I was going through a custody/ child support battle with my ex husband. The lawyer I had could no longer work on my case and referred me to Dana. It was very short notice but Dana stepped up and met me at our first court date. We discussed how things would go from there and she assured me that she would take care of everything. She stayed on top of the case while making sure to update me every step of the way. Due to her great diligence my case was dismissed.
Dana was excellent and i would definitely refer her to my friends and family.

Mr. Morris represented me on a car crash that happened to me when I was in WA state. I tired dealign with the insurance company myself and had a feeling they were not treating me fairly. I found Mr. Morris on google and he explained everything to me right up front.
It took a few months, but the amount he got for me was about three times what insurance was offering me. Also he got my medical bills reduced, so the amount of money that I got to keep was more than three times what I would have if I had dealt with the insurance company myself.
He always answered the phone, always responded to emails and was always cool and professional to deal with. Would recommend him to anyone dealing with an insurance company.

Danny Feldman's performance exceeded my expectations -- (which, by the way, were high). I hit a car that had pulled out in front of me at an intersection. My insurance company paid all the bills minus deductable and diminshed value of my car ($10,000 damage). BUT they said we could never win a suit to recoup my losses and compensate for minor injuries because the insurance company of the involved individual is recognized throughout the industry as very very difficult to deal with,
Mr. Feldman had been beyond helpful in a previous case, so I decided to reach out to him again. He didn't hesitate to get to work on my case right away. Throughout the process he kept me informed, answered all questions and perservered when others would have given up . Several times during the process, he correctly predicted the next outcome. Had I not followed his advice, my settlement would have much less.
Mr. Feldman did an outstanding job settling this case with not only the plaintiff's insurance company but also all the medical entities that claimed shares of the award.

Unfortunately, I have had two car accidents in the past 8 years both of which I was not at fault. I contacted Mr. Feldman's office on my first accident claim and was so impressed that I used him again on my second accident claim. I enjoy working with Mr. Feldman. He is professional and personable. He read over my medical records, listened to my story and picked up details about how the accident had changed my life that even I was unaware of. He was able to communicate with me so that I understood the process and reasoning behind some of the decisions he made on my behalf. I liked that I could email any thoughts, questions or concerns I was having and Danny would normally answer the same day. Phone calls were also returned promptly. I was really impressed with his intuition during the negotiation phases. He always knew what to do, it was always the right the decision and it always worked for my benefit. The office staff are professional and helpful as well. Unsure if I will ever need his services again but I won't call anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. Feldman.

I guess that sas the same dvd the doctor told me to take hame , after a failed trail with the pain pump ( I had a spinal headache for 3 days , thank god for a blood patch ) I should have never had the first pump implant.A year and a half hater the motor stalled , then a second pump was installed, now I am on my 3rd pump , thank you for getting some compensation years later , I never was involved in any type of lawsuit before , Nicole made it very easy on my end , and made me understand that the legal action will make Medtronic build better devices for others in the future . I had never had an interaction with a lawyer before and had no idea where to begin even finding one for my personal injury claim I wanted to make against a major corporation. I knew I was in way over my head but after reviewing Jeff's profile/resume, I called him for a consolation. I got a call back from him right away and he was very engaged and offered to help. We met right away and I hired him on the spot. He was very proactive in regards to staying on top of all things related to the case and had tremendous communication throughout the process. Great lawyer, friendly down to earth and non judgmental. He helped with a difficult auto accident case, when the insurance company wants trying to get over, and barely pay for injury damages. He is also a great criminal defense attorney, he is well connected and knows how to navigate the courts and come up with a great negation. He doesn’t refuse you calls or ignore your emails. I was involved in a rear end collision and did not know where to turn, until I found Jonathon's business card. From day one, he was attentive to every detail and aspect of my case. Patrick handled a nursing home abuse case for our family. He was consistently respectful, sensitive , caring and efficient throughout this entire process. Dallas attorney Mr. Jeff Rasansky advised us on a lawsuit brought against us...it was dismissed! Without his meticulous approach I don't think the long term outcome would be as great as it is. Our personal attorney recommended Mr. Walton after I experienced a fall in a D/FW area business. Historically, "slip and fall" cases are not lucrative/successful in Texas, but Mr. Walton and his staff felt that my case was unique. We proceeded to consult, gather information and proceed after I was released from medical care. Then Covid happened. It was frustrating for everyone, as the legal system came to a halt. Walton and his staff proceeded by gathering information, exploring options, and ultimately reaching a settlement that was satisfactory to me.
