If you want a GREAT Lawyer then hire Mr. Andreopoulos. I was in a car accident and rear ended pretty badly and ended up getting lots of medical treatment in the last 4 years. Mr. Andreopoulos worked his tail off for me in the last 4 years with his team and he took care a few things for me related to my accident that required a lot of work from him where he had to go to court quite often for me to speak to the judge and he filed a lot of forms to get things taken care of. In the end, the defense wouldn't settle with us to pay my medical bills and we went to Court. The defense lawyer was very tough but, all of the work and effort Mr. Andreopoulos put with me along with his team paid off and we won our case after a hard battle in Court! If I had hired another Lawyer other than Mr. Andreopoulos, I am pretty confident that I would of lost in court. Mr. Andreopoulos is a very intelligent Lawyer! Hire Mr. Andreopoulos and listen to any advice that he gives you and do as he says! He won't lead you on like some other Lawyers will! He's up front with you! I'm a very happy client right now because of what Mr. Andreopoulos has done for me and because we won the cases! I will hire Mr. Andreopoulos again if I need a Lawyer down the road and I will refer him to anybody that I know that needs a Great Lawyer!

I was T-Boned on the highway, and was scared and in pain. A friend recommended John, so I called him. Immediately, he was able to get me to a phenomenal doctor, that gave me a shot in my arm that relieved the pain temporarily until further tests were done. John was amazing, and very easy to get a hold of. If he wasn't available, his assistant Tammy was so kind and knowledgeable. If there was something she couldn't help me with, John would call shortly after. I couldn't ask for better representation! John and his staff made it so that all I had to do was focus on getting better. He exceeded my expectations, and was able to get me the settlement that I deserved for my injuries. God forbid, but if I ever need a personal injury lawyer in the future, I will call John immediately. It is tough to put into words, my experience with Mr. Stern. From day 1, he knew exactly how to go about moving forward with my case. I was referred to Keith by a friend after getting rear ended on Okeechobee Rd. The situation was a little nerve wracking because I had my daughter and her friend in the car along with our new puppy. We were approaching a stop light slowly and a girl nailed us probably going about 50 mph. Luckily, I have a Suburban so we were totally fine. Keith was fantastic in helping me navigate this process as I didn't have a car for over a month. He was able to handle every single thing for me, and I didn't have to lift a finger. He was able to direct me to someone to check out my neck which was only minority injured and made sure that everything was taken care of. I have never hired a lawyer for something like this before, and he was able to walk me through the whole process. It was very beneficial because I feel like I was absolutely looked after. He would follow up with me to let me know how things had progressed in a timely manner and I never had to worry about any of it.

I highly recommend Zach Thal if you need help navigating an employment concern. I hired Zach and Spencer Thal to represent me in a lawsuit against my employer for gender discrimination, and I am so glad I did. They took my case to trial, and won!
Zach prepared me to be deposed by opposing counsel, and also accompanied me to the deposition. Being deposed is a very stressful and invasive process, but Zach told me what to expect and helped me stay calm. I'm so glad he was there to support me during the hours of questioning.
Zach also prepared me to be a witness for myself during the trial. He developed questions for me to answer to share my story and experience. It was very awkward to tell a jury full of strangers about the emotional pain I suffered as a result of the employment discrimination, but Zach got me through it. When I was being cross examined, he protected me by objecting to irrelevant questions, which I really appreciated.
I urge you to Zach Thal if you think that you are being discriminated against at work. He took me and my case seriously and secured a win for me at trial.

I had a situation with Southern Eye Group in Bay Minette, Alabama where they gave me the wrong prescription and I spent close to $400 getting new lenses, getting a new exam (to determine my real prescription) and the trouble of getting more glasses yet again. I called and called and they flat-out told me they were not reimbursing me and stopped taking my calls. Clearly, a lawyer is too expensive to use for just being owed $400, but Mr. Mitchell worked w/ me anyway.
Before I get into his goodness, I’d like to say that I am melo-dramatic over my principles. I was fully committed to spending money I didn’t have for a lawyer over this nonsense after the way this business treated me. Many lawyers were not available when the paralegals heard my story (due to the lower-tiered financial outcome for the lawyer in question is my guess.) Many are so good (I guess) that they were always in meetings. Mr. Mitchell was available the first time I called and talked directly to me. I promised him no money up front or anything. He genuinely wanted to hear my story and just started advising me right then and there.
He walked me through the entire small claims court process, told me what to do when they defaulted and told me to keep quiet for the next 42 days after I filed the default while the courts work on it so their team of lawyers can’t do anything about it once that grace period passed. Not only has he continued to show me the best routes to take in my specific situation, but he even had me continue to call him to let him know how things were going. I’ve been chomping at the bit to get these reviews out about this man. (I specifically asked him for this website so I could leave the review where HE wanted it.) I wanted to wait until everything was finalized so I could give a full account of all the kindness and advice this sweet man has shown me. I even brought him and his team donuts! He’s so freakin’ nice! I go OUT MY WAY to let folks know about him because his kindness is never-ending. He reminds me of the kindness Alabama USED to show to strangers. Salt-of-the-earth at its best.

Randal took a chance on me when no other attorney would. I had lost my case on a technicality two years prior and NOT A SINGLE attorney would handle my appeal. I forged ahead on my own with help of family and got it overturned. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but I only had to argue that the judge did not do his job. Once it was overturned, I had to actually proved my case. I did not have the legal chops to do that, even though everything that had happened to me was wrong! I missed a hearing because I did something wrong and was not notified, and started to spiral. Again, I contacted so many attorneys for consults. This case was 5 years old, and the size of a mountain and Randal said YES! He fought for me, and when we there were things he wasn't sure he could handle himself...he brought on another attorney at no additional charge to me! Together, these two were my warriors and super heroes! Finally, after 7 years...my case is done and favorable! I cannot thank Randal Hutson enough for taking that chance on me and fighting for what was right!

This review is a pleasure. John Edwards, with his excellent paralegal, Holly Anacleto, has been the blessing that my wife and I needed to get through a very stressful and confusing time. I had been involved in a bad head-on collision that resulted in a year's worth of medical and dental expenses. John advised me from the start that he needed me to take care of myself and my recovery needs, and to let him do what I had retained him to do. I had only to get myself better, and he would take care of the rest. Sure, I had input, and was regularly contacted to ensure that John and Holly had all case information as needed. But I had no worries such as contacting my own insurance company, dealing with the offending driver's insurance, etc. I knew what was going on, and clearly John knew what to worry about so that I didn't have to. I recently had surgery that was very successful. I did not hesitate to let friends, family and acquaintances know that I had the surgery, how excellent the surgery went, who the doctor was and how he had changed my life.

But, have I gone out to friends or acquaintance an tell them that we had just gone through "Bankruptcy," and that we were so fortunate, so blessed to find an attorney that changed our lives. I had tried pursuing legal action with a different lawyer before and it was a nightmare. The lawyer had me gathering all the medical and insurance info and I felt like I was doing all of the work myself.
At the 2 year mark I wanted to throw in the towel. The guy that hit my car at $15,000 insurance cap, my unpaid medical bills had hit $30,000 and my out of pocket expenses had hit $4,000.
Luckily Mike was referred to me by a trusted coworker, and I am so thankful for that. He is relentlessly persistent in not only closing a case, but doing it fairly and in the best interest of his clients. Even that far into it, Mike told me that he felt he hadn't exhausted all avenues and he would like to keep pursuing the claim. I told him go for it but if he ever felt it was a no win situation, to just let me know. I trusted him completely. Not once did he ask me for money. He said my job was to focus on my well-being and that he would handle the rest.

I never thought I would be hit by a car as a pedestrian! But here in LA it’s a real problem with bad drivers texting instead of watching the road! Mike has a desire to be successful in his services and representing myself.
