We've had the misfortune of being on the wrong end of two fairly significant car crashes in the course of a year or so. Ben was recommended to me by someone well respected in the Cobb County judicial circles. He and his staff did not disappoint. By nature, we are not litigious and have never filed a lawsuit before. I hired Adam because my insurance company, which was the same company that insured the party responsible for the flooding of my condominium, refused to pay for damages. As for the process, Colin McMichen gave me a frank preliminary assessment of how my case was likely to play out.
I was comfortable from the beginning of our attorney-client relationship, that I was able to have regular communications with him. He gave me easy instructions to follow.
I was not rushed in anyway, he took time to ask questions and answer questions at the beginning to get to know me. He was very easy to talk with.
Being in two different states, we did everything via email and phone, with no complications.

I know I am not 'suppose to say this' but had David Shoen been my attorney, I am sure results would have been so different. Due to be being so harmed by a surgeon, I just knew I was about to become so sick and did so I was desperate to beat the clock, I signed with some horrid lawyer, who had no clue about med. mal. so instead he would just insult the victum. When I spoke with David, it was already too late for me I was already signed and some scary lawyer who was clueless. David Schoen instead of just having me sign, no on the phone he was questioning me in the right way, also a little smart humor, not just about to have me sign on the line, or get involved with a client who was he didn't believe in. Kristi came highly recommended by a long time District Court Judge. He described her legal ability as second to none in the area. Following a vicious pit bull attack while on duty as a Deputy Sheriff, I retained Kristi who works as a team with Jay Flynn. Kristi formulted a plan for the case and began sending me to doctors for formal and professionally documented evaluations. After a year of medical examinations from the defense and our side, The defense requested to mediate. This is where Kristi's ability really shined. For sake of a long description, Kristi's negotiating skills with the Insurance company was BRILLIANT. We had an initial offer of $100K to $125K to $145K. Ultimately she secured me a $220,000 settlement with reduced cost to L&I. I was so pleased with the out come. She was outstanding in every way!

Rob represented me when a negligent driver ran a red light. I did not see it coming and there was nothing I could do to avoid the collision. The collision happened while I was on the job. Since the case happened while I was on the job we had to deal with the insurance company for workman’s comp and the insurance company who represented the negligent driver.
The process was very complicated and I was totally confused and frustrated after trying to deal with both insurance companies. It was clear that they were not there to help me. I hired the firm of Crary, Clark Domanico & Chuang and I was amazed how quickly they took control of my case, stood up to the insurance companies and got my case resolved. I trusted their advice and we were able to take all the available insurance coverage from the negligent driver and get me back to work. I was walking in a neighborhood below my house when I was attacked by two German Shepard dogs. One bite me hard on my leg and broke the skin. I was dazed and in pain and called my husband who immediately came to pick me up. I called Animal Control and gave the officer all the required information. A few days later, I contacted Attorney, Rob Crary. He came highly recommended through mutual friends and associates. I was advised to seek legal action because these dogs attacked unprovoked and were loose.
My initial conversation with Attorney, Rob Crary and Tami, his assistant was very through and professional. I was informed in a timely manner and kept up to date as to the status of my case throughout the entire legal process. I found Rob Crary to be a very skilled, knowledgeable and effective attorney.
My claim was resolved to my satisfaction.

Russell and his team have gained my utmost respect. Getting injured seriously is scary. Suffering a head injury and being unable to think clearly makes it that much worse.
A year and a half after having been hit head-on by a drunk driver, Russell and his team have represented and fought for me...and I couldn't be happier with how he handled this.
