Words simply don’t do enough to express my genuine gratitude for Young and her Teams support in handling my husbands immigration case. Recently a financial legal issue turned my life upside down. Unsure of my options I called a handful of attorneys and found that they would talk in circles and try to sell me on solutions that I think benefited them more than I. Not with Mr. Suda. From the start he was straight forward with me and explained my options. He helped me through a very difficult process, did not sugar coat my situation and was honest on what options would be best for me. Wasted 2 years telling us we had a good case. Within the first year they stated it was taking them so long because they didn’t have my mother’s medical records. Then they dragged it out until the statute of limitations was reached. It’s states in clear words why my mom died on her death certificate and we were told by Kurt this was a very good case and the medical malpractice was within the first 4 pages of her being admitted! There’s so much proof and documentation to prove malpractice and still nothing ! We had a good case until the last minute when they were about to file the lawsuit then they call stuttering barely explaining why they were dropping the case! I would NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY ! YOU FAILED MY MOTHER HER GRANDKIDS AND HER FAMILY!!! 1000/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! A WASTE OF 2 YEARS!!! THEN THEY SENT BACK ONLY HALF THE MEDICAL

They ask questions and have you do all they work for them and charge you money, you tell them the person when where to find them and they go when they want too and say they can find the person. They also dont know how fight for you they are horrable.I did not get all my money things without out paying more money for what so the only person to when is the lawyer and the other party. Shah Peerally is the best Immigration Lawyer, according to my experience. He is not only extremely professional and attentive, but also knows exactly how to help you, whatever is your immigration case. Before meeting him, I visited multiple attorney firms and immigration lawyers, and they all rejected to represent me, arguing that my case was "too complicated," "impossible to achieve", or because they lacked immigration experience or knowledge on cases like mine. I paid many consultations only to be told that they couldn't help me. Attorney Shah took my case and helped me get my Green card. I had a relatively unique case that many other immigration lawyers were unsure about.Since my first consultation with him, he was extremely honest, and instead of rejecting me like all other lawyers or giving me false hopes, he clearly stated that it would be difficult, yet not impossible, and said it was worth trying. He was very specific and clear about the procedure and all the possible outcomes, and explained with exhaustive detail every possible scenario. He immediately inspired me great trust, and in the end we have our Green cards! Ms. Coffman was my saving grace during a very difficult financial period of my life. Not only was she knowledgeable about the law pertaining to my situation, she was also non-judgmental. She has a way about her that never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed about my situation. He doesn’t care! He sees dollar signs and tells me I should sue my past attorney for what she failed to include in my divorce. Doesn’t even want to look at the bank statements and my husbands Quicken account with my son’s savings account numbers, and my account numbers, set for download and transfer… which he did. He doesn’t care that my husband abused and stole from my kids and I, prior to our marriage. This attorney is book smart. Immature at life. Talks down to me as if I’m a child; I’m at least twice his senior. Arrogant firm; arrogant attorney.

I hired Kevin to represent me in a case in which I wanted to return a car after purchase. The car dealership lied about a lot of things including being dodgy about the return policy while my query for return was in accordance with the return policy. I only met with Mr. Meyer once for a consultation whether I needed to file bankruptcy or not due to two foreclosures ocurred the end of 2012. After reviewing my W2 and the form the two mortgage companies sent IRS reporting abandonment of the property, market value and county assessment, he recommended no need of filing chapter 7, and offered to do my taxes at $500.00. I thought it was a bit pricey.

Jason will go the distance for sure ! Great attorney he never gave up even after my case was drawn out for almost 5 years! We ended up going to trial Jason made many attempts to Seattle with them for less money and they refused even moments before the trail. He is very well educated in the law. He went into trail and had a game plan and we came out winning and they ended up with nothing thank you for not giving up on the case this was a big win for the little guys up agains a huge corporation with the money to pay big attorneys!! I have unfortunately been left by the wayside from this office. They helped with taking care of a traffic case, which was to lead to a dismissal if court fees were paid. I made payment before the instructed time frame. However, in the midst of this I ended up with a license suspension for failure to appear in court and the only reason I found out was from getting a new vehicle that I needed plates for. Long story short I reached out to find out if it was the Ohio BMV's mistake or the office. They sprung into action quickly to respond and then fell into a cold period of no contact, no follow up, or anything of the sort. Fast forward 7 months later I reach out again about who's mistake it was and was greeted with quick response and action. Just to fall back off on this matter. I've seen emails multiple days in a row and gave as much grace as I could give with this. I'm facing increase in insurance due to this case that I was told was dismissed months ago. There has been no follow through or accountability accepted in this. For this, I do not recommend anyone to this firm for assistance.
