After an accident with a semi truck I engaged Briggle Polan to assist me through the process. They were communicative, friendly, helpful and supportive throughout. They dealt with the other insurance carrier with ease despite the folks at that carrier being difficult (understatement). Andrea, one of the paralegals, was always available for a question or concern. In the end it all worked out. My car was repaired, my bills were paid, and that was my primary goal from the start.

Parker was instrumental in getting the best outcome possible, all charges were dismissed! I was facing very serious criminal charges and never having faced any criminal charges before, he informed me of all that I was up against and all the possible outcomes. The legal process was pretty long but he was able to respond either by phone calls or emails and keep me up to date with the progression of my case. He was able to get all my charges DISMISSED, including a Felony! This was not a typical outcome for what I was facing and I can’t say enough to thank him for getting my life back on track. Mr Nur helped me with speeding ticket. Overall process was very smooth. I just had to submit photo of the ticket and they did everything else. They attended the hearing. I didn’t have to attend at all. Neither did i have to subpoena the officer.

I highly recommend you call and schedule an appointment. He listens and fights for you. I went to one appearance and he represented me through my whole case and he got it dismissed. He was very honest and upfront, and he didn’t waste my time. The only down side I would say is that his team doesn’t give updates or call back in a timely manner when you call the office. I do have to add that my case was being handled around the holidays and so I understood why he was working around the clock covering for his assistants so they would get vacation time. What worked for me was when I emailed Nader he worked hard to get back to me and he would call me and leave me detailed messages regarding my case and that made things easier. If you want someone who will fight for you and stand next to you every step of the way this is the person. He is worth every penny and if he is representing you then you don’t have to worry. At first one is worried if they hired the right lawyer, but rest assured if you hire Nader, he is the right lawyer.

I have in my lifetime on occassion had to hire an attorney. I hired Allan Grubb and have used him as my family attorney for apprx 15 years. Steve represented me when I was involved in a car accident on the interstate last year. I suffered a closed head brain bleed. I found out about Patrick Collins through a friend. I made an appointment and after looking into other lawyers I was convinced I should hire Mr. Collins. Everyone in the office was compassionate concerning my injuries and how those injuries effected me as a whole. Mr. Collins office stayed in contact with me at least monthly to inform me of the progress of my case and to see how I was doing. Often times it would be Mr. Collins making the calls. Even though my case is complete, Mr. Collins is continuing to try to reduce two different bills. Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

Marat was my lawyer for a case against my ex-employer. I was outraged at being falsely accused of something, and was ready to pour all my money into going to trial and countersuing. Marat had patiently explained the whole court process, and the various possible situations that could happen. He gave me his honest opinion and was realistic with me, which I really appreciated. He understood why I was so upset, but still advised me to try to take my emotions out of the picture, and go the route that would be best for me financially (I was in the middle of buying/selling my home at that time). I want to take this opportunity to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. All I ever wanted was to be fairly treated, both medically and financially in this matter. I also realize my situation created some challenges taking work out of state. You were always honest and forthright, on how and what to expect, kept pushing through the ugliness of the work comp system, all to bring this to closure. Mr. Willaims was very helpful in sending to the county court paper work/transcript from the Federal Court and wrote a letter stating why this case should not be heard again due to the federal ruling.
