Steven Raiser’s law firm handled my case with excellence throughout the process. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. After talking with Steven Raiser, and working with Harry Gill who was absolutely brilliant in working with me and preparing the case, they were able to recall the case to the SBA. They were always available quickly, to address my concerns. Having dealt with some law firms before, I really appreciated this.

David and his team of lawyers are the real deal. Through their combined efforts, we were able to get over half a million dollars of total debt discharged despite our relatively high income from multiple sources. Forget those debt negotiation companies. If you can get over the artificial stigma ofbankruptcy, what you should pursue is a fresh start. The first thing David will tell you is to never rush into a bankruptcy petition. His team will guide you through the steps you need to take to construct the six-month look back period prior to filing the petition for a successful Chapter 7 case. He is always available via email and Zoom meetings upon request.
Be wary of other lawyers who advertise legal fees of $1500 and under. The last thing you want is to turn your Chapter 7 case into a Chapter 13 due to lack of good counseling, guidance, or diligence. David’s law firm does charge a little bit more than those other firms, but his team will stick with you to the end and never simply give up. And if you can get all of your unsecured debts fully discharged, the legal fees are worth every last penny.

Karen Gesund handled my case, she’s straight forward, answers her phone and responded very quickly to an email I believe it was a weekend. When a debt collector in my words, “tried to get me,” by suing me, she backed them off me. She settled my case for less than half of what was owed. I recently had a judgment against me for almost $9,000. I contacted Arthur Lebedin after I read some great reviews about him on the internet and within a few short months he was able to settle my judgement by almost 70%!!! I ended up only having to pay $3,000 of the almost $9,000. They also made it so I could pay installments of only $75 a month till the $3000 is paid off!
