Vrionedes , is very knowledgeable in all around lawsuits, when I hired him , He was very confident , caring on his toes with my injuries due to this slip and fall which cause me to get a knee replacement and ongoing Physical therapy.He won my case for me without a doubt . Investigated the case with experts he had on hand in lies at the defendants pursued as well as unimaginable things people do to hide the accident . He kept fighting for me . I hired Leandros Vrionedes for a weak case (coffee burned my hand and I fainted) and he turned it into real money. He saved me a bundle on medical bills (beyond the duty he was hired for) and he got me a generous settlement on top of that.

My case was a very confusing and difficult case to accept, and most lawyers would have turned me away. Mr. Harwick accepted my case and handled it amazingly. Throughout the process he kept me informed, updated and always returned calls and messages fast and was knowledgeable in my case and in the rare instance he didn't have an answer, one was found in no time. Christopher Cazares is the best military lawyer I could have hired. I was facing a drug court-martial as part of a “drug ring.” I watched Christopher outperform every lawyer in the room, including the senior prosecutor. His confidence and experience were levels above what I could have hoped for. After several days in court, my case was ultimately dismissed and I have resumed my career as if this investigation and court-martial never happened. I had both Christopher and a military appointed lawyer and the difference in experience was night and day. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I only had a military attorney. Several of the people in the ring went with just military attorneys and they either plead guilty or were found guilty. Christopher gave me confidence in my case and would always check up on me during this long process. He was calm and gave me good advice that lead to my innocence. First of all, I'm not a big fan of lawyers. When I got into a car accident coming home from California seeking out a lawyer was not even a considerstion. When I first saw a doctor April was whom my doctor referred me too. I was still skeptical.
Fast forward 9 months and having April Bonifatto on my side was absolutely the right decision. She is professional, caring, and has integrity in all she does. I would say we need more lawyers like April. But, if they were all like her I'd have to give up all of my lawyer jokes.
April put me at ease after our first call. She kept me updated throughout the process and always had what was best for me in her mind. I was recently charged with a DUI in Maryland.
My questions and concerns were heightened even more, as I am an out of state resident (WV), and did not know what to do.
Mr. Phillips is excellent. I was able to pay a $300 fine and complete online courses, thus, not serving anytime in jail. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

After being charged with a boating under the influence charge with a .07 breathalyzer reading, I was told by the magistrate I could face potential jail time. Tim was a great representative throughout my whole trial. He was there whenever my family or myself had questions or whenever we had any doubts. This was my first (and last) offense which means I was very lost when figuring out what exactly I had gotten myself into. Tim was very helpful in making me understand exactly what was expected of me in court and when filling out paperwork for my case. With his help I got into ARD, something I really thank him for as I had to go through reconsideration after my case was denied at first. He made sure to keep in contact with everyone who could possibly help me and was very quick at answering and sending me emails regarding updates on my case. I have been a trial attorney for over fifteen years. When I was injured in a car wreck, I looked carefully for an injury attorney who: a) would take away all of the hassle and stress of personally having to deal with claims adjusters and opposing counsel; b) would not only keep me informed on a regular basis of the status of my case, but proactively make sure I was doing all the things I needed to do on time; c) knew Personally Injury law thoroughly -- both substantively and with demonstrated litigation experience -- from the claims stage all the way through courtroom litigation; and, d) MOST IMPORTANTLY, one who was not afraid to seek the best possible outcome in my case aggressively. (I have been around enough attorneys to know that many are either afraid of litigation/trial, or they want to take the first or second counter offer from the other side because it's quick money in the bank.)
Elizabeth exceeded my expectations on all four of my requirements. I consider myself to be pretty on the ball with my to-do checklists, but sometimes when I slacked on sending in treatment reports to the firm, for example, she would email me personally reminding me to get a, b, or c done, and would also update me with that status of the case/negotiation so I always understood exactly where things were.
In addition, on our second settlement obtained (the UIM claim), Elizabeth was actually confident that she could get the other side to an even better number than she'd already negotiated. It was me who let her know that I trusted that she could, but that just for my peace of mind I wanted to settle at the good enough number she already obtained and move on with my life. She would have kept fighting, though, and with confidence.
I know another attorney who also retained her and came away also completely pleased with the communication and with the outcome.

George Kindley represented our family in a case of Elder Abuse which resulted in the loss of a family member. The facts were clearly in our favor yet the opposing entities continually put up roadblocks to demoralize us and try to "discourage" George.
