I live in Arizona and found Dan online . I called him and he immediately addressed my concerns. My moms Wedding ring was taken by a step sister before her passing .He took immediate action and retrieved her belongings took the ring to jeweler and had them inspect the diamond . My mother had a separate guardianship case handled by Melissa Dacunha. I was dealing with a related probate case but I was not a client of Melissa. The escrow title attorney made a request within two weeks of the closing of the estate sale. My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. After leaving the first court hearing, I did a google search and found this website. My decision to hire Michael Fine was do to the great reviews. Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up. I was referred to James Tschudy by a trusted coworker after experiencing a flood in my apartment that left me liable for tens of thousands of dollars. I was receiving letters demanding immediate payment and didn't know what to do.

If you’ve ever had any experience with getting arrested, spending time in jail till a judge hears your case and allows you to leave, following up with further court dates, as well as the implications of all these occurrences - it can be incredibly overwhelming and rather difficult to keep a straight head throughout.
That is ofcourse NOT the case if you’re able and/or fortunate enough to find yourself a lawyer who genuinely gives a damn about what might happen to you - and legitimately knows her way around the court room & the legal system.
And so, try as I may - but I simply struggle to adequately express how immensely grateful I am to Serena Townsend for how swift, professional, honest, and KIND she was with me throughout the entirety of my case.

I contacted Mr. Coburn for some simple legal advise regarding real estate. I had at least 3 issues where I may need to hire an attorney. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained what he could help me with and what he couldn't help me with. He gave me some great advise, and was extremely patient, courteous, kind, honest and a great help to me. He let me know, I don't need to hire him just yet, but advised me on if a certain something didn't happen in a timely manner, that I could hire him with an easy open and shut case - pretty much based on what the law and statute requires. He took his time with me. Did not rush me at all - and I had a lot of questions! He was great! and I assure you, if my situation doesn't pan out like it should and I need to hire an attorney, I will be calling him immediately. I loved his honesty and him being real with me. Some lawyers just want your money and would gladly take you for a ride just to get it. He clearly let me know, what was worth chasing after with a lawsuit and what wasn't. I really appreciate his time and the knowledge he shared with me. I will hire him if needed, and I highly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney with his expertise to hire him.

He got me an informal probationary period with the Judge. I didn’t have to pay my ticket as long as I slow down for a 6 month period and took an online defensive drivers course. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. We were trying to sell our house Buy Owner. We had been through 3 different contracts when we decided we would obtain a lawyer to help us with the sale of our home. We have always sought out referrals from friends, co-workers, and Angies list when needing help. Since no one we knew had any suggestions we Googled a Real Estate Attorney in Coral Springs. Several names were generated and referred to an Avvo rating. Andrew Garofalo's rating was high and we called him. He was not available but called us back in a short time. We liked the introductory phone call and decided to choose him to help us in our process. We are so happy that we did!
Andrew helped us every step of the way! This was the first house we ever sold and knew only what we read on the internet. He was professional from the beginning. He instructed and suggested what we needed to do . He was quick to begin with the necessary documents and remained knowledgeable, efficient and precise with all the forms to the close. He kept us fully apprised of all correspondence that he sent out, on our behalf, and all correspondence that he received. He promptly responded to emails and the numerous questions that we had. Andrew is very Knowledgeable and Professional and will always take time to explain if and when it is needed. He will of course give you all the Legal reasons but when asked give his educated opinion as well. Andrew was also very "Reachable". If he was not immediatley available he would call back quickly.
From dealing with Attorneys previously, I found Andrews fees to be fair. I have delt with lawyers who (Very obviously) just wanted to strech out my time and bill more hours and consequently MORE Money.

While going through a very nasty divorce (3 years and counting), my ex took control of my business and stopped paying all debt I co-signed for including community property debt. I was faced with the decision that nobody wants to make.... I had to file bankruptcy.
I met with numerous large, medium and small law firms. Most meetings were with either a sales person with little knowledge or a paralegal. Having done my own research, I quickly learned that each time I was given bad advise and pressured to "sign up before it's too late". I came across Brian via Avvo and scheduled a meeting. Expecting to meet with another sale person or paralegal, I was pleasantly surprised to meet with Brian himself. I kept him busy with question after question during a meeting that lasted almost an hour. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. In fact he kept asking if I had further questions for him. He seemed to like the rapid and numerous questions I kept throwing at him. He had answers to the questions nobody else did and knows bankruptcy law inside and out. Some other firms I met with told me I had to have my divorce finalized before I could file. However, Brian was the only one with the knowledge and expertise to get my Chapter 7 filed and discharged. My case was not a simple one as my ex attempted to block my discharge and I had numerous creditors due to my business and assets. However, Yuri and Brian got it discharged with no problem. Both Brian and Yuri are the only attorneys I would recommend. If you have a simple or complex bankruptcy, I would not recommend anyone other than Brian and Yuri. The entire law group couldn't have been better to deal with!
Don't waste your time like I did with bankruptcy "mills", sales people and paralegals. I simply can't say enough about how great Yuri and Brian are...... They will take good care of you!

Mr.Beets did an excellent job filing my divorce, gaining cival joint custody of my children and helping myou husband and I to gain sole custody of his children. He also help my son when he was in legal trouble getting it settled with no problems. The Custody battle was long and ugly and he stuck with us through it all, giving sound advice and working late to ensure we gained custody of our children. He has also worked to keep child suppprt going even though it has stopped a few time. He always goes right back to court for us to ensure our children are being provided for .
