I would recommend Adam to anyone who needs a lawyer. He was very helpful with my automobile accident case. Adam is very professional yet very personable which I thought was great. I had talked to other lawyers in Pikeville and Adam was the only one who seemed to actually care about helping me rather than just profiting from my case. Adam was able to help me get reimbursement for my car which was totalled, all my medical expenses paid, and a compensation for my pain and suffering. We had to deal with an insurance company who didn't want to take responsibilty for their client (imagine that). After being involved in an auto accident, it was clear that my insurance company was going to do nothing but pay to fix my car under my collision insurance, which included a $500 deductible, even though the other driver was as at fault and my insurance company concurred with this. I contacted Greg Oberg and he called me back. He said that he would be able to help me and set up an appointment with me. When I met with Mr. Oberg, he was very reassuring as he gathered information and explained the process to me. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He and his assistant kept me informed throughout the process. The other party's insurance company did some posturing through the process as though this would go to Court, but in the end, Mr. Oberg achieved a satisfactory settlement for me without going to Court. I am very pleased with the outcome and Mr. Oberg is a very competent professional that I would gladly recommend.

When I arrived to Abe's office I was at almost the end point of a terribly complicated family case that had already been in the "justice system" for years. I had zero hope that anything could be accomplished in such a short period of time and with so many errors and injustices having been pushed through by the 233rd District of the Tarrant County Family Courts. Abe with out a second thought took my case, I couldn't believe it, I had paid and gone to SO many lawyer consultations with the same result "this is a mess, I wish you the best of luck." Until meeting Will Adams, I completely abhorred lawyers---even to the extent of avoiding them socially. Unfortunately, a woman on her cell phone made me seek out a PI injury attorney. My experience with Will Adams and the whole team at The Adams Law Firm was absolutely fantastic! Mr Stark assisted me with my injury lawsuit. I found him to be extremely attentive and helpful. He took to the time to get to know me, not just my case. Leaving St. Thomas More Church in Chapel Hill I was unaware of the posted speed. I received a citation, was to appear in court two months later. I was unable to attend, I live Cape Cod Massachusetts. The citation caught up to me two years later, on the renewal of my Massachusetts driving license... I contacted Attorney Goldston. He returned my email promptly and reassured me not to worry. I was in a pretty bad car accident back in October of 2013. After consulting with Ashley Armstrong, I made the decision to hire her.
I had sustained a severe back injury from my accident, Ashely felt confident that she knew exactly how to handle the case, as I informed her I had previous accidents and other back issues in the past. It took just short of 4 years to get my case settled. I was not in the state for about 1 year of it, and she kept me informed along the whole way. She would call or email whenever I needed to sign documents, meet with her, or for just a quick life update. Ashley handled everything for me so I did not have to worry. It was a battle back and forth between her and the insurance attorney and she fought for me and never gave up. She helped me get through the deposition and the settlement conference. My case ended up getting settled before the trial date and that is all because of Ashley and her team. When I first walked into the Ryan, Montgomery & Armstrong, Inc. P.S. office, I had no idea I would be dealing with a wrongful death claim. I went off road on a hilly road in Boone North Carolina and got stuck in a ditch.
The county police officer gave me a ticket for $238 stating failure to maintain lane making me feel more traumatized .
I felt the ticket was unfair and uncalled for.

Back in May of 2018, I was rear-ended at a stoplight. While I only suffered minor injuries, my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company.
Since I had been involved in a similar car accident nearly 10 years earlier I thought why not skip the attorney become a DIY (Do It Yourself), attorney. I could just deal with the Insurance Company on my own and keep more money this way. Not a good idea.
After 3-4 months of agonizing discussions, the insurance company finally made me an offer that was embarrassing low. I think they figured I would just go away. Their offer was far less than my previous car accident 10 years prior and I felt that I was being rear-ended for a 2nd time.
So, I reached out to Parker Reich. While my case was a pretty small case he willingly took it anyway, much to my surprise. I had spoken with two other attorneys who basically said it was not worth their time.
So, I sat back and just let Parker do what attorney’s do. Aside from the occasional call to get some details from me, I really did nothing. I was not in a hurry.
After nearly a year, Parker reached a settlement that was nearly 6x more than my original settlement offer. I was thrilled. He and his staff did an excellent job of getting a fair settlement. I was never looking to get rich; I was simply trying to find a fair settlement for the situation.
Lessons learned:
1.) If you think you can just do it yourself and save the attorney fees. Think again.
2.) If you try to do it yourself, you will probably create problems when you eventually do hire an attorney down the road. They will have to clean up your mess.
3.) Get more than one opinion if you are unsure about your case. Parker may have taken on my small case today, but if I ever get in a situation with far higher dollar figures involved, I know where to go. If my friends ask me for a referral, I will refer Parker.
Parker and his team did an excellent job and always kept me informed of what reality looked like and helped by setting expectations. I understood the process, the potential outcome and the results were not just as predicted but better.

Did I mention integrity? Mr. Shultz came recommended by an attorney in Spokane. When meeting with him, he explains the pros and cons of each option, with patience and clarity, often providing examples from his decades of experience. He is well connected in the legal and business communities. He follows up on his commitments EXACTLY as agreed upon. He usually takes calls out of the blue, and when he doesn't, he readily returns calls, generally that day. He has never talked down to my wife or I, and is a gentleman to the core. He is a extremely pleasant individual with a great sense of humor. After hiring him to resolve an issue with a deadbeat contractor, which he did, he has provided me advice on other legal concerns without asking for reimbursement. Overall, his time and cost charges are extremely fair and reasonable. We put 5K down as a retainer, and received a good portion back after the issue was resolved. He has in depth knowledge and experience in a wide swath of legal areas. In the legal field of the Tri City area, Mr. Schultz is a blinding white beacon among a plethora of dim lights. He is the ONLY lawyer I would recommend PERIOD.

My situation was a slip and fall at the apartment complex I lived in. At first the company whom ran the apartment complex refused to do anything. So, I went to renters’ right’s and they would not take a slip and fall case. I was actually told the answer was to move. This took me back for a moment, but did not stop me. I did some more research and found the place I needed to write my concern was the “Department of Agriculture”.
After the letter the company then emailed me to have the bills sent to the insurance company. By this time approximately a year and a half passed since the slip and fall and the bill was still not being taken care of.
I knew renter’s rights was not going to help and trying to find a lawyer who would take my case was very slim. I called many lawyers and was turned away because of how much time had passed and a slip and fall is difficult to prove in Wisconsin.
I must say I was very discouraged and felt hopeless. Being I felt a wrong needed to be addressed, I kept looking for a lawyer.
So, by chance I called “Bye|Goff|Rohde” and after talking to Brian about my slip and fall. He took my case A Year and a half later. In the end it was a victory!
Afterwards I asked Brian why he took my case. His said it was because of what I said.
Bye the way, the slip and fall happened in 2018 and the settlement happened in 2022.

During 2011-2013 John helped me with the process to change my Visa Status. The school I was enrolled in committed several mistakes leading the change of visa from a J1 to an F1 that eventually the Visa was denied and the case was cancelled in two different occasions. John finally took care of the process and later on had to intervened with the school to avoid having me paying the fees that the USCIS required in order to re-open my case. After waiting for a long time I did get my Visa. John charged me a fee that took in consideration my financial situation.
