Andrea was referred to us by the bank my father in law uses. She offered one hour of free consultation to help us get my mother in law onto Mass Health. I was trying to do it myself but was way over my head. My father in law was apprehensive about what it was going to take to do this. Andrea calmed him down and took her time to explain everything. We hired her and she was great to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was so good dealing with my father in law I know I said it before but it isn't an easy thing to do. She answered all questions and used emails most of the time to correspond with us. My wife and I paid another lawyer for an hour consultation but my father in law would not go thru with getting her onto Mass Health. Andrea was a saint who came to us.

Going through with a legal matter can be very stressful and I have been very fortunate to have found an outstanding, thoughtful, articulate, honest and caring lawyer with Andrea Gomez. She listens and remembers everything you tell her, even the smallest of details.
Her writing skill are incredible, so much so that the Judge will take notice.
She is very patient with her client (like me) and is always thinking what the next best thing to do for her client will be.
My case has been a difficult case. She has not let that stop her. She tackles it with gusto and follows through till the end. She also has the ability to make you smile when things are getting tough.
As you can see I cannot say enough great things about her. My only complaint is that I did not find her earlier. I would highly recommend Andrea Gomez as a attorney.

I have a traumatic brain injury. I was referred to him by the attorney who helped me to finally get social security disability after 6 years. That attorney referred me to Michael when I got my "back-pay" from SSD; and helped me to understand how getting a large amount of money could create financial havoc in my life-- losing my home in a public housing unit, losing my state paid caregiver 30 hrs. a week, and losing my state insurance that covers what my medicare never would. He did all of this in a kind, patient way; without ever making me feel like he was "timing" our first consultation or even counting every second when he did the paperwork. He is my favorite attorney ever, I have to say; and I have dealt with a few throughout my life.

I really can't express how our family appreciates Randall Crossing, but I will try. Randall Crossing is an excellent lawyer. My husband was falsely accused of assault. Mr. Crossing took our case and immediately started working. He went to the supposed "scene", took photos, interviewed witnesses and did his research. Our case drug on due to COVID restrictions - no jury trials. But finally we had our day in court and my husband was found NOT GUILTY on all counts! He knows what he is doing. And he was very patient with us and especially me. My courtroom knowledge consists of Perry Mason and Matlock reruns. He answered all my questions and never complained. My mother's estate had been open for approximately 6 years. I had been to two other attorneys and I could not get my mother's estate closed. Mr. Crossing was able to file all the necessary documents and guide me through the estate administration process in order to close my mother's estate in less than two months. James is not only a great attorney, he's also a great counselor. Anything in law that has to do with family is never easy on anyone, but James talked me through it and helped me realize that this is just a painful part of my life, but that I will get through it. Tara helped us with Estate Planning with a trust for my wife and I and a Special Needs Trust for our daughter. Tara was very patient and explained points of law to us that we did not understand. Her examples were concise and helped us understand how things would work. Also her pictorial sketches were helpful for us to understand how the assets would flow. I have worked with four different attorneys and Tara has been the BEST so far. I am expecting to utilize an attorney again for a property purchase; undoubtably it will be Tara!

This past spring Tara Peterson helped us with our trust and provided information we never thought of - which was very helpful in writing up the trust that best meets our needs. In addition to being very friendly and down to earth, she also answered questions regarding our elderly parents that live 4 hours away. As an Administrator for an estate, I had sought legal assistance from an attorney who turned out to be not that proficient in estate matters. I subsequently engaged Ms. Watson and not only became convinced that she was very knowledgeable in estate matters, but also found her to be very easy to converse with. My mom and I hired Sally Chung to create an asset protection trust and she and her staff were fantastic and responsive throughout the entire process. I asked Sally a lot of questions and she was very patient with me, and provided a lot of important details. I spoke with 5 other attorneys to get info and quotes, and by far, Sally was the most knowledgeable and professional. The very first attorney I spoke with to get details and a quote made me feel very uncomfortable...almost like she was skeptical...and did not give me all the pertinent details in deciding which type of trust to go with. I would never recommend that attorney and instead, I'm so happy we hired Sally as she was the complete opposite and I would absolutely recommend her. It also helped that Sally speaks both Korean and English to ensure my mom and I understood the details and to confirm with my mom what she wanted to do. Much appreciated!

He discusses all relevant factors about your case, gives you alternatives, and provides advice in making the best decision to your case.
In our family experience, we have gone through three -(3) Lawyers, but we were not satisfied with their work we requested. We needed a legalized Will written to assure others won't have the ability to take away assets and properties that the deceased will leave to the appointed person/caretaker. But each Laywer we went to and paid to write the Will, were not exactly how we explained to them and therefore the Will needed to be rewritten. Instead of having the same Lawyer to redo the Will, we seek another Lawyer. A friend recommended Mr. Richard Sakoda. We met with him, asked questions and he were straight-forward with his answers. We told him our situation and what we wanted done. He immediately commenced working on the issue that we wanted fixed of which previous Lawyers we went to did not do unless we paid additional fee. Mr. Sakoda accomplished the Will the way we exactly wanted it to be done and completed it in a timely manner. We are now releived that no one; especially other family members, will not be able to intrude and be disruptive in making every effort to take-away or be a part owner of properties and assets that the deceased leave behind to the appointed person.
Mr. Sakoda is a good listener with unique combination of intuitive and analytical abilities. I highly recommend Mr. Sakoda to any person seeking assistance in writting a legalized Will as he is a professional and one of the best Lawyers that provides satisfaction guarantee to his clients.

There is much to be considered when leaving behind a child (at whatever age) who can't take care of himself. I have been blessed to have this young man in my life. Ms. Hemness thought of everything. She helped me to create a trust including a special needs trust and put together a living will. She helped me to consider end of life choices and create a power of attorney. The power of attorney will allow a family member an easy transition to administer my estate and help my son at my passing. When I heard that my mother-in-law might be eligible for VA benefits, a friend suggested calling Shepherd Elder Law Group. They were able to provide me with all paper work that was required, a list of items that would be needed and then explained how to obtain needed documents. After paper work was completed, we had a meeting to check that all was done correctly, so that process would not be slowed down by missing or incorrect documentation. My wife and I realized that our home somehow wasn't included in the name of our trust. The original work was done by Mr. halls law firm several years ago. As in most things, several laws had changed, making our trust somewhat ineffective. After consulting with Mr. Hall, we decided to completely update the document. We are now up to date with all of federal and state changes in relation to all of our needs. We want to especially thank Mr. Hall and all of his associates that worked on this project. Our home is now included on our property deed in the name of the trust. We highly recommend Mr. Hall and his firm. They also treat you like family, and take the time to discuss all issues in language we could understand. Five stars doesn't seem to be a high enough rating.

I was a client of a very well known reputable estate planning firm in town ( Phoenix) for 6+ years.
I sought to have my Trust reviewed after my Mothers passing as we had experienced a number of issues with her Trust. I researched many local attorneys and came across the firm of MHK. I am very happy with the decision to meet with Mr Hall.
