Kim Welch Was a legal bulldog for me. My personal injury suit was with another firm for over a year when they dropped my case for no good reason. It was a blessing in disguise for me though. Dan is one of the friendliest lawyers I have met, and I know a lot of them because I am an attorney myself. When I got into a car accident I didn't know what to do. Insurance companies wanted statements, my car was totaled, I was in pain, I didn't know how to proceed. Anastasia has made our dream of being together possible through applying for the K1 Visa in every way. From the beginning she laid it all out for us letting us what we need to start the application. Once we provided payment she got on it. Everything she requested, we provided plus more. Ensuring we had no issues with our application. We asked if our application could be expedited and she said only under certain circumstances. We were eligible to be expedited and she was persistent in making this possible. She didn't take no for an answer. USCIS had denied the request, but she informed us that we could possibly have our Senator could potentially help us communicate with USCIS to get our file pulled for expedited service. She provided the documents needed to give the Senator and he did the rest. Within two weeks we got our K1 approved for expedited processing with USCIS. Anastasia was absolutely worth it with paying an attorney to help us for our visa application. She was extremely personable, friendly, and about action to get our visa approved. I would recommend her to anyone I know in need of a immigration attorney. Even after getting approved she helped us get all the other documents that comes after getting approved. We got the work permit and green card within 3 months of applying for the adjustment of status. Our K1 Visa application clock started January 2023, moved my wife to the USA in September 2023, applied for the adjustment of status December 2023, and received green card and work visa February 2024. First, I’d like to start off by saying that if I could give The Accident Guys 8 stars I would. I have never experienced so much professionalism and punctuality in my entire life. The lawyer that took on my case was Eliot M. Houman. He is the best of the best for the following reasons:
1. Eliot is a MAN OF HIS WORD. If Eliot says that he is going to do something, HE WILL. That is a priceless trait.
2. My accident took place in September 2016. Eliot scheduled me to see the investigator the following day after my accident. That is unheard of.
3. Eliot was very prompt! He answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. I had many questions because I just moved to California from Boston and it was a very traumatizing experience.
4. He gave me updates about my case and took care of everything. He went out of his way to help me obtain the documents pertinent to my case.
5. He’s very honest. He walked me through my case and gave me great advice.
6. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS! He frequently called me to ask how physical therapy was going. It’s those little things that mean the world to me and show me that this was more than just a case to him.

I’m very lucky to have found this law firm. I’ve had big problems for a few years with the trustee of a trust I’m a beneficiary of, and if it wasn’t for my attorneys, Trent Reinert and Erin Robak, everything could’ve gone very differently. Their integrity, expertise, and tenaciousness saved the day more than once.
They are respectful, I feel like they actually care about me and my situation, and they don’t have to do that. I’ve dealt with three different terrible trust attorneys in Omaha over the last 5 years so it is refreshing and comforting to have two excellent attorneys on my side for the last six months while the trust is being distributed and closed soon. I will keep them as my attorneys.

I have a lot of friends and family that have had car injury claims, and they told me about a lot of different lawyers, but many of them were encouraging me to hire Larry Ramunno, I called his office and was impressed he talked to me and was so down to earth and nice. I signed up, and he and his staff and paralegals and investigator were terrific, they were so nice to me, when money was tight they helped me get loans from a loan company, and after I had a bunch of visits with a chiropractor, and some specialists, like a neurologist , I was still in pain, but larry ramunno got me way mor e than I expected, he got me more than I was expecting and he was aggressive with the stupid insurance company, there first offer was good, but larry said, hold on, its not high enough, let s sue and it'll go up, we filed suit, he did all the work on the suit, and a few months later, the offer was up even higher, I never had to go to trial or anything like that. larry is great , he's the best lawyer in town in my opinion. and his staff is terrific.

I hurt my knee on the job in 2016. The workers comp insurance company agreed that the knee was injured on the job and paid for PT and a meniscus operation. I was still in pain after the operation and insisted on another MRI. It was determined that I would need a total knee replacement operation. The insurance company told me "you don't need a lawyer" , then their lawyer sent me a notice that I needed to go to an Independent Medical Examination. That's when I found Doug on the internet. Long story less long, he took my case and won unanimous decisions with four mediators at two different hearings at the Department of Labor. I got my knee replaced after 2+ years from the initial accident and Doug was amazing. Highly recommend his services. I would not have prevailed without him.

I was in a severe motor vehicle accident. Initially I was working with a family attorney to recover damages, and due to conflicting views I needed to find new representation. Than I found Tony! Mr. Reyes is an outstanding attorney. Last year my mom was involved in a car accident which caused her to be hospitalized for 5 days. Unfortunately, our insurance decided to blame my mom for the accident before getting the police report. In the beginning of this year I was unfortunately rear ended by a cab driver.
