I hired Erich almost 3 years ago after an accident. He fought and battled that entire time for me. We were thrown several curve balls throughout the process and Erich knocked them out of the park. He was always available by phone or e-mail when I had questions, and I had a lot of questions. He really went above and beyond for me and for that I am forever grateful.

Erich handled my motorcycle accident from start to finish. It was a great relief to have him iny corner through the journey, especially when all the medical bills and legalities started piling up. Mr. Meisner was thorough and insightful and did a great job advancing and settling the cases for my daughter and myself after a violent car accident.
He also provided preliminary paperwork and advice immediately that would prove helpful in assuring a smooth settlement.

I thought my attorneys Bobby Raitt and Alison Duffy were easy to get along with. What I really liked about them was that when I called with a question, they would call me back the same day. They worked as a team to help me with whatever I needed. They were just prompt with the information I needed and easy to work with. I was in a car accident, so they took care of all of the medical bills that kept getting sent to me. I didn't have to deal with the insurance companies anymore, because they took care of my PIP lawsuit and made sure I got all of my no fault benefits. I didn't have to deal with anything because I knew they were on the ball. Bobby and Alison also called me with updates, so I knew things were always moving toward a timely settlement. I had a life altering accident, I interviewed many attorneys and ended up with the firm of Kiesel law. The staff has been amazing, my trial ended in November of 2019 and they are still hard at work for me today, as a matter of fact I spoke to Bryan yesterday about aspects of my trial that I never thought would be a part of this process. Bryan told me after the trial had ended "I will be working on this until you are completely satisfied" I have to say, he has exceeded my expectations and is still working on the fine details of my case.
I met Bryan first of the team and he was my point of contact leading up to the trial, I cannot thank Bryan enough for the countless hours working on my case, I know for a fact he had many nights away from his family, working on my case.

I posted a legal question on AVVO, and immediately got a ton of responses from many injury lawyers across CO. Almost every lawfirm’s response on there was to contact them immediately. However, Mr. Richard Gama from Gama Law firm was the ONLY lawyer that responded by saying that I needed to seek medical help for my injury first, before I had worry about a lawyer.
No questions asked, I went ahead and reached out to him and see if he would be able to represent me. I knew this was someone who was not only interested in representing me but also cared about my health and well-being.
Given the fact that this was my first ever vehicle accident with an injury, I knew little to nothing and did not know what to expect. However, before I would even wonder or ask him a question , Mr. Gama would have already told me what to do or what to expect. It truly was an easy, quick and effortless experience throughout this whole process. It was nice to know that someone knowledgeable, experienced and very well qualified, would be able to talk you at a personal level but also be very professional about things. I truly felt at ease every time I talked to him whether through phone call or email communication. Before we had Pete as our family lawyer, things between my husband and his ex-wife had been full of tension which also caused a lot of stress in our marriage.
