The professionalism and quality of a big city law firm in the middle of Montana! In my opinion there is no better equipped, and trustworthy representation available in the state. I spoke briefly with Brandon Luna and described my situation. He relayed that he had experience in similar cases. We hired Bandon Luna. He reviewed my situation and came up to speed very, very quickly - he did not invoice for many, many hours. Brandon Luna met with me and shared his strategy. He was spot-on. I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with Shawn. I have a unique issue in that a tenant died and left property in my building. Shawn looked up civil codes and explained to me how to navigate this tricky situation. He is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He then recommended another firm to handle my case. My name is David.
I hired Shawn and Kelly to help me seek damages from a contractor who installed defective materials in my home. After 9 months of being ignored, deceived, and mistreated by the contractor, I decided to pursue legal action.
Shawn and Kelly took a proactive and professional approach and initially created a very detailed demand letter citing various legal precedence and legal remedies to attempt to find an out of court settlement. Coupled with claims with the California Contractors State License Board and the contractor’s Bond company, we were not only successful achieving a fair settlement, but I also covered my legal costs and all of the costs to repair my home. There were even enough monies left over to take my wife out for dinner after a year of feeling helpless against a dishonest company.
I would also like to disclose that I previously had a disagreement with a tenant who also used Huston/McCaffrey to represent them. I am pleased to say that that tenant and I were able to find a solution. Heather is very aggressive in defending her clients. She represented my ex-wife in our divorce and had no problem telling the judge outright lies and slandering my name in attempt to paint me as the "bad guy" in the divorce. She encouraged her client to try to have my mother arrested for harassment due to a few text messages that were actually polite and courteous. She encouraged her client to file a false police report against me after her client intentionally damaged her own property in a storage unit. She sent an IWO to my employer and had child support taken out of my pay check before the judge even signed the order. She sets her morals and ethics aside when defending her clients. She's expensive, but worth every penny if you need someone to strongly defend you in a difficult divorce.

Mr. Mutimer assisted me in a rather "messy" matter which resulted in a favorable outcome.

I was physically assaulted, somehow I was arrested? I spent a day in jail and had to defend myself from a family member who had assaulted me and lied. I am soooo glad I called Charnesky and Dieglio. Dina answered my call. I think it was a Sunday, she stayed on the phone and was very caring and competent and I hired her. Dina was knowledgeable, honest and forward about the charges. Personality: Tina Corr was wonderful to talk to. She gave me the truth even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She read everything I sent (and I mean read, not just received) and she responded mindfully to all of my concerns.
