Kindness goes a long way. Mr. Hilts did not represent me. He did, however, provide a consultation. I was very impressed with the prompt call back. Although he couldn’t take my particular case, he was able to refer me elsewhere. He was very personable, courteous, and respectful throughout my interaction with him. His manner was kind and considerate, and not in the least rushed or hurried. If I did retain a personal injury counsel, it would be Mr. Hilts. He is the epitome of what an attorney should strive to be.

I had a car accident in 2015 that left me injured. I had no lawyer and no reference, so I simply search "attorney" and my zipcode on a search engine and found Ryan. I called him and several other attorneys. He answered my call right away, talked with me for a while and we set up an appointment to meet. I really enjoyed meeting him from the start and hired him the first day. He fought hard for me, never accepting the minimum ... always working for what was truly fair for me and not stopping until I told him I was truly satisfied. I never felt pressured with Ryan. He answered all my emails and calls right away and handled all the questions from the insurance companies so that I could focus on my healing. I had been in a bicycle accident and chose to handle the claim without hiring a lawyer. Everything went smoothly until I was settling the claim some time later. I received a letter with language and twisting legal terminology I didn't quite understand and wasn't confident signing. I called several layers who would only agree to take on an entire case when all I need was consultation for this one aspect of the claim. I found Charlie online, gave him a call, and he reviewed the letter via email at no charge even though I was willing to pay. Charlie assured me the letter was okay and pointed out a few details I should aware of. This enabled me to settle with peace of mind. Pretty amazing. I was visiting the United States and was injured by a car while cycling. Charley and his staff were wonderful at helping me to navigate the complicated American health care and payments system, as well as arranging for every provider to get their appropriate amount.
Charley also provided extra services, like picking up my broken bike and driving it to a shop for evaluation when I was too injured to do so myself.
All in all, Charley was professional, helpful, and respectful in every way, and his staff were great at communicating and helping with all the bureaucracy involved in healthcare and insurance following a serious injury.

Hi my name is Steve and I made a serious mistake and chose to drink and drive.
I first met Dallas, I was in terrible emotion shape but Dallas was so professional and actually cared about my well being that I was completely blown away.

I can not even begin so say what an impact this did for me!
I was able to keep my Job and continue to drive.

This lady's name is Jennifer Fassbender. Jennifer also treated me with complete professionalism and respect. Her approach made me feel like she truly cared. I did commit a very serious violation to the great people of Spokane and the State of Washington but she helped me get through this tragedy with hope and a better understanding of what I had done.
The court system made me jump through a lot of hoops that are law I.E. The blower thing in the car and stuff like but she professionally protected me.
Next because of this Dui stuff my wife said she wanted a divorce. I do not agree with my wife's decision but Jennifer suggested Julia Pelk she was equally awesome.
Julia and her associate were so again professional and I did not even have to appear in court. Thay handled everything.

When I recieved my DUI charge the first person I contacted was Dallas Cooney and because of the severity of my charge (2nd strike) Dallas took the case personally. Boy was it worth it to have Dallas and his team on the case. I was facing certain jail time and years of restrictions if not a complete loss of driving priviledges. It was very serious but Dallas managed to take what looked like an open and shut DUI case for the prosecution and have my ticket reduced to a Reckless Driving Charge with substantially less consequences as my DUI charge would have been. Needless to say the entire experience has "scared me straight" and I would never drink and drive again if drink at all! Dallas was always straight with me and kept the worst possible scenerio at the forefront of my mind and when I recieved a letter from the Department of Licensing that all charges had been dropped against me I just couldn't believe my good fortune. Now was the next test of the criminal charges. Somehow Dallas was able to come to an understanding with the prosecutor and my charge was reduced to a reckless driving ticket which itself had some pretty stiff penalties but nothing compared to the original charge. It felt like a miracle. In fact it was. Dallas was great to work with and very personable. Though he kept me abreast of the severity of the charges and possible consequences he always seemed to inspire confidence regardless of the outcome. I just felt the entire time that I had the best possible person in my court. The fact is, even if the outcome was not as favorable as it ended up being for me, I couldn't think of another attourney I would have represent me. Just an amazing experience all the way around and the result being a reduced charge and a changed man all at the same time. Thank you Dallas.

I am grateful and amazed how professional and fast Garrett Handy worked on my case. My case was basically lost and only had a few months to start a lawsuit or lose it forever. I went to talk to Garrett. We reviewed my case. He was hesitant to take it since three lawyers took my case previously. The three of them did basically nothing with my case except to keep it in their office forever and I didn't know what was going on. One of those firms was Siegfried and Jensen; they are only known due to advertising, but have nothing close to what Garrett has: Lots of professionalism! After reviewing my case a couple of times, Garrett decided to take my case. He started working on it right away. We opened the case at the beginning of January and we had only until July to win or to lose. Well, surprisingly, five months later I got my first check as part of the settlement. Then in a month or two, I got the rest of the money. I even took a picture with Garrett for my personal file, since this was absolutely a won battle. Garrett, you and your team ARE AWESOME!! Jason Smith helped me back in 2018 with employment concerns. He got me back where I needed to be. I just wanted to post a quick review of this law firm.
I was in a head-on collision back in 2012 with my girlfriend. My insurance company decided to play hardball after being with them for my whole life (including my parents being with them for over 50+ years.)
It was a difficult process for me (and my girlfriend).
Bill & Sally took the helm in creating a comfortable situation where my bills, medications, and doctors were taken care of without worry. They were even able to negotiate my hospital bills to make sure my final settlement was worth the wait.
In the end, I'm glad I chose William Rawlings & Associates. They got what I deserved as far as a settlement with my stubborn insurance company, not to mention what my girlfriend deserved as well.
I would recommend anyone who is contemplating an injury attorney, to consider this firm. Forget your preconceived notions about attorneys!
I must admit going in, I thought they might be more concerned about getting a case and getting their fee than they were in making me whole again. This was the warning from so many others that had traveled this road before me.
Wrong…
I was a victim of an under insured motorist- damage to my car and injury to my back.
From the first time I met Mark, he was understanding, empathetic, and thorough in explaining the process that we would need to go through to get compensation for the mounting expenses.
He was straightforward and although I was reluctant to get surgery at first, trying all the other methods to get pain relief, Mark stayed with me asking if there was anything that he could do to help as a friend.
Mark and Domenic were able to get me just compensation for the accident all without having to go to court!
Having someone, who understands the process, knows what can be achieved and is willing to go to bat for you, not just settle, best describes Mark and Domenic.

I was involved in an auto accident, and hired a different attorney who i felt after several meetings wasn't listening or working as hard as he could have for me, so I met with Mr. Clark of Clark and Steinhorn and instantly decided to fire my other attorney and hire Mr. Clark. He kept me up to date on everything going on with my case, we had several meetings and anytime I needed him for anything he was there to answer any questions. The other insurance question only felt I was entitled to $1,000 settlement, it was no where close to a number we were happy with, Bob was able to get them to settle for $22,500 after filing suit. After my car accident I went to one of the TV lawyers. I had trouble getting answers to my questions. I never really got to talk to my lawyer and they really didn't seem interested in helping me.
