I have to say though not the situation I ever wanted myself to be in William was beyond amazing. He was always in more corner through my divorce. Not only did he close my case in 60 days, he walked me through everything. I hired another attorney and that was a mistake, he was able to clean up their mess and end a very bitter divorce. He always seemed to truly care about what was important and not just making a dollar off of me. I would recommend him to anyone looking to a skilled lawyer that is looking out for you not their wallet.

We had a consultation with Mr. Murphy for end of life planning and had a great experience. Mr. Murphy was kind and attentive and he really listened to what we had to say. I’m thankful I found Jackie. I had prior representation for a brief time from the daughter of the head of different firm. I ended up disappointed with that individual and their performance, which seemed to be more self-absorbed than truly dedicated to their client. A very one- dimensional and impersonal experience. Having the expertise of Ms. Jackie Abboud was like a night and day experience. She was immediately engaged, very informative, and a great listener. She truly cares about her clients. She has decades of experience and her unrelenting drive to reach a favorable outcome and protect children is impervious to deflection. I was surprised by her personalization and availability. It was a welcome and refreshing feeling, knowing that I had a seasoned and genuine individual to navigate the waters, comprehensively, and to advise me without being intimidated with any matter or individual along the way. She was masterful at being able to present truth to the Courts and cut through the nonsense brought forth by my ex. Child custody cases can be very tough and stressful to navigate, as one or both parties can be caught up in desperate emotion and do very stupid things that can tie up the Courts time, burn through a lot of money, and ultimately place undue stress and burden on innocent children. Child Custody Evaluators can be involved and have to investigate any allegation. Again, more money essentially taken away from being used for your child’s future, and your child must be involved with having to be questioned, etc. I was on the other end of reckless,, ridiculous, hurtful, and shortsighted desperate attempts at diminishing me as a fair minded and devoted/loving mother. Ultimately, I was granted a move away order. His case crumbled . I was also able to obtain a settlement which greatly helped with court costs. I highly recommend Ms. Abboud if you can secure her services. I understand she doesn’t take on just anyone, and she’s not easy to secure. I feel very fortunate and I’m ever so thankful for our outcome. My daughter is the happiest she’s ever been. Absolutely thriving. I have never used my daughter as a tool, nor have been vindictive. That’s so important. Truth won, and I’m ever so grateful for Ms. Abboud being a steward of justice and incredible support for me and my daughter.

Jake and his team were incredibly helpful after I was in a serious car accident caused by another driver. I had no idea what to expect and Jake walked me through everything with clear expectations. Jake and his team provided support, were very knowledgeable, and made it clear they care about their clients. His paralegal, Nicol, provided resources for medical care and transport services when I had trouble getting to appointments and I always had a quick email reply to any questions. If you are looking for a wonderful attorney to handle a Family Law matter, I highly recommend Danielle Levy. She was great and helped me navigate through a difficult situation of a Child-Support issue with my ex and got the outcome that was fair and needed for myself and my children. I know as fathers coming into the divorce/shared-parenting/child-support process, we feel as though we are automatically fighting an up-hill battle and we feel we often get the short-end of everything in these processes. I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I searched the internet and came across " The Law Office of Kenneth Mollins". After reading the awesome reviews , I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he assured me that he will keep fighting until I got the best deal available. He kept fighting for me until I walked away with an offer of no points on my license, a traffic ticket, and a reasonable amount of time to pay it. I highly recommend their Law Office because they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, affordable and they patiently address any questions or concerns you may have as a client. They will always be my go to Law Firm.

I thought I could handle my divorce amicably by myself, but my ex husband’s family attorney (who hates me) hired the most expensive and viscous divorce lawyers in New York to make the divorce as contentious as possible for me.
My situation didn’t improve until a dear family friend recommended Rona to me. She immediately assuaged all of my concerns and fought hard for me and I ended up with a better settlement in the process.
Rona made the best of a bad situation and I will recommend her to everyone. She’s also a very nice person.

Kimberli helped me in my divorce this past year. What a nightmare from the start, when I first went to her I had zero hopes and felt defeated before we even started. First, as noted by numerous other reviewers, Ms. Raddatz is very responsive. Even whenshe is unable to turn her attention immediately to my questions, she responds that she has noted my question and that she will turn to it at her earliest opportunity.
Second, Ms. Raddatz is direct, honest, and frank with her clients. While it can be difficult to learn and accept the harsh realities of family courts, it is better to understand the facts of the case and what can be done to work towards the best outcome for one's children. Ms. Raddatz always explains what is realistic, what is sensible, and what is out of the question. This knowledge and expertise are indispensable.
Third, Ms. Raddatz endeavors to achieve an 'Agreed Order' for her clients. This means working with the opposing counsel to negotiate an order to which both parties agree, and the Judge simply signs off on that order. This avenue is much more beneficial than showing up to court without having done the due diligence of working towards a solution. Judges generally look favorably upon parties that do the hard work of reaching an agreement prior to court.
In addition, Ms. Raddatz's paralegal, Ginger, has been immensely helpful in assisting with various administrative matters for my case.
