My accident resulted in injuries including multiple rib fractures and a totaled car. We tried for over a year to work with the at-fault driver’s insurance co thinking we didn’t want to involve attorneys. There was so much back and forth, and the insurance co wouldn’t even make themselves available before 8:30 or after 4:30 because it wasn’t convenient for them. They assigned different reps ranging from ‘Claims Generalist Associate’, ‘Claims General Int (does this mean intern?)’, etc. So frustrating! Then they gave me a lowball offer saying they wouldn’t go higher. I asked close friends for the name of the attorney who had successfully handled their case decades ago – Attorney Fehring.
From the first contact with Attorney Fehring and his paralegal Shannon, they handled my case respectfully and professionally; advising what they thought and outlining options. In the end, they were able to secure far more than we were while they handled all the interactions.

Larry was recommended to me by a co-worker after I had been injured in an automobile accident. Laurence Fehring has my unequivocal and enthusiastic recommendation. I have a difficult time envisioning an individual who chooses Mr. Fehring and comes to second-guess the decision.
My knowledge of the Milwaukee legal community runs broad and deep. A car accident at the end of calendar year 2012 -- caused by the negligence of another driver -- left me with injuries, bouncing around from physician to physician and from one physical therapy session to another. Mr. Fehring's name found its way to my "short list" of lawyers for a potential representation.
After one preliminary consultation I knew he was the lawyer I wanted. In our initial meeting he manifested kindness, authenticity, amiability, strong listening skills, and more than a measure of wisdom. As time unfolded he proved to be especially -- in some circumstances nearly instantaneously -- responsive to all inquiries I posed via email. No less important, the team of assistants with which he works consistently struck me as every bit as diligent, skilled, and caring as Mr. Fehring, bespeaking (I am speculating here; but I'm comfortable doing so) the talent he and his partners have for training others.
My claim against the insurer of the negligent driver settled out prior to any complaint being filed -- as Mr. Fehring had indicated in our initial meeting is the case with more than 85% of the representations he undertakes. I was pleased it did -- even though, at times, my anger at the negligent driver engendered in me the desire to tell my story on the witness stand.
To repeat, to my mind Laurence Fehring is both an outstanding lawyer and a terrific person. Having the two rolled into one makes for a can't miss choice.

I slipped and fell on ice at a business that didn't take precautions for their patrons safety on the sidewalks or parking lot. I was hurt quite badly. I was treated rudely by the manager and made to feel like it was my fault I fell and was humiliated! My sister convinced me to call an attorney for advise because of my injuries. I looked up attorneys and made a call. I told him what happened and he said that Lloyd Herman is the attorney I need to get in contact with. I called him and right away he took action. The very next day he went out to the place I fell and took pictures of where I fell. He could prove that the grounds had ice and snow build up and was not safe for the people walking on it. He had me see the doctors I need to see for my injuries and at times drove me to my appointments. He was absolutely wonderful. Lloyd Herman and his staff treat you like family and honestly care about what you are going through. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for a lawyer and a good person, smart, knows exactly what to do and does it. If you need to make a call it only takes one! Lloyd Herman. ONE CALL THATS ALL! My case seemed to be impossible with having been turned down by 6 other law firms since the auto accident and the deadline to file an insurance claim only days away. The first attorneys told me “we don’t see this case as being reasonable”, and the others asked, “why did you wait so long”, all of which were incredibly frustrating. I had been to numerous Doctor Appointments and referred to a variety of Specialists. There were countless Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy appointments. I was prescribed an array of medications and had a regiment of at home exercises, ice pack and heating pad treatments with nothing helping the pain I was in. I had servers probation violations and was getting know where in live besides inside jails and prisons. The judge had enough of me a order a fugitive warrant. I ended calling serval lawyers that said to turn yourself in and I couldn’t help you with the case. I thought for sure I would end up back in prison and when I get out return into my old habits. I met chris in his office and presented my case. I was hit by an escaped convict that hit a guard over the head with a shovel. The convict stole a f350 pickup and led police on a high speed chase. The convict hit me at 85 mph, and flipped me 3 1/2 times. I had multiple herniated discs in my neck and back. Chris got me with a great neurologist . And helped me get set up with a spine surgeon. He was able to recover me 1.1 million dollars in a settlement. I appreciate the work he and his staff did. I would reccomend chris if you need a personal injury atty. Morgan and morgan turned my case down when i originally consulted with them . Just remember bigger doesn't mean better.

I was in a bad car crash where I broke my nose and had surgery to my hip. The other lady's insurance company was giving me the run around with all sorts of mumbo jumbo lawyer talk and sending me paperwork I needed to fill out that I didn't understand or know what they were for.
When I first looked at hiring an attorney, I wasn't quite sure where to go. Since I didn't know any attorneys I naturally looked to the internet. Although Jon and Ryan were from Philly and I lived in Pittsburgh, they had the best reviews and many were from Pittsburgh or other parts of the state. Their reviews included fighting the insurance company tooth and nail to get what their client deserved while also taking the time to talk with the person and explain to the person everything the person needed to know so they could make their own decision.
The car crash I was involved in was nothing I ever asked for or wanted to happen, but from the start they had my back. Ryan and Jon were with me every step of the way. They took the time to explain to me that the insurance wasn't going to pay me what I deserved unless I took them to court.
Ryan explained to me the process, what we were up against, and what we could possibly expect. This included the positives and negatives. At court we had a great verdict and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I hired Bennett Schiller for a very difficult case. I was told by several people he was an excellent attorney. Despite making the exclusive list of ‘Top 100 Trial Lawyers’ he took my case even though there was a really low cap on the amount he could make. It was obvious to me that my case was way below his pay grade when I read about him winning multi-million dollar cases. He still took the case and put 100% into it. Mr. Schiller is very professional and his staff Elizabeth and Jessica are knowledgeable and gracious. Each of them makes you feel comfortable with a very uncomfortable situation. The odds were against him in my case but he made it all make sense. This man is intelligent and extremely sharp. Being as successful as he is instead of resting on his laurels as he could do-he chooses philanthropy in his community which speaks volumes to his true character. I came to John Phillips office with little or no hope that I could prove my innocence or survive the alligations against me, I didn't think I would survive emotionally what myself and family were being put through.
