I had been been in car accident where the driver was under insured and I had to make claim against my uninsured motorist coverage. My insurance company started jerking me around with unnecessary treatments and less than recommended treatments that were not helping me until my pip coverage ran out then tried to deny my claim all together. That is when I obtained the services of Mr. Clay MacCaslin. He took over and helped me navigate my way through doctors appointments, depositions and taking my insurance company to court. I received a letter through the mail about a ticket in a county I had never been in, so I was very worried and anxious. I can not say enough good things about Mr. Patterson! I was going through a horrendous separation and did something extremely stupid which led to a felony charge. A friend told me about Travis. Well, let me start off by saying Mr Prestia is the best Lawyer I could have asked for, was recommended to him through a family member. As soon as I walked in for the consultation I knew he would be the perfect lawyer to take on my case. He knew and said from the beginning that it would be hard to prove my innocence knowing what they had against me but even with that information he told me he would fight till the end and that is exactly what he did. He did it all quickly too never had a single problem when going into the courtrooms and speaking with the DA he sorted everything out for me all I had to do was tell the DA what happened that day of the incident. We met with the DA once and that first time it didn't go so smoothly they were not going to give me a plea bargain, he told me to not worry and that he would speak with them to try to get me another meeting with them and he did that exactly, ended up speaking with them and ultimately we settled with a plea bargain. no criminal record only a violation. No lawyer I know would have tried to fight this that much and get me another meeting with the DA for a second time what was most likely going to happen was going to trial but Mr Prestia was set on not taking this to trial since it could go 50/50 in favor or not in favor of me. Thankfully in the end it all worked out and the charges were dropped after taking the plea bargain. No criminal record is what he wanted to achieve for me and that's exactly what we got. I really do recommend this lawyer to anyone who is in need of one, Mr Prestia is really understanding. If I ever need a lawyer in the future I'm definitely coming to him first.

Mr. Skinner recently represented me in a criminal case that I was wrongfully accused in and completely innocent of the allegations. I had prematurely hired another defense attorney that I was not completely comfortable with and when I decide to make a change he supported me in that process and then developed and implemented a case strategy that not only showed my innocence, but also shed light on the incompetence of the other parties involved. Mr. Skinner was very calculating in his approach to others regarding the situation, understanding the need to not alienate these resources and create a hostile and distrusting environment. During this ordeal Mr. Skinner always made himself available to me and provided a constant voice of both information as well as a sounding board for me as I grew more and more disenfranchised with the system and gained more insight into the truths of how the system actually operates. Additionally, Mr. Skinner advised me on circumstances not directly associated to the case, not as an attorney but as a person. I found this personal aspect to be very refreshing, and know that it is a quality that is not found very often in the legal ranks. Eventually, after every excuse was exhausted by the prosecution, the case was dismissed, and I am now on my way to returning to some sense of normality. My best advice is to never find yourself in a situation that you would need the services of a criminal defense attorney. However, should you for whatever reason find yourself in that very precarious situation, I would highly recommend the services of Mr. Skinner and his team.

When I was initially arrested for a DWI I was a first time offender and did not know the full extent of what fighting it in court would mean. Kyle was patient and walked me through the entire process. He made himself available to me even on weekends to answer questions and help reduce my anxiety. Ultimately, it took almost two years to resolve my DWI and Kyle was there every step of the way. I was offered many plea deals because I was a first time offender with a low BAC level and each deal seemed good, however, Kyle never pressured me to accept anything I did not feel 100% confident with. Kyle represented me for a Class A assault case. It was my first time having trouble with the law and I was very unaware of the legal process. I figured common sense justice would be applied by prosecutors but I found that is not necessarily the case. I found that a lot of the prosecutors are only interested in winning and advancing their career. Basically once you are charged, you need someone fighting for you to prove your innocence or take some sort of plea. Kyle did a fantastic job fighting for me. He is very knowledgeable about the law and has a lot of tools in his kit to help prove your innocence. Kyle fought for me and refused to be pressured into bad plea deals. We eventually went to trial, which ended in a mistrial and an eventual dismissal. I highly recommend Kyle and his team to fight your case.

Mr. Gore represented my 18 year old daughter on reckless driving and speeding citations (90 in a 70 MPH zone). We live out of state but Mr. Gore and his paralegal Zilla were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They were patient and prompt in their responses to my many questions. 1. Competent and knowledgeable
This is the most important thing that you should be looking for when hiring an attorney, and Tony offers the assets.Tony is a competent and knowledgeable attorney. During my deposition hearing, he made sharp and strong arguments and easily convinced the Judge to subpoena the accuser who had refused to continue to cooperate. All of my friends present at the hearing was very impressed how sharp and competent Tony was as a defendant attorney. His approach definitely comes from his competence and experiences with trials. He has been to more than 60 trials, and he understand how jurors perceive cases. I could see he is a very experienced and skilled attorney. He is also very sharp and come up with ways to discuss the case. When I send him materials that I have found with regards to my case, he would explain what the material could mean and how it could be used as evidence. He thoroughly explained how the jurisdictional processes work. Because he had served as a former prosecutor at the Kittitas court for a long time before he became a criminal defense lawyer. Because of that he also has good understandings of the court system and prosecutors.
2. Complete work promptly
Getting the work done in a timely manner is extremely important not only for your case to be resolved quickly so you can get back to your normal life soon but also for your mental health. My first attorney never got the work done, and it caused me lots of stress because I wasn’t sure when she would be able to talk to the prosecutor about my case if she hadn’t collected any evidence such as police report, public records and so on. When I hired Tony, he immediately requested all of the materials and started to collect evidence. He obtained all of the materials that had never been collected by my previous attorney for almost two months within a week since I hired him. Also, as the trial date was getting close, Tony paid more attention to me and sometimes he would respond on weekends. This really assured me that I had a very supportive attorney who focused on my case.
3. Effective communicator
Tony communicates with you in a timely and kind manner. When you are defending your case against the charge, you don’t want an attorney who never communicates with you. If your attorney never tells you what she has done, or never provides an answer, the whole process becomes even more stressful. Tony mostly responds in 24 business hours, sometimes even on weekends!
4. Organized work styles
He is also very organized. He has a personal portal website where he uploads documents that are related to your case and remind you of the court dates. His work is transparent, and you have access to all of the relevant documents on the website. You are constantly kept updated the work he is doing, and where the work has progressed, and what he has done.
All in all, Tony is an awesome attorney to work with. Some lawyers take too many cases, and they don’t care about your case after you sign a contract. Tony doesn’t do that. Tony wants to focus on his clients’ cases and works hard for them. You need that kind of lawyer. As soon as I hired Tony, I was very assured that I would have someone who will work on my case very hard. He immediately gained my full trust and validated it for the entire time. If you are looking for legal help to defend your case, he is your guy.

We all make mistakes. Upon hearing about Houston & Alexander PLLC, I consulted them regarding DUI charges among others. Mr. Underwood got court postponed for me on more than one occasion, until I was able to pay for their services in full. On my final court date they did their negotiations with the district attorney’s representatives, and got my charges reduced to reckless driving. My spouse hired a high-powered "celebrity" attorney and was planning on putting me "through the ringer" and was planning to take our child out of state with the man she was having an affair with. The amount I paid her felt like a lot at the time but in retrospect it was nothing. I would've found a way to pay her twice that. I just called her office to request information regarding a case from 20+ years ago. Her office manager, being 30+ years experienced in crime records reporting, took her own time to advise me on the process and how to proceed, without having to hire a legal counselor at all.
