Mr. Quick was kind enough to spend ten minutes to advise me on a legal matter I had regarding a collision and insurance problem that did not ultimately require legal assistance but did need some brief guidance. He was clear that hiring an attorney would not be of value at this point but was generous with good advice on what my next steps would best be. I contacted Matt Quick after my first lawyer failed several times to respond to my inquiries. From the first day we spoke, until the case was completed, Mr. Quick was responsive, sympathetic and extremely professional. In addition to keeping me well informed, he explained all of the legal and medical issues in plain English. I also know for a fact he spent many hours dealing with insurance representatives who were "less than cooperative."

Just want to share my story on how Terry helped me out on what proved to be a life-changing event. I was the passenger of a truck on a country road in Tacoma when suddenly our vehicle was hit by a speeding driver who went over the ridge and left me almost dead right at the scene. With the grace of God, I survived the accident but had to fight for my life with severe injuries.
I had to endure three major surgeries, nearly a month of recovery in the hospital, and a few months more in rehab that had me spend most of my days in a wheelchair. More than three years of extensive rehab was still not enough to bring me back to the kind of physical freedom and confidence that I used to enjoy prior to the accident. I can completely attest that it has been the darkest days of my life. I couldn't work and the medical bills were piling up and it quickly drained what was left of my savings.
Just to let you know, the total medical expenses reached more than $150,000 not to mention the $60,000 worth of wages that I lost when I was stuck either in bed, in the wheelchair, or on crutches. In that moment, I didn't know what to do and there were plenty of times when my faith in the lord and life completely wavered.
The driver's insurance company settled for policy limits and from that point on, things turned for the worse. The insurance company insisted that they only had to carry 1/4 of the liability since I was merely a passenger of the truck and not the driver. The company put a lien on the $150,000 and medical bills it had paid which meant that I had to pay the majority of the money back. To bring further insult to injury, they even debated the responsibility of covering my future care.
But Terry E. Lumsden was not about to let justice slip away. Terry filed a lawsuit that forced the insurance company to waive its lien and agree to pay for future medical care. Thank you, Terry, for helping me achieve the justice and compensation that I desperately needed!

After being injured by a automobile accident, I tried to navigate the maze of insurance claims myself. It was very frustrating. A year after the accident I retained Sean to sort through everything. I have had the pleasure of working with Luke and his team for 2 really bad car accidents (9/2015 and 1/2016). When I first met Luke I appreciated that he listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and did not give me the typical lawyer pitch on how he could help me get a large some of money. After my crash Attorney Abraham and his team took immediate action to preserve and record evidence from the scene. The team's accident investigator came to my hospital room the next day to answer my questions and address concerns I had about how the police investigation was being handled. With that visit I was confident Attorney Abraham and his team were devoting the resources needed for my complicated crash investigation. With that weight lifted from my shoulders, I was able to just focus on the many surgeries ahead to be able to walk again.
Attorney Abraham's team was great at keeping me informed with every aspect of the case walking me through everything that came up. Whenever I wanted to talk to him personally about questions my call was either taken immediately or returned the same day.
During my hospitalized for three months, he and other members of my legal team would call to check how I was doing and if their were any needs or questions.
When I had to give a statement or deal with insurance investigators Attorney Abraham answered all my concerns before the meetings. As well as having someone from the team present with me.
I recall while in hospital struggling with how to share some disappointing information with my family. I turned to Jason for advice, he was very compassionate and treated me like a close friend, pointed out somethings I was overlooking and took the weight from my shoulders. He even offered to be present to explain things to my family and answer their questions.
When it came time to settle the case he was very effective in getting more than expected using some creative legal procedures.
Never was there a time that I didn't know what was going on with the case. When decisions had to be made I was always given options. When I asked for his opinion he shared it with his explanation supporting it.

Mr. Brown was referred to my family through a friend. My mother had just been in a near fatal collision with a tractor trailer. She was fortunate to have survived.
Her recovery is still ongoing 2 years after the accident. With that said, Mr. Brown was wonderful. He was very compassionate and attentive to our family and mother's health and financial concerns. I have been acquainted with attorney Brian Snow for 15+ years. He became my lawyer when I was running a business. I had a bench warrant out for my arrest with a couple traffic violations tagged onto it. It was passed by a couple of years and could have turned into something serious.
