Mr. Duarte represented me for my 2nd DUI case and when the final result came out one morning just a few weeks ago, I could not stop smiling for the rest of the day. I could not believe the final outcome. It was far better outcome than I ever hoped for and anticipated.
Since the day of my 2nd DUI, it had been a long ordeal for me since I had to deal with all the stress of the court system for more than 18 months but Mr. Duarte stood strong by me every time and made me feel that I was being taken care and cared by him. About a year ago, I found myself in a situation that not only could have a significant impact on myself and my family, but also and even more so on my career (I am in the legal field). Facing a DUI charge is a scary position to be in, emotions become tumultuous and can often cloud sound judgment. I was referred to Francisco through a good mentor and friend of mine, and had actually referred Francisco by way of the same person recommending him myself once before, to a friend of mine. I cannot say enough about my experience with him. Not only did he achieve a fantastic outcome for my particular case, which had multiple charges and penalties in play, but most importantly he treated me with kindness, respect, understanding and a genuine, palpable compassion and empathy for me, my case and what I was facing. I love how you get an Attorney to cover your case who has knowledge of your situation. Some things they may not know, however, they seek out all they can to assist their clients. I’ve appreciated the fact that they talk to, and help each other in all cases. I appreciate them seeking out Mental Illness knowledge in both criminal and traffic cases. I was driving from DC to Florida and was pulled over in Greensville County Virginia. I received a reckless driving ticket 85/70 and was surprised to found out it was misdemeanor in VA being from FL. I did research on lawyers and Christina Pendleton & Associates was by far the best choice. The law firm offered a very reasonable and fair fee for their services with the speed being under 89 mph. Her law firm was in constant contact with me either by phone or email. They always responded to my emails in the same day which I was very pleased about. My reckless driving 85/70 was reduced to a infraction for defective equipment with a fine and no points. I highly recommend Pendleton & Associates if you are from out of town and need a lawyer to represent you.

I found that Mr. Crowley had a high level of integrity and knowledge, and seemed genuinely concerned about the case as an individual, rather than just another case number on the dock. During the trial, Mr. Crowley asked all the relevant questions, reviewed all the documents of the opposing counsel, he found the inconsistencies with the plaintiff’s testimony, and was VERY concise with the cross examination. This lady probably prevented a stroke! Out of deep worry and need for help, I was lucky to find her in her offices, long after everyone else had stopped answering their phones and gone home. A person in my family had gotten herself in some deep legal problems and I was in no financial position to retain a lawyer. I was facing a felony charge for something I did not do. I I contacted Coleen immediately after getting arrested for a free consultation. Thereafter, she went above and beyond what was required of her to provide free legal advice to me across a period of three months. Many other lawyers that I tried to contact simply ignored my emails or charged a consultation fee.
Subsequently, as my case progressed, I retained Coleen. Thanks to her contacts and experience, she was able to eventually get a hold of the deputy prosecutor to persuade him not to file any charges!!
Throughout this entire harrowing episode, Coleen has been a steady and reassuring source of strength for me. She patiently dealt with my incessant questioning while always keeping me in the loop. Couple months ago I got into an at fault accident; rear ended a car. There were no injuries and no major damages to the second car, but I got a speeding ticket, that could increase my insurance rates significantly. I was given a ticket for 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. I have an out of state license and was told by the officer I would need to appear in court. I received a letter in the mail from His law firm and after talking with his staff retained them to represent me.
