Ethan came highly recommended to us from a good friend. We had found ourselves in a peculiar real estate claim after discovering a mound of damage and rot to our home’s foundation that wasn’t disclosed in our sellers/buyer’s agreement. He was very honest with us that the bread and butter of his practice lied mostly in personal injury claims, but he had some experience in construction/real estate law as well. This was the first time my husband and I had ever had to hire a lawyer and we can honestly say that Ethan was wonderful. We didn’t get the expected outcome that we wanted with our claim, but to no fault of Ethan’s. The claim really was tricky, but we had to try. Ethan was not only honest and leading, but we felt comfortable with him. It was easy to work with him. He comes highly recommended from us!

It should be noted that, Mr. Blackwell doesn’t advertise on television, billboards, plaques or other media outlets. He relies solely upon references from his large list of satisfied clients.

In front of the Judge, I was interviewed by Mr. Blackwell and opposing council with regards to the settlement. Then, the Judge interviewed me to make sure that I was in agreement with the settlement too. After the Judge was satisfied on all counts, he addressed me by saying that he knew and respected Mr. Blackwell professionally and that he’s an outstanding injury case lawyer and that he believes that Mr. Blackwell has brought my case to the best possible conclusion.
In closing, I will personally recommend Mr. Blackwell and his staff to anyone that has an injury claim and needs the best possible legal representation.

Excellent trial lawyer!! Loyal, honest, hard-working, and a bulldog in the courtroom. Travis worked hard on a case for me out of the goodness of his heart. He believes in doing what's right and this situation was a prime example. Let me explain...someone filed a suit against me and my company. My insurance company denied the case, but I remember Travis saying he, "Couldn't let me go in the courtroom alone." There were times I had to tell him it was time to go home. He stopped at no end to see to it that justice was served in the case. I told him the Plaintiff was wrong, and not only did he believe me; he proved it. When we got our day in court, he was on fire. Sharp on the law and efficient with language. Ultimately, the judge directed a verdict of not liable and justice was served. We didn't have to pay any money to the Plaintiff!! The question is not whether you hire him or not, it's how bad could the situation could've been if you hadn't.

Wayne and his staff helped me come to a settlement agreement with an Insurance company that I had been working with on my own. Travis is one in a million. He's honest, and works in his clients behalf. I was stopped at a red light and was hit from behind. I had to have chiropractor care and he directed me to the best. I went for treatments for a couple of months and Travis got me a final settlement. In order for me not to take a complete loss after having extensive treatment from my chiropractor he was able to get the Dr. to discount some of my bill as well as he also discounted some of his bill so that I didn't have to take a complete loss. I was in a horrific rollover collision where I was nearly killed. Another driver was at fault and crossed three lanes on the freeway, and hit me and rolled my car. My car was totally destroyed. I sustained injuries from the collision. I was not in a mental state to handle anything about this collision on my own and knew I needed to hire an advocate. Having never encountered such injury before, Tom's representation was essential. He is very knowledgable and provided guidance throughout the months of recovery then settlement and continues to provide information to us when requested.
Our questions were always answered in details we could understand and he updated us with information he received from the carrier. We felt as if we were all a "team"...with Tom as the coach!
Tom's assistant, Lynn, was valuable, also. She did not provide legal counsel, but answered questions within her realm.
My injury could have been worse physically and would have been much worse without Tom's representation. I was rear ended on April 28, 2016 and had injuries to my neck. I did not want to be stuck with medical bills so I knew I had to find a personal injury attorney. I chose an attorney that did not have a billboard. I found William Schneikart on line. Little did I know Bill would put the gloves on for me and fight for what was right and just. Bill was compassionate to me and took his time obtaining the information. He was patient and has a calming demeanor. I could tell right away he was passionate about his job and believed in what he did. Bill walked me through step by step and informed me that the case could take six months or longer. Bill always kept me updated on the progress of my case. Bill worked tirelessly obtaining all my medical records, the accident report, information from the at fault insurance company and my insurance company. My insurance company stepped up to the plate. He referred me to the best medical/chiropractor clinics. I had to get an MRI of my neck (the first one ever). I went to all my medical appointments, physical therapy, and I had procedures (facet blocks, epidural, disc decompression) to ease my headaches and neck pain. I had headaches most days. Bill kept me going because there were times when I wanted to give up since the at fault insurance company offered a low ball settlement which would not begin to cover my medical bills. I was stressed out and depressed. Bill (and his assistant Kelsey) gave me words of encouragement. The at fault insurance company refused to give what was right. The case would have to go to court. Although Bill is an excellent litigator, he knew this may be a long drawn out case. Bill brought in a married attorney team that had ALOT of experience dealing with the at fault insurance company to help with the fight. Bill works with this attorney team often. My case was resolved by May 19, 2017. It just took a little while to get the details worked out, and then we were delayed by the court for about a month. The at fault insurance company agreed to pay the maximum. I was relieved, since the medical bills will be covered and after attorney fees I will have enough for future treatments if needed. Bill will fight for you! I would hire him again in a heart beat!

I had hired Mr. Collier for my slip and fall case. Despite the fact that I didn't have enough evidence of negligence, he tried very hard on my behalf. Two years earlier my husband hired him for a successful case in an airplane incident when he fell and broke his leg in the rear area of the plane.
