Without question, Bob is the best attorney I have had the pleasure of dealing with in 40+ years in the construction business. I had doubts about getting much help when I started. I needed to get Medicade for my wife and after talking to Len I realized it was possible and has become a reality. I came across Leonard Mondschein's name a few times over the years assuming that one day my parents might be in need of one. Oddly I kept his name in different places and when the time came which was about 6 months ago, I went on the internet to look for an elder lawyer. After finding him I gave the info to my mom and later found his name on little pieces of paper I had saved. It was true Kismet!
He has helped my mom with my step-dad's needs and now he is helping my dad with my step-mom's needs. Who knew his services would be required twice in 6 months.
I have been a part of the process with the first parent and it went quite smoothly. My mom is thrilled with his services as am I. Now it's time for dad, and I expect it will be a bit more challenging as his circumstances are a bit different, but all the same I'm certain that Leonard will be do a fantastic job with all matters at hand.
Leonard is understanding about the elderly in general and willing to incorporate family members into the conversation to assist the one needing the help. If you're an adult child helping a parent, don't be afraid to jump in and ask questions. Mr Lowrey was always respectful and kind when my 80 year-old mother and I came in for her trust, will and power of attorney documents. He always asked her first if she had any questions before he would ask me. It was a efficiently quick process and I really love the credit card size USB where a copy of my mom's advanced directive document is readily available if she goes into the hospital. I hired Mike as my attorney for my divorce. I couldn't of asked for a better attorney. My divorce was done in less than a year considering how time consuming it was and having a very petty and greedy ex. The outcome was exactly what I had hoped for.

This review is long overdue and is more than well-deserved. A couple of years back, I had visited Staunton, VA with some friends. Before the night was over, I had received a charge and had to return for court. I looked around at several attorneys and had a few consultations. After a few rounds of that, I found Susan through a Google search and contacted her. She offered a free consultation and spent 30+ minutes with me on the phone going over the details of my case and the events leading up to the charge. She was extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and genuine in the consultation, which really stood out to me more than the other attorneys I spoke with. She gave me very solid advice and offered a very fair price for representation. I thought it over for a couple of hours and I quickly called her back, which was a very good decision. In the months leading up to the court date, Susan checked in on me several times and gave advice. When the day finally came to go to court, Susan talked to the prosecuting attorney and they decided not to pursue the charges against me, and gave me 25 hours of community service instead. The anxiety and tension I felt about potentially having a charge on my record faded away after that date. I could not be more grateful for the great work that Susan did for me. I will always recommend her to anyone who's looking for legal representation in Staunton and the surrounding areas.

I first worked with Mr. Fritzler some years ago when I contacted the law firm he was then affiliated with for assistance with elderly family members. I lived out of state from the family members and as events unfolded, we discovered the three of them had been the subject of quite serious elder abuse at the hands of an unscrupulous "family friend". Through involved and extensive monetary and asset discovery and ensuing court cases involving Guardianships and Conservatorships, Mr. Fritzler held a steady and determined course of action. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail was (and is) amazing. I was always comfortable with and understood his advice. Several years have passed and I recently had need to contact Mr. Fritzler again, now with his own law practice, for assistance with the one surviving family member. Alex Bajwa is not only an excellent lawyer but also a great guy. I am a member of his monthly business service and he has reviewed many legal documents on my behalf as part of his monthly service. What I like best about him is that he can break down the "legal talk" to my level so I can understand the situation. By him reviewing these documents before hand, he has saved me a ton of money and also a ton of headaches. As a member of his service, his rates are the lowest I have ever seen. He is approachable, easy to work with, detail orientated and his response rate is unbelievable. I can send him a text for emergencies and he has always gotten right back to me. I have also hired him outside the scope of his monthly service. I needed to add an existing partner to one of my businesses, and Alex opened my eyes to many things that I never would have thought to even ask. I also know several of his other clients and I know that they also extremely happy and impressed with him. I met Leonard Shober when I needed an elder care attorney. Hiring Leonard turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Initially, he helped me with wills, POA, and some other things I didn’t know I needed; but, of course, I certainly did need them. In addition, I knew that my husband would eventually need full-time care. Leonard guided me to an excellent nursing home, suggesting I sign him up immediately as the nursing home has a 2-year waiting list. Approximately 7 months later, it was obvious my husband needed full-time care. Leonard worked with me to successfully enroll him in the facility. In order to be eligible for Medicaid assistance, a myriad of forms needed to be filled out. My daughter worked with Pat as they ploughed through this material. Pat and Leonard were at our sides, as one after another problems reared their heads. Thankfully, Pat and Leonard solved these seemingly insurmountable issues. It is due to their unfailing work on our behalf that we had a good resolution!! An almost unheard of accomplishment, I don’t think any one else would have worked so diligently, professionally, and compassionately on our behalf. The first day in Leonard’s office led us to a happy ending, and I will always be profoundly grateful to Leonard and Pat for their assistance.
