My wife and I were completely bamboozled by a salesman in a Marriot resort located in Orlando Florida. He used religion and family to completely convince us this purchase was not a timeshare. Oh how wrong we were. We purchased his sales package only to find out 1 month later that it was a con job. We contacted the this law firm out of desperation, and let me tell you this decision was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. We got a referral for Rabin for our chapter 7 bankruptcy. His team worked with the complications of income and assets, and the entire process was very smooth and easy. We had a technical glitch which forced our online 341 meeting to be rescheduled, not their fault, and it only caused a short delay.

Hi everyone, I want to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for their help. Long story short, I had 3 Amex cards that were all used for business across 2 businesses. Two payments on one of those cards (related to a business that was struggling) was missed in the summer of 2022 which resulted in all 3 cards being cancelled by Amex (the other 2 cards, related to the same business had perfect payment history).
