Mr. Piereck became my attorney rather last minute to a very complicated case. The states attorneys office at the last minute decided to dismiss it, but Mr. Pierick was extremely helpful and informed on all of my options moving forward and as to why the states attorney’s office canceled.
If I ever had another case, I would highly consider even with a long distance between us in counties,I would call him again.

Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown). Mr. Geller kept me informed of my case status from the inception and laid out realistic timelines and expectations for the case. What you see is what you get with Jeremy! I highly recommend!!

I went on a 4 year adventure with Nina after I was involved and injured in a six car pileup on the freeway. Nina and her team took care of all the background work over the years and when it (finally!) came time for trial this year Nina went into full warrior mode! I hired Mr. Elwell after getting arrested on DWI. I was referred to him by a trusted friend who is experienced in DWI cases. I proceeded to have him handle my DWI case, as well as my ALR case. After the ALF hearing, I received notification that I had won the case and my license DID NOT get suspended after hearing from multiple people that those cases are almost impossible to win. As for the DWI charge, Mr. Elwell also got the charge dismissed. His office was always timely in keeping me informed about the case. They were very professional and reliable.
