I retained Brandon for several cases, and if I ever needed representation again, he'd be the first lawyer I'd contact.
When I hired Brandon, my life was taking a nose dive but his extensive knowledge of the law came through for my family. He represented me in my divorce and fought an insurance company to make sure they paid me my fair share when a drunk driver hit my home.
Largely due to his diligence, my family now is doing great and we've moved on from those issues.
The one thing that comes to mind when working with Brandon was my peace of mind knowing that he had everything handled for all my cases. I never had to worry about paperwork, never had to worry about how "good" the other side was and never had to worry about if we were going to win. We did, every time.

I call him a great defender because, he fought tooth and nail to speak for me. In the beginning I tried to do it on my own and realized it was bigger than me. I even did mediation with party involved through the EEOC, and I felt like I was being bullied. After talking it over with my family, I sought out a lawyer. I met with Mr. Bybee and his team, and they was so kind. He heard my side of the story and said I had a case, so I hired him. From there, every time I had a mediation with the other party he was there to speaks for me. I no longer felt like I wasn't being heard or I was just a small person in a big company. We spoke on the phone and even through email. If he didn't write back right away, I knew he was in court defending another person. When he was done though, he always responded. When my case came to a closing we did settle and I walked away grateful to him. He is a very caring and family oriented man. He always asked how me and my family was doing and even when my case was over, he checked on us doing the holidays. I am grateful to this man and his team. If I have to use him again, I will be calling.

I hired David back in 2012. He had some of my charges dismissed because we both knew they added charges just because they could. Anyone looking to hire an Attorney that is knowleable in workers compensation, he definately has my vote. Att Kunkel was able to settle my case much faster than I ever anticipated, and for much more than anticipated. I know from experience that when you call some big name TV Attorneys you get to speak with thier receptionist or some underling, that was not the case here. I don't really want to go into specifics of my case (tl;dr it was sticky, delicate, and messy), and instead would like to focus my review on my experience with Queenie, who I hired to represent me. I'll start with results. Queenie was able to advocate for me, and I ended up with an agreement that provided me better protections. She was able to secure more for me than what I thought was possible. This is significant, especially because in these scenarios we don't always know what we can ask for. It's great to have someone in your corner who does, and will do the work to secure that for you.
The second thing I want to emphasize is how Queenie did this. She is experienced and knowledgeable, there is no doubt about that. But she also sought an environment that would give me the most leverage, using a wide range of tools and tactics. Queenie threw herself into this and was an aggressive advocate when she needed to be, and a measured advocate when it would be most beneficial to me. That was my experience with her. She also affirmed my role as the client and in the end gave me room to advocate for myself in a manner I could not before. I hope to not be in this situation again, but if I do, and for the many of us who end up here, you want someone like Queenie in your corner.

This firm and its lawyers do not care for their clients at all. They take months to reply to emails. They constantly give unacceptable excuses (fracture, holidaying with grandchildren, sick, computer broke down, assistant is away, the list goes on). The management are equally uninterested. They have still not closed a rather straightforward matter of mine and it’s been nearly 5 years with no end in sight. Save yourself some trouble and go to some other firm.

Robert is and is not a lawer. Robert IS a lawyer in the sense that he knows his technical stuff. Robert IS NOT a lawyer in the sense that he does not have a money gouging attitude that one sees in some lawyers. Robert remains focused enough to speak and advise where he needs to in a constructive manner and he will tell the 2 spouses to work things out by and for themselves [ due to subject matter involving personal preferences ]. Robert took a personal interest in both of us, at the same time did not abandon his professional conduct. Shadi and her team have been awesome throughout this entire process of immigrating to the U.S.!
She was there every step of the way! Did practice interviews, made sure that all aspects of the application are covered, told us what documents to get, Filing applications, told us what to say, and more importantly, what NOT to say at the interviews etc.
During both interviews I could tell that the people from immigration knew who she was, and the interviews all went by fast and easy, and I think her presence and preparation with her clients is one of the reasons for that.
She even contacted me after a law changed in my home country that therefore enabled me to apply for dual citizenship pretty much as soon as it had happened.

I would like to share my most positive experience regarding CalWest Law (Ali Nader).
I must say that Ali worked wonders for me in my bankruptcy case, I was scared and stressed before the outcome of my case. I had plenty of debt where as Ali Nader relieved my stresses, not only did he remove huge debt, he educated me on each step before committing to filing and through the accepted process. He was always available speaking directly with him, whether he was at court or in his office he always was there. I had a second and a third and it was amazingly removed freeing me of those predatory lenders. My life has been great and I am able tomaintain my life just from the education alone from Ali.

I was very impressed with both Mr. Rudolph's depth of knowledge as well as his professionalism and kindness. This was quite a convoluted mess of a case, one with several outside hearings going on at the same time, sometimes interfering with the matter at hand, but once Mr. Rudolph took the time to research the validity of my concerns, he never wavered in his confidence and trust in me. He figuratively then literally stood by my side as my advocate the entire time, most impressively during mediation where I tended to get a bit heated. This case is just now coming to a close (1yr, 7 months since filing) with my desired results. The charged party used delay tactics in order to have me give up. Mr. Rudolph dealt with each delay in a calm manner, letting them know his client (me) would not back down, and finally resulting in a satisfactory settlement agreement. I recommend him without reservation.

I hired Mr Norman for a DUI issue I was involved with in the MD court system. He immediately told me he was not familiar with the judges in my county and didn't specialize in my specific type of case. He then offered to help me locate someone who was. I retained his services anyway and he appeared to work twice as hard as the oposition lawyers to compensate for his lack of comfort in that particular area. By the time we went into negotiations he knew the issues better than the other law team.
He went out and researched the issues and reported back to me with options. He brought in experts he found to bolster my case. He was willing to go to court if necessary, which many lawyers are not willing to do. I was impressed with his work habits and straight shooting approach and appreciated his honesty.

I like to joke with Shehzad that he is too honest to be a good lawyer.
Shehzad is warm, friendly, honest, trustworthy, diligent, thoughtful, caring, and tireless.
He took on my first case against a big employer, and he went toe to toe with the highest price Boston lawyers, and he won. He handled their posturing, their threats, their aggression with calm demeanor and the facts.
Shehzad's fees were more than reasonable. His bills were always detailed, specific down to what he talked on the phone about, not just "phone call" items. He was amazing with his turn-around time, and often asked me question late into the night as he did his homework for the case.
Shehzad's practice is a family practice, with his wife and mother-in-law. Each has their specialities, so if Shehzad is not the best choice for your case, one of the other family members may have the expertise required. The practice is small and away from Boston, so you don't get the suit-and-tie salesman treatment and then handed off to a paralegal or a junior lawyer, but just an honest, wholesome lawyer trying to advise and advocate your case with conviction and passion.
I highly recommend Shehzad Rajwani, and I continue to entrust his advice on our business and other legal matters. I have had a half dozen lawyers over the last 15 years, but now that I have Shehzad, like a good auto mechanic, I won't let him go anytime soon.

I hired Jim after a very detailed and thorough consultation, and after having consulted with other attorneys it was clear that Jim had the best level of understanding the nuances of my complex case. I received the reference for Attorney Jim Eisenmann following notice that post retirement from federal service I was being investigated. Jim was never formally my attorney, but he did provide me with legal consultation when I had some questions. He was very thoughtful and interested in providing the right guidance. I retained Ms. Fakiha Khans legal services earlier this year. My sister was going through a very difficult divorce with her ex who was extremely conniving and abusive during the marriage.
