I was referred to this office by some other acquaintances that have used their services. Since working with them, the staff has been very pleasant, helpful and compassionate during this difficult time. Amanda has done a great job when I needed help in legal. I've met few lawyers, I was not happy. I almost decided to represent myself to handle my cases. Although, I do not have law degree. I would have lose quickly.
Until I met her, I was impressed when she was being honest about two of my cases. She took her time to listen about my two of my cases. She warned me one of my case would be difficult and may be impossible to get off one of my debts. She is different than other lawyers.
With her experience in legal, she knows what she aimed for. From my own point of view, she's hard working lawyer, and she always prepared when she done her homework. I'm grateful for what she had done for my cases. My shoulder have been lifted after we received great news. If my family or friends need legal consult, I would recommend her.

Attorney Dorothy Bunce represented us in a Chapter 7 case. We are an older married couple, and we were so worried about losing everything we owned this late in life, and concerned about the bankruptcy proceedings. Dorothy removed all of that worry; she explained every step of the way, and she involved us in each important decision and allowed us to review each document before filing. She always returned a call or email promptly and personally. Instead of working with a paralegal, we worked directly with Ms. Bunce, who is clearly an expert debt resolution attorney. She helped us protect our assets to the maximum extent of the law, and it is quite obvious that she really knows this area of law inside and out.
When we had a problem with a difficult and harassing creditor, Ms. Bunce handled that situation professionally, firmly, and resolved the situation in a legal and crisp manner; we have never heard from that creditor again.
Ms. Bunce's fee was disclosed to us, in writing, before we hired her, and her bill was accurate to the penny.
After the conclusion of our case, Ms. Bunce provided us with a written guide booklet on rebuilding credit. Her steps to rebuilding credit were simple, but they worked. We now have no debt, ample credit lines, and decent credit scores. Having Dorothy Bunce representing us was the best decision we made.

Mr. Zinn appoints Mrs. Susan Ayres to represent me. At the very first meeting, I realized something was very wrong because Mrs. Ayres absolutely refused to hear key defensive strategy that would’ve given me great leverage in the case. On at least one more occasion, I mentioned the issue about the key defensive strategy being ignored and brought it to Mr. Zinn‘s attention.
Mr. Zinn proceeded to cover things up for Mrs. Ayres and then decided to drop my case for what amounted to be an invalid reason. I cannot sue these people to get my money back and they cleaned me out for at least 27 grand..

After four years processing a Will which Bertone herself describes as "a simple, uncomplicated case involving few assets", she has produced nothing but delay and deceitful excuses for her incompetence. Violating even minimal standards, Bertone refuses to set her fee, only indicating that her share of the inheritance will be more than any intended beneficiary receives. She's provided numerous examples of collusion with opposing counsel to ensure his cut is as excessive and lucrative. Her practice is essentially parasitic. Don't be swayed by bogus reviews full of flattering adjectives and no specific information. This firm should be avoided like the plaque.

I was referred to Mr. Skaar by another attorney. I spoke several times with Mr. Skaar about a wrongful garnishment case that I had. He instructed me to get documents from the court, which I did. I let him know that I got what he asked for, and then he ghosted me! No further communication at all! No email, no return phone call. Nothing! I was willing to jump through the necessary hoops, and obviously pay for his services, and he never once got back to me. Maybe he couldn't help? If that was the case, he could have had the decency to let me know instead of ghosting. I had hope that I finally found an attorney to handle this ridiculous case, but apparently I was wrong.
