Mr. Palma came into my case as a supporting attorney and at first I was hesitant but he made sure I felt comfortable with his services right away. He's very knowledgeable, makes sure there is no concerns or doubts about your case, he personalizes every case and makes you feel like family. Cesar was one of the best experiences I've had with lawyers and I will definitely recommend him. He keeps you updated. He will answer every call or if not he will call you back as soon as he can, but he will never leave you hanging. He makes sure to take care of every detail and I mean, every detail. He even traveled to the hospital where I had surgery to make sure i was ok and satisfied with the treatment and services of the hospital and to make sure I had everything that my family and I needed. He treated me like a family member and went above and beyond to win my case. He will go to extreme measures if necessary to get things done and that's what you want to look for in a lawyer. Karo is the most gentle, understanding attorney I've ever had, and he really is able to give you a picture of your situation from both the ground level, and at 30,000 feet. He was so good at informing me of all the contingencies I should expect to deal with along the way, and we talked extensively about those contingencies and how we might deal with them if they arise. When you have a lawyer who is able to give you insight into all the unexpected things that might pop up along the way, you feel much better prepared and much less nervous. Every other lawyer I've ever had just makes things worse and makes me more anxious than before I retained them. It makes you wonder "why did I even hire a lawyer at all if they are going to only raise my anxiety levels?" Karo was the exact opposite of that. He made me feel confident and sure of my position. But what surprised me most about Karo is that despite his gentle nature, he is quite a fierce litigator. And he is worth his weight in gold on so many levels. I am a college student with a cramped/hectic schedule, little prior knowledge of the personal claims system, and a personal claims case that was far more than I could ever manage alone. Mrs. Nordstrand and her associates were not only pleasant to work with but hard working and extremely helpful!
I contacted a different attorney (that will remain unnamed) before contacting Mrs. Nordstrand and was met with a hostility that evoked anxiety with every phone call. Sid helped me get the results I needed with my issue. I had tried to seek services from a physician who ended up overcharging me for services not provided and mishandled my healthcare. I recently passed through a small town going faster than I should have (as I was honestly running late to a wedding). Ended up meeting a nice gentleman on the side of the highway and thought I would be looking at a speeding ticket real soon...
Well... I thought wrong, and I was actually looking at serving a 90 day sentence at the local bed and breakfast (correctional center).
I was referred to Mr. Nettles who “knew the law book from front to back.” I talked with him a few times and he went to work on my case. Later Mr. Nettles went to court on my behalf and took care of everything as he originally said he would. Scott really went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful (and yes his knowledge of the law is extraordinary).
It’s finally over now, and all was made right at town hall. Looking back I’m really not that upset for missing out the accommodations and breakfast! Thanks to Mr. Nettles

I worked w/ Dennis Stout as my attorney, though I met w/ Jim first, as his firm came recommended to me by another attorney as "the gold standard" for their services. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did for me, and the results. Dennis and his associates had to follow many paper trails and deal with J&J attorneys that made this particular case a miasma of processes to figure out. Mr. Mutimer assisted me in a rather "messy" matter which resulted in a favorable outcome.
