Amanda was there for me every step of the way when I had to be a witness in court. She checked in on me, and praised me for my strength. I felt validated with her, and didn’t ever have to question if she believed me or not. Extremely professional and willing to fight for me. It was a very scary time for me, but she made me have confidence and made me keep fighting for what was right. Still to this day if I have a quick question, she makes herself available as soon as she can. If I could give her more stars I would. Knows her way around the Legal system. I was hit from behind by a truck at an intersection in 2015! I hired Ryan Rudd & his team Ady & Carly. This was the best decision I have ever made. I did not care for Attorney's but Ryan has renewed my faith that there are great attorneys out there. I am still in litigation but Ryan and his team consistently keep me informed and are on top of everything. You can expect a response from Ryan and his team within a day. Ryan genuinely cares about his clients. I was so impressed when I relocated to NV and called a meeting with Ryan. He walked in with a huge folder and knew every bit of my case. I was in a dispute with a private disability company a few years back and Scott’s help was absolutely invaluable to my win in the dispute. Throughout the years Scott would help out in this matter from time to time and I sincerely credit his help as the biggest factor in keeping me from feeling totally alone in the dispute. What can i say, Steven, Alla and Rebecca were all amazing from the start to the end. When i first entered the office Alla made it clear they are basically a Boutique law and provide a high level of service. This was not wrong, they were accurate, fast and excellent in what they did from start to finish. They also negotiated really amazingly and i ended up getting more than expected. California is a difficult state to be a medical malpractice plaintiff. You're going to need the best and in my opinion, you could do no better than David Smith. Ours was a complex case, one which other attorneys had rejected due to all the difficulties of prosecuting medical malpractice in California. Once Mr. Smith agreed to take our case, he was like a bulldog! We encountered some serious obstacles and were up against a heartless insurance company law firm that tried to play some ruthless games and (in my opinion) shady legal maneuvers. But Mr. Smith was ahead of them at every step, even as they seemed intent on taking the case to trial. Ultimately, they came to realize that we had a tenacious pro on our side, and they settled.
What I can tell you is that I'm not a big fan of attorneys in general, but we really felt like we had a powerful and effective ally in Mr. Smith. It turns out he's a helluva nice guy too!

Farshad represented me in a personal injury case where the insurance company I was dealing with pushed back when I requested compensation for real costs such as lost income and gas costs for driving to/from dr appointments and treatments. I came to Mr. Terhovsepian for a second opinion about my accident case. You see my experience with lawyers has not been very pleasant including the current one for which I sought the 2nd opinion. I was referred to Terhovsepian law by one of my dear friends who has also had a case with him and learned about my struggles with my current lawyer. From the first interaction I felt comfortable and he was very calm and explained the process but first and foremost he listen to me for almost 15 minutes before he started advising me. I had an injury due to a flu shot. While I eventually did recover, I had lost work time as well as over $600 of physical therapy co-pays that I was responsible for. I had read that there is a way to get compensated by the government for losses such as these and I was referred to the Burdettes. Over the course of almost 2 years Kelly kept in touch with me, got the documentation she needed, and amazingly enough, I actually got a settlement from the government. After a rear end accident I was hounded a couple times a week from the other insurance company to settle. I said my car is in the shop and was for over 2 months and I am in so much pain and going to a chiropractor and a physical therapist weekly and until all this is fixed I will not settle. Nothing I said deterred them from continuing to hound me to settle. I felt intimidated by them and they had me worried so I knew I needed an attorney. I called Habush Habush and Rottier because they had a great reputation. I got in that week for an appointment to see if they would take my case. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Ed Vopal an attorney at the firm. He was a very mild mannered person who was very caring calming in his questioning of me about the accident and that is exactly what I needed. I left our first meeting feeling safe and secure knowing I was going taken care of.
Ed worked very hard on my case and had a huge binder of paperwork involving the accident. He was wonderful on his preparing me for a deposition with the attorneys from the other insurance company and kept me calm in my answers. I could go on and on about Ed but all his office staff was just as wonder always so warm and friendly in their calls to me or when I was in the office. They are a great team. I slipped on unsalted ice in a business parking lot and suffered a serious leg injury that kept me out of work for 5 months of recovery. After reaching out to Habush Habush and Rottier, Attorney Ed Vopal was willing to take my case even though slip and falls are risky and can have a low success rate. He listened to me and he cared about my story. He did everything he could to make things right for me, and was very forthcoming with information. His entire firm kept in regular communication with me and kept me up to date on what was happening behind the scenes.
