I retained Matt for a slip & fall injury because the insurance company was not working with me. After Matt took my claim over I did not have to do anything. Matt did all the calling, negotiating, and because of his due diligence I received a larger settlement than I thought I was gonna receive. He was always there to answer my questions no matter how many times I called or email him. He was quick to send me an answer and if he didn't have one he found the answer ASAP. I retained Matt Rizzo twice for two auto accident claims. Matt's communication and service to his clients are second-to-none. He always kept me informed about my case. We met a few times before going into depositions and I really felt like he cared about me, my injuries and fighting for my compensation. He always had a plan. Parker took my case in despite it not being in his firms day to day type of case. We went up against a large company that had the resources of 2 different defense terms working for them. After trying to settle and being offered nothing, Parker went into the jury trial and demonstrated his knowledge and stated the facts and proved to the jury the wrong that was done by the company and got every dollar we set out to get. I was in a car accident rear ended back in November 2014 and I was in a lot of stress and hurt. I was referred to Daniel right away. He made me feel like I was very important and that I was not alone in this case. He got me the right treatment with excellent doctors that took care of me throughout my whole therapy and doctor visits. Daniel always kept in touch with me about my case letting me know any updates about my case. He will mainly say you are the boss and he will be right behind you every step of the way. Ever since I have met Daniel I have followed every single advise he has told me to do for my case, and I have no regrets hiring him as my attorney for my car accident. He gives you great advise and options that you may want to follow, he will never pressure you in doing anything you do not feel comfortable doing. We hired Dan Reinfeld to assist us with an auto insurance claim. The insurance company was trying to deny coverage of the entire claim. Dan was very thoughtful in his approach and didn’t give up. He tried multiple strategies and it worked. They reopened the “closed” claim and covered the claim fully. We were able to do this without having to go to court. Dan is a great written and oral communicator with all parties. In addition, he kept us informed and was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries. It’s typically a stressful time if you are seeking an attorney and he made our ordeal much more bearable. I would strongly and without reservation recommend Dan to anyone who needs legal assistance.

I was in a car accident back in 2019, and the driver who hit me was uninsured. I have had 2 previous back surgeries, and this car accident is now causing me to have a 3rd. I contacted Jonathan and he took my case. He not only helped me to get a significant settlement with the uninsured driver (which he did not have to do since this was a case through City Court) but he was able to secure a significant settlement for me through my own insurance company. About a year and a half ago I was hit by a drunk driver and sustained some pretty serious and potentially life-altering injuries. I had a number of phone consultations with lawyers throughout the state (prioritizing competence over geographic proximity). A number of other lawyers I spoke to sounded perfectly competent, but Jon struck me as particularly thoughtful, measured, and precise in his thinking. So I ultimately chose him and am glad I did.
All I can say is that my initial impression of Jon was pretty on point. He is measured and patient in his approach to litigation, which (I think) is an absolutely crucial attribute of a personal injury lawyer, where there is the temptation to get a bit overly aggressive with the opposition and signal impatience, which then might lead to easier, quicker--but ultimately smaller settlements. Point being, Jon is cerebral, patient, and plays the long game.
Further, and maybe most importantly, his ability to formulate strong and well-researched arguments is top-notch. My case was a bit complicated, with a number of moving parts and policies. But throughout the year-or-so process, Jon went up against the legal departments of two big insurance companies, putting forward arguments that were strong enough to get both to fully capitulate (even in a case that was as anything but cut-and-dried as mine was).
There was, however, one negative point with Jon I should mention in fairness. In the little of a year long period I worked with Jon, there was a two-to-three week period where for the life of me I could not get a hold of him. I left numerous voicemails, messages with the secretary, etc, but no luck. After writing an email to him him he promptly responded and explained that he was in the midst of a court-proceeding which was pretty much all-consuming. As demanding as they are, I understood and held nothing against him. (I even debate whether I should include this in my review, but hey, full disclosure.) And after that two/three week lapse of communication he was super prompt in getting back to me and keeping in touch.
All in all, being the tough grader that I am, I'd give Jon a 9.5/10....meaning he's a mere half-point away from being a flawless and ideal attorney to have on your side. I would not only recommend, but *urge* any friend or family to hire Jon.

James kept us very in the loop, always up to date on changes within our case. If we had any questions on the process or what something meant he had a way of using layman's terms that made it easy for us "non lawyers" to understand. James still is a point of contact for us when we have any questions regarding our auto insurance policy, when we're not sure what exactly covers what, as it can be complicated.
Also, our case was completed with settlement in five months, our accident was in September and settlement was given in January. My sister has an ongoing case that has lasted a year now and I told her she should have hired a better lawyer like I did! Oh man am I glad I called these auto accident attorneys. I was in a car accident with an uninsured motorist. I had so many questions and was in need of an accident attorney. Derek Horne walks the talk. After searching for a local Pooler attorney to help me with a local matter I made several phone calls and after speaking with a couple others that only seemed to want my money but couldn't explain exactly how they would handle my situation and didnt have much time to talk before getting paid one of them a former local prosecutor I made my last call to Derek Horne. Derek Horne took the call right away and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me before discusing any money. In 2015 I experienced an awful car accident, lost my job, and to this day continue to suffer from chronic pain. Stephen Sinas came as a recommendation by my family's case manager; highly recommended at that. We've had--unfortunately--unpleasant and horrible experiences with prior attorneys, and thus, were skeptical.
However, since our case manager was fantastic, we took their advice and recommendation and sought out Stephen Sinas. Some skeptics may go by his young appearance, but that is simply not the case.
Mr. Sinas is a real attorney. One that will, and does, fight for his clients and goes the extra mile. He's extremely thorough and does not only do the job as your legal counsel but doesn't make you jump through hoops. He knows the No-Fault Auto law in Michigan well and he definitely does battle against the big name insurance companies.
You're not strung along, waiting for an answer or playing phone tag (while your bill is racking up) like other attorneys. There is no other legal counsel representative you could ask for. Simply put (and biased, by my fantastic experience) he is the best at what he does. He gets the job done and he helps the people.

I recently had the opportunity to watch Tom Scarritt in the courtroom and I was very impressed. It was evident that Tom connected with the jury extremely well and was very comfortable in the courtroom. He did an excellent job of turning complex legal issues, into persuasive, understandable arguments that the jurors could relate to. Tom did a wonderful job and I would recommend him very strongly.

After 2 years of complex litigation, I was beginning to think the legal system in Hillsborough County Florida was a complete joke. After discussing the situation with Tom Scarritt, I realized my legal team of 3 mishandled certain aspects of the case. Since they were with a large statewide firm, this was a tough pill to swallow. There were 2 trials involved in my case. My original team blew the first part of case by mishandling the trial. I fired the original team and engaged Tom Scarritt.
Tom took my bleak situation and completely reversed the tide . At the end of the second trial , the judge told my opponent her assertions of value due her were ridiculous. While no one should be expected to work miracles, Tom Scarritt was able to take our situation to a successful conclusion given our difficult position. Had I employed Tom in the beginning, I am convinced the outcome would have been a complete success. Litigation is a minefield of rules and legal positioning . Tom knows the system inside and out having taught trial lawyers and I recommend him to anyone with a large case.
