Won my heavily contested child custody battle and support enforcement case. Kayla stood by me and defended my case from the beginning till the end. I started to used Rhonda after my divorce was final and there were items in the MSA that were not being followed. She is an incredible attorney that gets things done quickly and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate the most is that I do not have to wait long for a response; many times you are waiting and re-calling/checking on items. She works fast to get things accomplished. I know whatever I bring to her she will take care of in the best way possible and in a timely manner.

Eric Demetriades with the Marquis Lw Group is the most competent lawyer I’ve ever met. I was arrested for a complicated DUI case, which he handled flawlessly. From the first consultation to the final hearing, he was there to answer all my questions and got back to me expeditiously. Eric suggested a continuance to give me time to follow his recommendations which proved to be the right path. On each of the two days I was to be in court we had great pre-trial conversations which put my mind at ease. In court he was communicative and explained his expectations. His ability to work with the prosecutor and show the positive steps I had taken (Eric’s advice) yielded 100% of the sentence suspended with minimal fines. I couldn’t ask for a better attorney or result.

I had the pleasure of being represented by Walter Schouten. Ironically, he was referred to me by an attorney that I consulted with. I was told to call Walter because he is very knowledgeable and he's an outstanding trial lawyer. Walter took on my case and he was assisted by an amazing paralegal in Vanessa Enciso. This dynamic duo believed that they could help my situation in securing me a new trial for a custody case. They went to work immediately. This was 2 weeks after I lost at trial while being represented by a different firm.
Long story long...Walter was able to get me a new trial, and he was able to get the judge to change her previous ruling. I am now the custodial parent of my 7 year old son.
I have to admit that even if I wasn't awarded custodial rights, I was more than satisfied with the representation and would have been able to live with the ruling a lot easier. Knowing that I was being properly represented was huge for me. Especially since the previous firm I hired for this case was absolutely terrible.

Keith NEVER left any stone unturned when he handled our case. He was bold like a lion, aggressive like a tiger. One day, when he had to meet a dateline, he drove over 300 miles round trip so that the filling could be done. On another occasion he risked arrest to make sure that our voice could be heard. Our case needed multiple appeals and he went through them without bothering us with the details. We needed somebody to speak for us and he more than accomplished that for us. He was a good listener whose ultimate goal was to do what we wanted. His co-counsel, Sarah, despite the fact that she was a young female, apparently learned well from him because she was as aggressive, effective and efficient as he was. We totally appreciated and their well organized and well seasoned tandem operations. Our case took a couple of years and they were NEVER tired of us or showed any type of resentment, fatigue or unwillingness to fight on. They always welcome our input and worked toward our goal. During the process, we learned a lot about the law and how some of the tenets of law are interpreted. In other words, they educated us on what the outcomes might be and what our expectations should be. We became informed clients which helped our working relationship. By the time the case was over, we were like family to them because of the professional way they handled everything and the way they treated us with courtesy and dignity. Our opponents got to respect us and the experience changed the way they conducted their business. This was not the only case we had with the opponent but this set the tone and has tremendously influenced the way the other cases are unfolding. When I met Keith the first time, I told him that I wanted him to give us a voice. At the end, he gave us more than a voice. He gave us a platform, he gave us power that we never knew we had, he gave me freedom to be able to look our enemies right in the face and tell him exactly how we feel about them. The education we got from Keith and Sarah has propelled us in to a place we never knew we dare dream to be. The crowning moment came last year when my niece was deposed by one of the attorneys in another segment of the case. The attorney told her: you should seriously consider going to Law School. I believe you would make a formidable attorney. That was nothing short of the training she got from both attorneys of the Pearson Law firm. We love them, have kept in touch with them since the case ended. We unreservedly recommend them to anybody who needs a well seasoned attorney who would handle their case or cases as if that was their only case. One thing I know is the fact that they will leave there much more educated than they got in. We will not hesitate to reach out again to them if we needed other representation. It might help to know that their office was at least 180 miles from my home. That, in itself shows the obstacle that we had to overcome throughout our interactions. Believe me, that much distance never slowed down the process or affected the thoroughness of their work. As I look back now, I can't help but thank God that our paths crossed and we were privileged to have the luxury of dealing with such fine people.

Workers’ compensation is a long process. My attorney guided me People who has workers comp case needs to be patient because it takes a long time no matter what it is a bureaucratic system. The system is one sided system is written for employers my attorney guided me through this very complex system number one you will not get any treatment from any doctor in Worker’s Comp. unless you go treat on your own, the treatment you get in workers comp is very mediocre very bureaucratic and you feel like you’re not being treated. They just buy time and the time passes fast and you still not, my attorney had to struggle to get me anything and everything. It is a hard process.
I recommend RP LAW GROUP 100%
Very happy with services from RP law group if you have an injury and you feel you injured at work, make sure you take consultation. Do not try to handle it yourself.

If you get hurt at work and are stuck in the endless cycle of work comp paperwork and appointment setting and reminders and etc etc… call this office and they will handle EVERYTHING for you. STAY AWAY FROM ANY FIRM THAT EMPLOYS KELLY KILROY! She knew she was going to be disbarred and still took our case. We lost huge amount of money because of missed opportunities. She was too focused on saving herself. She would have lost malpractice lawsuit but "had no assets." (This is our opinion based on the facts we experienced).

Before, during, and after confirming that I could not afford their services, I was treated as though I am a billionaire prospective client. Where all other lawyers relied heavily on “avoiding liability by not providing legal advice” to confirm whether there’s money in it for them then end the conversation if not, Mr. Pike consciously got as close to the line as he legally could by providing general insight, education, and resources out of the kindness of his heart.

Me and a few coworkers went fishing on our time off and being completely unaware and mistaking one species for another we got a list of charges from FWC. After speaking with another attorney we were in a bit of a panic, hearing misdemeanor, fines possible jail. I called Attorney Sando & explained the situation. He instantly explained how he’s not a lawyer that’s gonna scare us into hiring him and knowledgeably explained all of our options and his plan of attack he explained his fee & all of us agreed to hire him. None of us are residents of Florida & we were concerned about our jobs over a mistake. I have to say, Attorney Sando is the greatest. He kept in constant contact, always returning our calls & answering our questions. He handled all of our court dates, and in the end, charges were dismissed.

This past spring, my lease manager invited me to film him and his son turkey hunting for the opening day of youth season. Unbeknownst to me, he had placed his blind within the parameters of his "feed area" the night before. I met up with them before sunrise on the morning of the hunt and we entered his blind. As the sun came up, I realized where we were but did not feel comfortable stopping the hunt because he was my lease manager and I didn't want to get kicked off. FWC raided the hunting lease and arrested several hunters and one videographer (me) for being within 100 yards of bait while turkey hunting.
Drew took the time to understand my position and did an awesome job helping me get these charges dropped. This was the first time I had ever been in trouble with the law and I am thankful that Drew was there to help me navigate through it.

My Attorney I feel is the best in the S.E. when it comes to family law.
After final judgment my ex wasn't happy with the outcome from the Judge when he found and pointed out that she lied under oath several times and wasn't forthcoming with any of her testimony, so she filed an appeal through her lackluster attorney.
My attorney immediately requested I hire Mark Baseman to represent me which I did.

Claire has represented me for several years in numerous cases that have gone through family court. There is no one I would rather have in my corner. She is kind, supportive and understanding of the emotions involved in family court cases (children, support and visitation). But once we are in court she is absolutely ferocious and within minutes you will thank God she is on your side. Her entire team, including Carrie, are amazing. Jeff Bickerton, was referred to me by a center. I was absolutely unsure and tremendously nervous. Jeff assured me and knew exactly what I was going through. His vast experience reflected though his questions. He pin pointed the issue and the path I was supposed to take. I didn’t have to think twice or look any further. He gave me the confidence, and his relentless support kept me motivated. He answered all my questions, returned all my calls and emails. His patience and precision is admirable. He doesn’t believe in wasting your time and resources. The case went for almost a year and the fee was minimal. The other party involved had the worst experience with the attorney and that made me appreciate Jeff’s professionalism even more.
