Reem Odeh helped my parent get a green card after a long visa overstay. When we were about half way through the process, we encountered a really difficult pothole and had to consider the fact that my parent would not be eligible for her card. Reem personally intervened, performed some miracle work with a letter she wrote to the USCIS, and we received the green card yesterday. The process took about 9-10 months.
We are absolutely grateful for all the work that Reem and her office put in for us. I strongly recommend her for anyone requiring help in immigration, because if anyone could help you, it will 1000% be her. She is so empathetic and cares about individuals, not the numbers.

If a family situation required legal representation, Ronald Pollack would be the lawyer to hire. His expertise and willingness to take on what was thought by me to be an unwinnable case, really shows what kind of person and lawyer he is. I had to sue my brother when he was trying to steal the money from my father's estate. I have now had multiple cases with Mr. Pollack. My first case involved a car accident. Other lawyers told me because I had the "Limited Tort" coverage, that I had no case, or that my case was unwinnable. When I met with Mr. Pollack, not only did he listen to me and take an interest in my case, but his understanding of the medicine and nature of my injuries was truly remarkable. Due to his abilities and understanding of how to present my injuries and frame my case, he was able to achieve a result that was better than I could have dreamed. He was truly extraordinary. I then had a family dispute where a sibling was attempting to bully me and prevent me from securing monies to which I was entitled from the estate of my father. I felt like giving up. Instead, I remembered the job that Mr. Pollack did for me previously and gave him a call, never expecting him to handle my case, especially because the money involved was not nearly as large as the types of cases that he normally handles. I was hit by another driver and injured. My car was undriveable, I couldn't work and my medical bills were pilling up. The other driver's insurance company would not take responsibility and wouldn't pay my damages. I was scared and anxious about what to do. I was referred to Matt and that's when things changed for the better. He took the time to meet with me and explained everything that would happen. He laid out a clear plan on how he would recover my damaged and made sure I understood it. He was kind and patient. Shortly after I retained him he forced the insurance company to provide me with a rental car and then to pay to fix my car. He got my doctors to agree to wait until my case was resolved to get paid. That took a lot of the pressure off of me. He then recovered the rest of my damages just as he had laid out and explained to me. He was fantastic. This is a great lawyer.

I needed urgent feedback about an Uber collision incident as a passenger in a different state, where Uber had been sued by the other driver, and Uber decided to blame me for the accident. I posted my questions here, and received several answers, most of little help, some just stating to hire an attorney. Ms Teitell responded promptly, and with such detail, sequentially, and so comprehensively that I immediately felt at ease. He provided me with all the steps I should take, and responded to my subsequent messages. I was able to call him and he was an absolute wonderful human being, reassuring me, and providing me with prescriptive advise that I was able to use. I followed his advice and my situation is already much improved. He was very knowledgeable, able to quickly spot all technicalities that could help me, the tricks the Uber attorneys tried to use, and made me feel so much better about the case. He was genuinely interested to help me the best way he could, and I am ever so grateful for his help!

In May 2020 amid the stress of the coronavirus shut down, I went for a Saturday morning motorcycle ride and a breath of fresh air.
After an oncoming car crossed double yellow lines and nearly amputated my leg, we learned that insurance companies tend to believe car drivers over Motorcyclists.
14 months and 12 surgeries later I will eventually walk again. However, it looked like that was going to cost my family everything.
Both insurance companies were claiming it was my fault in spite of evidence to the contrary. Even the famous "motorcycle lawyers" wouldn't take the case since it was just my word against theirs.
Both companies ended up paying out the maximum.
But that's not the end of the of the story. At this point most lawyers would've taken their cut and gone home.
But that's not what happened.
It turns out Medicare doesn't pay for motorcycle accidents and were coming after me for every bit of it. This last bit was not even in his purview.
Nonetheless, Shahriar went to work on them for months even though that was not part of our contract but just because in his own words "it's just the right thing to do".
I don't know if he eventually convinced them of that or if they gave in so he would stop following up with them every day. Either way, they accepted a greatly reduced payment.
I hope you never need to, but if you ever get in a situation where you need someone to fight for you like "a bulldog on a pant leg" and never give up because that's the right thing to do, I highly recommend Mr. Shahriar Kashanian. He won't let you down.

I've known of Jim Walsh since my High School days. He was a couple years ahead of me; I've always admired his demeanor and grit. You never think you'll need an attorney until you do. And I needed one a few years back. I was ticketed for a DUI that was not your usual DUI. I was eating dinner with an old flame who I knew for years. She worked as any ER nurse at a local hospital here. She was unhappy that I didn't want to take her back and resume our relationship. At the end of our meal, which included drinks (too many) she got up and went to the restroom. We payed the bill and went to the parking lot where she said she didn't want to come over to my house at that time. Got in my truck and pulled out on the main road. Looked ahead and wasn't shocked to see two cruisers no more than 100 yards down' the road. I knew immediately what had happened. She had called a police friend of hers from work turned me in to him. I drove by the cruisers (they were pointed away from the direction I was going) and they turned and started to follow me. No more than a mile down the road they illuminated and pulled me over. (I was so flustered I failed to signal a turn) Busted. I was incredibly upset about how this went down. A 50's year old man was now screwed. I called Jim and he met me. He helped fill out my initial paperwork and ordered my evidence for review. I was correct in my thinking I was set up. The police report confirmed this. Jim was incredible. He went with me to my court appearances and stood by me. The advice he gave me was spot-on. I wouldn't have made it through the process and might of even done some revenge type activities without him. He even called me nine months later and told me what to do to ensure I got my case dismissed ( after diversion and everything else). He truly cared for me. He was just what I needed. I can truly say that he was more than an attorney. A good, solid attorney (and friend) who payed attention to all the details and held me up through the entire process. I didn't expect this from a lawyer. But Jim is more than just a lawyer. His depth of experience ( he had worked for the same City that I was arrested in) was incredible. I can truly say I wouldn't have gotten through the process without him being right along with me. He's a good man.

Mr. Walsh and myself were involved in two auto accident cases. The first of the two accidents involved an Indochinese woman who was working in Corvallis where she was hit in a crosswalk as she crossed the street. The woman, a friend of mine, had extremely limited English skills. She ask me to assist her in the resolution of her situation. I selected Jim from the yellow pages for a consultation. Upon hearing the plight of this woman, who worked for minimum wage with no health or auto insurance and now hospitalize and unable to work. he drove to Corvallis with me to speak with this woman. He obtained the pertinent information and agreed to take the case for a significantly reduced fee. He worked diligently with myself to resolve the woman's claim. he was compassionate and caring as well as being a knowledgeable and dedicated attorney. The second incident, a head-on auto crash, involved myself. A car crossed the center medium and struck my car. I was not seriously injured, how ever I had a damaged knee, fractured ankle, a cracked rib as well as multiple cuts and bruises to my face, legs, and arms. Jim and his staff worked closely with me through the settlement process, keeping me informed as the claim progressed. Again, Jim demonstrated his knowledge of the law and his understanding of the claim process. As important as his excellent professional expertise, was his personal concern for me as an individual. I was not just a client. He always had time for me and my concerns. I can not express enough the manner in which Jim and his staff treated me. I was rear ended by a driver while sitting on my motorcycle at a stop light . I sustained a herniated L4 and an impingement. Jim allowed and encouraged me to focus on my recovery, which, after all is the most important thing, while he and Nancy took care of managing the bills and the surgery related to the accident. I want to start off by saying that Korey Huff is a very intelligent individual who knows the legal game like the back of his hand.
