My selling point after calling a few attorneys in the area, is that Ryan not only took the time to patiently listen to the sypnosis of my situation, but actively asked clarifying questions and immediately delivered a winning game plan to my case —and it was! I rarely leave a review, but Hacknet Credit Specialist and his team fully deserve it. I had a late payment posted on my credit from Credit One bank after 5 months of my account being closed with them and the balance being fully paid off. I contacted their customer service, wrote them letters and e-mails, and for months struggled to get my credit fix. I engaged HackNet and his team to fix this issue and to my amazement they were able to get this issue resolved with Credit One in less than two weeks including my Amex credit card all the late payment resolved. His company and his team are by far the best in fixing credit and I will certainly highly recommend them to all of my colleagues and friends. I had a loan reporting as "included in bankruptcy." It must have been a clerical error on the part of the credit bureaus because I have never been involved in any bankruptcy. As silly an error as it was, it was keeping me from refinancing my home! I hired Brent and he got it fixed quickly. My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Long overdue review! Mehdi is truly an amazing lawyer who cares. I had a complicated family court case while simultaneously an ongoing criminal case with my abusive ex. I was in postpartum and it was the beginning of separation. I was very hyper vigilant and probably not the easiest to deal with, but Mehdi fully supported me through both cases. He took my life chaos with stride. He always fought hard for me in the court room. He even advocated for me to the ADA in the separate criminal case pushing the case further than it would have without him. I sometimes had to remember he was my lawyer and not my therapist! He gave me so much advice and honestly strength. Sharing a child with an abuser is no fun. We did get everything we asked for in Family Court which was such a relief. It wouldn’t have happened with any other lawyer, only Mehdi. I truly believe that. After Family Court ended he contacted me to check in and show support. He has worked with many women who have experienced DV so he gets it. Hopefully we don’t end up back in Family Court, but if we do He’s our GoTO… If he will have us again. Ha. Ha. We love you Mehdi!

If you’d like an ego boost or if you’re insecure about applying for law school, simply hire Bo. You’ll learn that literally anyone could be a lawyer. You don’t have to come to meetings understanding how to send a billing email or prepare at all by simply reading an 8 page contract. You could answer questions with “I don’t see why not”. Very decisive. Totally reassuring. All while charging an absolutely obscene rate for work you could 100% do yourself.

The only reason i’m leaving even 2 stars is because my case won. Other than that, i’ve had a poor experience with Atlas/Sulaiman law. The customer service and communication through this firm is honestly sad and extremely unprofessional.
I had a case for discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
At first everything went smoothly and I had no questions or concerns, but I noticed that once I did start to have questions, they were always ignored and left unanswered. My lawyer Travis also treats me like he could not be bothered & everything is a hassle. There is not a single time i’ve felt valued as a client. In fact, the opposing lawyers who took my deposition against their client treated me with more respect and friendliness than my team. How uncomfortable. If this is how the winning cases are treated, I could only imagine the losing ones.
From asking about attire for the deposition, to asking for a breakdown of totals, to asking how i will receive my check, to asking when I will receive my money- almost NONE of my emails or texts were returned, and if they were it’s because I was persistent in emailing and calling until I got a response. None of the inquiries I had were useless or outrageous. I am not a paralegal and therefore not well versed in the law, you would think that someone who was on your case would want you to be fully aware of what’s going on.
To add the cherry on top, my team received my check on the 18th of this month, this was after several unanswered emails asking whether the check would be direct deposit (as i was asked to provide my information), or physical check, if it would arrive to them first or me.
On the 20th I asked if i could pick the check up, if not how long it would take to be sent.
they provided me with extremely vague non-answers. “you’ll receive a tracking number 48-72 hours after we send you your check”
is not an answer to when will it be sent. When I tried again, it was left unreplied to as usual.
I would like to add that I did not have very many questions to begin with, but as the case closes, of course I would need to know more specific details. I was told on the 19th that the team would be sending my checks in the mail within the next few days.
It is about to be the 23rd, which makes 5 days after the check is received and I am still left with no response, no check, and no money that I was expecting for the holidays- a concern I expressed several times with no care given.
This firm will at the very minimum help you win, but the amount is whatever they decide. Standard lawyer fee is 33%, I was charged 40. After seeing the breakdown of the total, I realized that it’s honestly more like 50%. They will charge you 40%, but they don’t tell you that with filing and other fees are not included and equate to thousands of dollars on their own. My lawyers made about $60 less than I did.
I feel extremely taken advantage of and it makes me wonder if I was left in the dark on purpose. I only resorted to a review because I’m scared that this case will be left with no resolution for me. The people who are supposed to help me with my problems, aren’t. I’m not sure when or even if I will receive my money, but hey- at least all of my lawyers were able to buy all the gifts their hearts desired this holiday season. can’t say the same for me unfortunately.

It isn’t my intention to make my review this long, but it’s the only way to truly share my experience. I’ll pay it forward. After months of contemplating, researching the subject and reaching the conclusion I’m truly in the worst of financial troubles, I still wasn’t 100% sure if I could or should go through with bankruptcy. I wasn’t there yet. I was terrified at the thought. Enter Mr. Singer. The first thing was the website. It was very different than most. It’s put together right. It’s not intimidating. So I called the number. To my surprise Mr. Singer picks up the phone. Not an answering machine or secretary or anything. He doesn’t know me and is talking to me like I’m a family member. Like his grandson or son. He spoke to me about ME. With dignity and respect. Not about money or what I did wrong. Not about My mistakes. But is this action now apart of my life’s journey? I worked for and with Attorneys for over 20 years. When I first met Ryan I was very impressed by his demeanor. He was very down to earth and we talked some just to break the ice.
