I came to Mr. Tomasik from another attorney who was not capable of handling my particular case. I found his website while searching the internet for a personal injury attorney. I called the office and briefly spoke to Jessie, the assistant who was so polite and patient with me on the phone. She informed me that Mr. Tomasik agreed to meet up with me the same day. On my way to Berkley, I was very nervous as to how things were going to turn out because after all, I had such a bad experience with my previous lawyer. IAt the same time, I had serious painful health issues resulting from my car accident with which I had to deal with on a daily basis. Having to deal with terrible physical pain and looking for a different attorney for myself was very stressful for me. I arrived to Mr. Tomasik's Berkley office and upon entering I almost immediately felt comfortable. Mr. Tomasik got some information from me about my situation and how unhappy and disappointed I was in my previous lawyer. Like I said, at the time of my meeting with him, I was feeling very sick due to my injuries but Mr. Tomasik made me feel so comfortable. I was so glad that he was willing to take on my case. From then on, I don't have anything but all the positive things to say about Mr. Tomasik. He was always there to answer any questions I had along the way. I could reach him at all times. I couldn't reach my previous lawyer for weeks and I am not exagerating. I thought that was normal for lawyers not to call back promptly until I hired Mr. Tomasik. Most importantly, Mr. Tomasik treated me like family. He fought so hard for me to the end. Upon reading the other testimonials, I have come to realize that each case Mr. Tomasik takes on, he takes it very seriously and does not give up until he gets the best compensation. In my case, the process was very, very long but at the end he won a great settlement on my behalf. I appreciate all his help so much. I found out the the driver who ran into me at 70mph had only the minimum of insurance. I didn’t know if my medical bills would be covered. The “big name firm” who called daily until the lack of insurance became known, had now stopped returning my calls. I fired that firm and called Kevin Butler. Kevin worked as hard as possible on my claim. He treated me like a “million dollar client.” He returned every phone call, settled the claim within an appropriate time frame, and made sure my medical bills were all covered. He then worked with my medical providers, so I had settlement money left over. I can not say enough good things about Kevin Butler. I recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

At first I called three local attorneys, two of which didn’t handle my type of case and left me at a lost as to which direction I should go. The third attorney I contacted didn’t handle my situation as well, but took the time to explain that I needed a Contract Law attorney and went further to recommend an attorney that specialized in case vs. auto dealerships. I was grateful for the lead and immediately contacted the Law Office of Choi & Fabian. Right from my initial conversation with Ms. Fabian I knew she was knowledgeable about automobile contracts and was very patient as I explained my dilemma. She asked to review the contracts and related documents. While waiting over the course of a weekend, I received a call from the dealership stating they have reconsidered our issue and were willing to unwind the deal. I spoke with Ms. Fabian on Monday and she agreed that a simple and quick resolution is favorable. I was not out for vengeance or a punitive damages award. I wanted to part company with this new car dealership and that is what I got. Note: In my state doesn’t have a 3-Day Right To Cancel Law, therefore disputes are difficult to resolve.

Seth was communicative and clear, he always made me feel comfortable with the progression of my case and "broke it down" so I didn't feel like any lawyer-ese was too dense. The most difficult part was waiting for dates to come due to COVID delays, but Seth and his team made it pretty painless. The deposition was much easier than I prepared myself for it to be (due in part to Seth's pre-depo explanation and info sharing).
The final result was a great one, and I was very glad to have everything behind me. I was involved in a serious car accident and called Kerry. I was in a panicked state of mind when I called his firm; his Secratery forwarded me directly to Kerry. Kerry spoke to me in a calm demeanor and asked about the accident, which I fully explained to him. He informed me that, based off of what I told him, I wasn't at fault.
