The service Atticus connected me to MW. I had the pleasure of working with Justin. Hands down l cannot express how helpful, kind, and knowledgeable Justin is. Even though we did not secure disability for my daughter (an adult who has been chronically ill since age 14) we did experience lots of fact finding as well as explanations as to how Social Security operates. I can’t say Thank You enough to this law firm and Eric Winnert! We live approximately 5 hours from the office and Eric came to our home to get the much needed paperwork signed by my very ill spouse for a mesothelioma law suit. Poor man had to drive through the snow belt in February just to make sure we got what was needed before anything happened. Whenever I have questions and need to contact him, he is always there to give me answers. He has walked me step by step through every part of the process as my spouse was terminal and passed. Even when I haven’t bothered him in awhile, he will shoot me a text with any needed updates on our case! He’s very caring, empathetic , and personable with his clients and their family! I already have a disability, born missing my left limb & no joint in my right thumb. He doesn’t care! He sees dollar signs and tells me I should sue my past attorney for what she failed to include in my divorce. Doesn’t even want to look at the bank statements and my husbands Quicken account with my son’s savings account numbers, and my account numbers, set for download and transfer… which he did. He doesn’t care that my husband abused and stole from my kids and I, prior to our marriage. This attorney is book smart. Immature at life. Talks down to me as if I’m a child; I’m at least twice his senior. Arrogant firm; arrogant attorney.

I was just served a summons from Morse Geller representing a car finance company . I called back in May and I was basically threatened over the phone to come after my income if I didn’t settle over the phone which is harassment. This law firm states they represent consumers , but I’m they’re in fact representing the company that financed my loan which is commercial . The index number to look up to confirm this is 709315 (queens county ). I will as I’ve stated back in May hire an attorney to represent me to the highest extent . I most definitely don’t recommend this firm that is misleading to the public .

Like many other 1099 Employees, circumstances and just plain Life had me trying to clean up 17 years worth of IRS issues. I received Mark's phone number from a friend and have never once regretted it.

We used Jodi for a real estate purchase in the Miami area in 2023.
On the pro side, she seemed nice, experienced, and competent, and ultimately got our deal over the finish line.
On the other hand, there were several things we did not like about working with her:
* We did not sign an engagement letter...
* So it wasn't clear if she was representing us or herself or the State of Florida
* Though her fees ultimately were reasonable, they were not clear.
* Jodi was often hard to reach and I was left frustrated by her lack of responsiveness.
* We felt unprepared at the closing table and was presented with documents to sign and settlement numbers to approve that I hadn't seen previously and didn't have time to check.
* We tried reaching with a few post-closing questions, but she was unresponsive.
It wasn't a horrible experience, but it wasn't a great one either.

Kirk Harrington doesn’t know how to talk to people, the way he talks to you is in such a way that he is talking AT you or DOWN to you. He makes you feel like because he has a law degree that you are LESS THAN. I absolutely refuse to be spoken to like that by anyone. I have tried to be respectful to him, but just because this is the first time I have ever been in bankruptcy and know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT, he ALWAYS SAYS something in a way that is deeply hurtful.

My Wife and I lost a company back in 2010, not sue to us, but because a banker that singed our business loans was thrown in prison for embezzeling money. We both signed a personal guarantee for a lease for accounting software. Years later, the creditor pursued us heavily. They garnished wages, filed liens on our houses and threatened all kinds of other things. I hired an Attorney to negotiate a settlement prior to getting Glen involved and they failed. I was hesitant to hire another Attorney for the same thing and was contemplating bankruptcy. My Wife and I hire Glen, through a recommendation. We met with him one time and hired him shortly after. Glen worked with me the entire way and negotiated a very fair settlement agreement. We signed the agreement today and now I will be making payments. Once the settlement agreement is paid, my Wife and I will have our lives back again. I would like to thank Glen for all of his hard work to get this resolved. I would absolutely hire Glen again. Stay away from this firm. They are very nice in the beginning however, they treat you poorly once you become a client. I was a client on a bankruptcy and I would ask questions while I was in this case to ensure I was missing anything. Every time I asked a question it became a battle with this attorney. He is very rude and arrogant. He belittles his clients and basically make you feels worse about the situation you are in. Stay away there are several reputable and respectful bankruptcy attorneys in the Chicagoland area.

Hiring a New York attorney can be a nerve wracking process. If you are like me, you first have to endlessly interview attorneys to find one that is even willing to undertake your matter if its not worth millions. Then, after you finally find the willing few, you select the one you are most comfortable with and hope for the best. Fortunately for me, this time around, I came across Mary Madeline Roberts. Right off the bat, I had a great feeling with her. She was extremely knowledgeable and versed in contractual matters and guided me every step of the way through the entire process. She raised extremely important issues that I would never have considered had I proceeded by myself and has already saved me more time and money than I can relate. Also, she was very generous with her time and spent a lot of time with me upfront getting to know me and learn about my needs before I even retained her. Most of all, she never nickle and dimmed me, charging me for every little thing along the way in order to pump up my fees. This is a rarity that I really really appreciated about her and unheard of in New York in my experience. There are so many firms out there that really take advantage of the little guy and I can tell you the Ms. Roberts is NOT one of them..... I only met with Mr. Meyer once for a consultation whether I needed to file bankruptcy or not due to two foreclosures ocurred the end of 2012. After reviewing my W2 and the form the two mortgage companies sent IRS reporting abandonment of the property, market value and county assessment, he recommended no need of filing chapter 7, and offered to do my taxes at $500.00. I thought it was a bit pricey.
