Words simply aren’t enough to describe what I’ve earned in life because of this man. His professionalism, human nature, and decorum are just some of his beautiful attributes he brings to the court room. I don’t typically write any reviews but Shiela was so Amazing from the initial consult to the end of the case that she deserves people to know what a professional, compassionate, kind attorney she is. If your looking for the best attorney than stop looking. I liked her immediately because she listened without any judgments, she didn’t rush me off the phone, she really listened to my case. It was so refreshing to find an attorney that was so good at what they do, make your feel comfortable, and pass zero judgements and care all at the same time. I had an issue with the one of the large bank and I hired Keren for my civil case. Keren has been excellent to work with.

Karen Gesund handled my case, she’s straight forward, answers her phone and responded very quickly to an email I believe it was a weekend. When a debt collector in my words, “tried to get me,” by suing me, she backed them off me. She settled my case for less than half of what was owed. I really thought I was going to have to pay them half at the least but Karen Gesund got it down more than half. I’m so glad I found her. Received a judgement for a credit card l defaulted on over 10 years ago, they were going to take 25% of my wages by garnishing my paychecks. Over the years I avoided the paperwork and didn’t have the money to pay it off. Looking all over the internet for a local consumer attorney to guide me through this situation. While l was reading reviews l came across Mr. Fred Schwinn and just go in my car and drove over to his office. Upon my arrival Fred met me at the entrance and right away took me back to his office and looked up my case. Fred instructed me to go pick up some paperwork for him downtown, with paperwork in hand the next morning I was back in Fred’s office, sat down and discussed a few things with Fred and he, of course, just happened to know the collection agency that garnished my wages. Fred solved my situation in a matter of minutes! We reached an agreement and it was over right then and there. Scott Needleman went above and beyond to help us. We were an incredibly unique case. We did not pass the means test for a Chapter 7, but Scott went to work and made it happen. Another twist to our story, my mother died the day after we filed. Associated with her death were some payable upon death beneficiary accounts. I called Scott he told me they would be the property of the bankruptcy trustee. The typical attorney would just give up at this point. Scott researched and found court cases in which these types of funds were treated like lottery winnings, they get to keep it. Scott presented his research to the trustee who agreed we could keep this large sum of money. Scott’s work for us made us feel like we won the lottery. Every attorney we interviewed immediately stated we had to file chapter 13 and I have no doubt we would have also lost the money my mother intended for us. Scott will work hard for you. He is worth the Money!!!!!!

Brant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I reached out to Brant's office after being sued for an extremely old credit card debt. The debt was not a large amount and although I requested and was willing to pay for a consultation and assistance, Brant acknowledged this was a matter that could easily be handled without a lawyer by myself. Kristopher Childers and Brant Hodyno were very helpful on dot on what i was looking for.
I came with an issue related to a civil case, went to multiple people and they all talked which wasn't related directly in my situation and made me more nervous.
Brant was in middle of a client meeting, then also picked my phone and told me text him with contact details. I like the professional way of ack. someone. His counterpart/expert contacted me back in less than an hour.
Kristopher Childers - heard me, understood my situation. He didn't go on and on rather asked to produce certain case copies to find out where we stand. He understood and explained what needs to be done with guidance to avoid falling in to such situations.

I had a concern about a credit card issue that a judgement for it was issued that was never brought to our attention. I google subject to find out options and came across Greg's info. I sent an email to him asking for advise. Not only did he give advise but took it upon himself to investigate further and was able to come up with a solution. He did this on his own time and did not accept compensation. What attorneys today do that? Speaks volumes.

I sent a request to Mr. Artim over a weekend and he actually emailed me back!! I have never had a lawyer contact me on a weekend when they are supposed to be enjoying their time off. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the specific company I had an issue with and was able to resolve my problem within 10 days. I cannot stress that if you have any issues with a debt collector whether it’s your debt or not yours Mr. Artim is the go to guy. If I ever have an issue again he will be the first person I contact. Hi everyone, I want to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for their help. Long story short, I had 3 Amex cards that were all used for business across 2 businesses. Two payments on one of those cards (related to a business that was struggling) was missed in the summer of 2022 which resulted in all 3 cards being cancelled by Amex (the other 2 cards, related to the same business had perfect payment history).
