I am updating this review as somehow someone left a one star under my name. I'm not sure how that happened but I apologize. I have been working with Jameel Williams on my disability case. I was referred to this office by some other acquaintances that have used their services. Since working with them, the staff has been very pleasant, helpful and compassionate during this difficult time. Mr. Williams has been very responsive and has kept in communication regarding my case every step of the way. I would recommend this office for any of your legal needs. Social security and the state of Michigan is very difficult to work with and Jameel is doing everything in his power to get a favorable outcome for my case. If the need arises, I would definitely not hesitate to work with them in the future.

We bought a piece of property and the neighbors have been using 10ft wide times 100 feet long of our property started as a nice gesture letting them know where the property line was and after a year of being nice it was time to take them to court DUSTIN DEESE came highly recommended and he out performed in our minds !! He kept excellent communication with us and won our case and even money back for costs according to Florida Law. Christian was a pleasure to work with! I was facing serious traffic charges that could have resulted in significant fines and license revocation among other things. Luckily by chance, I found David Arpino's firm online and I am incredibly grateful that I did.
Mr. Arpino was able to identify and highlight the crucial procedural defects in the police paperwork. Once found, he crafted and filed a motion to dismiss the charges.
Mr. Arpino's expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the legal complexities and outlining the best course of action. His strong skillset in the knowledge of the law helped alleviate much of the stress I was dealing with during my license suspension. Mr. Arpino significantly increased my influence and wanting to understand and learn the law related to my case and what to expect during legal proceedings.
The process took several months, but thanks to his skillful representation, the Court ultimately granted the motion to dismiss the charge(s) against me. To simply put, the Prosecution (The People) had no defense and even argued points of the Law that were irrelevant to the case.

I recently had the pleasure to work with Kristina Yee Vitullo. Unfortunately, I got myself into a situation where I had made, what was for me, a large deposit, much of which was not refundable. As time went on, I realized I did not want to go forward for a variety of reasons. The situation was complex. Kristina is extremely bright and personable and was quick to understand the situation. She wrote a brilliant letter to the organization I had contracted with, and within a few weeks, was able to obtain an 85% refund of my deposit for me. I was incredibly delighted and relieved.

I contacted this number for help with a DMV hearing. I was told it was going to be 200$ to get started with pulling records and going over them. All pretty standard except how little I actually got for the 200$. Spent maybe an hour on the phone for 3 minutes of information. Then I was quoted 2k for the hearing help. I would look down the street.

Haven't had to hire these gentlemen but was served with a papers from an accident my son was involved in. Wasn't sure what I needed to do since I have never had to deal with anything of this sort before so I called these guys.
Although I only called for a Consultation this gentlemen treated me like I was a paying client. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me telling what I needed to do and went over some of the terminology in the summons with. He had absolutely no obligation to spend as much time on yhe phone me as he did but he did and was absolutely professional about it and I never felt like he was rushing me off.
I hope I never have to hire these Gentlemen but if I should I will absolutely be coming to them. And even though my experience was only a 15 minute call I would have to say that I would 100% recommend them simply due to how he treated me on the phone.

We used McCarthy and Akers for two of our house closings (selling and buying), and we were very impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to explain each step of the process. And when our buyer’s title company had made an error on the buyer’s documents, McCarthy and Akers caught it and got everything squared out with them before we signed the paperwork.
We were so impressed that my wife and I came back to them when we decided to make our wills. Doug McCarthy, Dan Mitchell, and their team made the process extremely simple and explained all of our options that made it very easy to understand. We filled out a small packet ahead of time to give them pertinent information, and when we came for our initial meeting, Doug and Dan were prepared, and we were able to go through all the necessary information in 30 minutes. They had refreshments for us as well to top it all off! I recommend McCarthy and Akers to my family and friends, and I would do the same for anyone who needs the services they have to offer.

In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.

Not going to bite my tongue on this one. Was calling for a whole different reason. Caught a case and he went above and beyond to help me over the phone. When I say ever other lawyer I called wouldn’t even talk much with me unless money was involved I got disappointed. Sister found his number and called he told her to have me call, not only did he answer the phone he talked with me found out all the info informed me of what he believed he can make happen and didn’t settle till I was comfortable with the choice didn’t just tell me anything or have me accept just anything he’s definitely my go to guy from now on no hesitation.
