or requirement would be addressed. My unmarried daughter died of COVID after delivering a newborn infant by an emergency c-section. The expectation was to be in sedation on the ventilator until are lungs were stronger. She was never able to sign to get the birth certificate and name the father of the child.
