Shocked!
How often does a "cold-call" letter offering to appeal your property taxes work out and in your favor. Put me down as a convert. Attorney Lavanga sent a detailed letter to Berks County residents and other counties. By nature a skeptic, I read it several times and could find nothing amiss, rather nothing to lose. Attorney Lavanga would file the appeal, attend county hearing, and even pay for a home appraisal, if needed, in support of the appeal.
The process could not have been simpler with the lion's share of the work being done by the attorney. The catch? None! The agreed fee was fair: a one-time fee of 50%. of any possible tax savings. No savings, no fee. It was that simple.and resulted in a reduction of property taxes in the thousands.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience under less-than-ideal circumstances with worker’s compensation. We had a really bad run in with A shady collection agency . We had a debt that should have never been on our credit for 100.00 . We Hired Justin who within 3 days had it off , raised our credit score by 200 points and made it possibly for us to close on our home . There was no “office hours”. He took my calls and texted me at all hours . We have made the decision to make him our attorney for everything with how he handled this . We’ve referred him to friends who have also had success . I really try not to be a “Karen” the best I can, but with this place having such great reviews, I was astounded by how absolutely rude the lady was that answered the phone. She spoke over me, cut me off continuously, and had some of the worst communication skills I have encountered. I realize a job like this can be tasking, but a little kindness goes a long way, and that woman had absolutely none. I had my call on speaker phone, and even my 13 year old daughter who overheard it all was appalled by the way she handled my call. Probably a great company, but whoever is handling calls could use a hug, and possibly a recap on how to be nice to people.

I was in the vicinity and spotted this law firm. I truly believe that all was in 'divine order' lol for me to find this firm. I am currently dealing with an identity theft issue for my elderly father, but it's partnership-business related. Although my father's legal matter cannot be taken on by this firm, I was provided great information and alternate resources on how to proceed for/with my father. I spoke with Brandy, who was AWESOME in communicating the information/resources! From that phone call alone, I strongly feel that she is definitely an asset to that firm. Brandy even 'educated' me on the difference between a regular lawyer and a super lawyer. Knowing that Ian Lyngklip is one of a few super lawyers, one who fights for the 'little guys', AND one who has a very knowledgeable and passionate paralegal on his team... Gary will take the time to review your information and case and give you the best advice he can on how to proceed and what to expect every step of the way. Gary knows the debt collection industry and how to deal with both the collectors themselves as well as their attorneys and adjuncts. He not only went out of his way to get me the best outcome possible but he tried to figure out all possible ways to make them pay ME for not following the rules and laws concerning debt collection possible. When Gary is on your side the opposing lawyers and collectors pay attention to your case more (in my experience, as I started the process pro se, representing myself, and they were unresponsive to my outreaches until I had Gary) and are more willing to negotiate a better settlement. I would highly recommend anyone that has debt collection letters, issues, or lawsuits to speak with Gary about them and he will advise you as to the best courses of action.
