We met Tamra many years ago while working at ATT. She was a suggest lawyer to consult through our union benefits. We had a will made to protect ourselves and assets. As we have aged and our family situation changed, we have worked with Tamra over the years to keep our wills current. It is always easy working with Tamra and her staff.

We recently relocated to Broomfield County and had previously written our own wills and medical powers-of-attorney. Now retired we wanted legal help to create a Family Trust and avoid any probate procedures. We got a recommendation from various sources and interviewed Tamra. We immediately determined she had the experience and patience we were looking for. She and her staff provided timely advice and documents to allow us to continually make progress and finalize a well prepared Family Trust supported by new wills and powers-of-attorney consistent with Colorado law. She was easy to communicate with on an ongoing basis and we had three detail meetings that really helped us understand and get advice. We would recommend Tamra for any Elder or Estate Law needs.

After living a largely lawyer-free life, my wife and I found ourselves looking for legal services as we tried to manage estate details that my wife faced as the executor of her mother’s will. Living in Holliston, we gave Jennifer a call and explained our situation. Ken, who works with Jennifer, guided us through probate court procedures and helped my wife settle the estate with her siblings. This experience got us thinking of our own estate planning (we had none at the time), so we asked Jennifer to help us put our wills together and establish a trust for our assets. Despite the coincidental onset of the pandemic, we were able to conduct meetings over Zoom with Jennifer, who patiently explained to us and helped us address health care proxies, powers of attorney, powers of attorney for tax matters, life trusts, income trusts, last wills, and memorial arrangements—topics about which we had only limited knowledge. Throughout the process, Jennifer provided clear guidance so that our own estate plan now suits our needs. As a result of our experience, we have gladly retained Jennifer as our lawyer, and when we recently met to follow up on some details of our trust, making sure that everything is in place, Jennifer found a few little things to address and is helping us explore a tax rebate for our newly installed septic system. Knowing we have such an advocate certainly gives us peace of mind.

I worked with Jennifer over the past 8 months, pulling together everything needed to create an estate plan, as well as Power of Attorney, Health Care, and Will. I love how she broke it up into "bite size pieces", and each month would give me something to think about, a list of papers to bring in, etc. What could have been daunting was made to be palatable. I now have everything complete, and totally organized in a great binder! Its some of the best money I've spent!

I first engaged Mike's office for assistance with my father's Medicaid claim. His office was extremely helpful to me. When I retired I engaged Mike to establish a trust that would protect my assets and ease the burden on my heirs. I have found Mike to be both thorough and meticulous.

Curley Law Firm has been in my family's corner for quite some time now. Attorney Lucy Budman set up my parent's Will and Trust years ago and when it came time to unfortunately put my dad into a nursing home Lucy and her team were there to essentially do all the hard work. At first, I thought I could do it, but No Way! Att. Budman, Lynne and Debbie handled everything with the nursing home, MA Health, insurance co, etc. Not only did my mom and my siblings have far less stress, we were able to retain much more in assets because of the Curley Law Firm.

I can’t say enough great things about Curley Law firm. We had a short period of time to work with and the team of Attorney Lucy Budman, Lynne and Debbie. They were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us the guidance we needed to help us make the right decisions in a recent elder law planning event. When I have to go through elder law for my own planning purposes I will will do doubt be using their services!

I originally met Lucy Budman when my mother set up her Irrevocable Trust almost 5 years ago. I had agreed to act as the Trustee for my mom's Irrevocable Trust, and Lucy was extremely helpful to both of us while we did all the legal paperwork . Later on, Mom met with her for changes to her will, and various financial issues that came up. Lucy Budman is very personable , knowledgeable , patient, and explains all the details thoroughly , always answering whatever questions come to mind. After my mother passed away last year, Lucy was always there for us, answering all our questions, our annoying phone calls, and addressing all our needs. We've almost finished all of our distributions , taxes, and house deed changes, now we're moving on to our Will. As she has been for the last 5 years, Lucy Budman is still there for us. Could not ask for a more competent attorney ! Highly recommend !

I was referred to Jason through another attorney and let me tell you, I could not be more pleased. He did an amazing job helping me get guardianship for my 55yr old brother. I had been trying for a few yrs to get this task accomplished. Jason is very professional and compassionate, he truly understands how family's feel going through this rather tedious ordeal. Jason knows exactly what the courts need for all date sensitive documentation. He was always willing to help with calling the Dr. or going to pick up documents for me if need be. I don’t know what we would have done without Jason. My husband and I hired Jason to help us obtain guardianship for our disabled daughter who turned 18 years old this past December. From our initial meeting to help us understand what the guardianship process entailed, to our last meeting in court, Jason was an amazing resource and always so patient and understanding…no matter how many questions I had. My husband and I thought the final court appearance would be a simple formality, but unfortunately, we had a rather cold judge who made it a very unpleasant experience. Thanks to Jason’s calm, knowledgeable and professional demeanor with this judge, we were granted guardianship. We would highly recommend Jason as an attorney who is extremely smart, kind, and professional!

I am the representative payee for my adult disabled son. After five years of my son being disabled and collecting disability, his Doctor and I received a form to fill out for a medical review to see if he was "still disabled." I filled this out perfectly describing my son's day to day life and impairments. Although I am a medical professional, obviously I did not do this as well as I perceived as just before Christmas 2014, we received a notice stating my son was no longer disabled and his disability payments would stop in two months. Social Security was not at all helpful and gave me the run around re: the appeal process. Sometimes Social Security employees were not nice or helpful. I knew we needed help. I researched disability attorneys and found Jason. All I can say is "Thank God." He met with both of us and asked questions about my son's disability and symptoms. My son and I provided all the answers to the review to him however Jason worded it in the manner that SSDI requires, unlike what I had done in the previous summer. He was kind, patient, and understanding. There were a few times when my emotions got the better of me, "How can they do this to us?" These were the times when Jason stood behind us and helped us stand on our own two feet. He directed us in following the instructions on the appeal as they are not easy to understand, Jason understood exactly what they were and explained them in a manner that was both understandable and helpful, never degrading. On May 6th of this year, I received the notice from disability stating that after reviewing all the information, they found my son to continue to be disabled, therefore there was no need for a hearing. Of course I would prefer my son to not be disabled. However it is what it is and I do not even want to think of how awful this denial could have been without Jason. I wish I had known him and used him to initially get disability for my son back in 2009 as that process was not pleasant and took three denials/appeals. I definitely could not have done this without his help! My husband and I are now going to be using Jason for estate planning and our wills.

We hired Dawn's services when my mother's health declined and my Father could not longer take care of her. Dawn's office helped us negotiate all the landmines of filing for medicaid and offered needed advice during Mom's stay in a nursing home. She also has been very helpful in getting Dad his VA benefits. Now that Mom is gone we refer to her for help with Dad's needs. Her office has always been responsive an helpful. I would certainly recommend her and her staff for the variety of services she offers. Her fees are also very reasonable and more affordable than other firms in our area.

After searching for an attorney with Veteran's benefit experience that would assist me in caring for my parent's financial, health and well being, I was lead by high recommendation to Dawn Weekly. I understand why she was recommended so highly. Dawn sat with me in a first time counsel session and gave me immediate direction and an affordable fee. I had met with other attorneys that had neither the skill set, yet their fee's were unattainable for my parent's situation. She is always patient with me explaining how the VA process and and her staff helped me out with other health and wellbeing resources for my parents as I transitioned them from independent living to assisted living. She also provides training for those of us who are VA trustees. Please note she and her staff deserve all 5 stars of excellence.

I live in CA and my mother lived in IL. As Mom aged and needed more medical and financial assistance, Dawn helped create a simple yet effective life plan that included helping my sister and me find and hire a legal guardian to oversee Mom's nursing home and financial needs, visit her regularly, and report to us weekly. it would have taken a long time for us to figure out how to take the best care of Mom if Dawn had not created a plan that worked for us all and provided oversight to protect Mom's rights. All of this was done with great ease and at a most reasonable cost. I could not have been more satisfied.

Without any knowledge of Cronin I was led to this lawfirm from a a bit of Intel where I ended up on the phone with a firm more local, but the team there couldn't help me. That same firm suggested I called Cronin and though most of the phone calls between the team and I were loud because of my work, I was surprised that notes were taken well and I didn't have to repeat any information on further calls and conversations. Overall I'm another step forward in getting a grip on my situation thanks to Samantha Faulkner at Cronin Lawfirm.

Next to custody issues, is there a hotter topic than vaccines/medical between two parents that are divorced and do not see eye to eye on said topic?? What I really appreciated is that Samantha may not share my same concerns about vaccines, but she guided me objectively and accurately through my possible options and described how she could be of assistance to help us draft an agreement. My ex is a very difficult and duplicitous person to deal with. As a very loving and involved parent herself, I know family law has to be challenging. On the flip side of this, I know this makes Samantha a passionate (and tenacious) advocate for her clients. In the event that I need someone in my corner in a family court, I will definitely call Samantha!

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I have to about Mark. I hired Mark Morenz-Harbinger to help settle a complicated will and trust of my parent’s estate. I am not quite sure how to review Mark, other than to say thank you. He helped me when I couldn’t help myself. My case began as a pro se case, and when the other party refused to properly comply with orders and attempt to deviate from them I elected to hire Mark a year into the case. He did an amazing job with representing me. In my opinion my case was not an easy handle. I would hire him again in a heart beat if I had to, but I would do so from the beginning.

I went to Walter Shurden’s office to get help with knowing what to do because my husband was in a nursing home and I and the family were no longer able to care for him. Walt as he likes to be called, was VERY efficient in putting me at easy and helping me down the path that I needed to go. His efficient office girls Neelam (paralegal) and Jennifer Ake took my calls to bring me up to date on the ongoing case. Since I am a worry wart, the office girls were assuring and informative. My husband and I worked with Walter Shurden to establish a plan for distribution of our assets and future health care. After a detailed review of our complicated family situation, asking pertinent questions about our priorities and goals and offering options he prepared a revocable trust, wills and medical directives for us. Once the estate plan was established he offered any future services that might be necessary to update or change the plan or to meet with family members to give an overview of the plan. Mr. Shurden is an insightful, detail oriented estate planning attorney who we felt had our best interest at heart.

I went to Ms. Shoalmire because I was preparing for my old age when I found that it had already slipped up on me. When I told her my specific problem, she immediately knew of a solution. She explained it to me and then told me how long it would take and how much it would cost. The final product was completed and ready for me to sign in three weeks (which included a holiday), and the final charge was very reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Shoalmire!

Of note, is Lisa treated me as if I was the most important client and the only client. She took time to express concern for me as a person as well as my legal issue. I arrived in her office not knowing I needed a lawyer and having to leave the state the following day. Lisa worked after closing to meet my needs. She demonstrated not only expertise legal knowledge but a vast knowledge of many folks and organizations within the elder care industry. Jeremy has provided legal services for my wife and me on several occasions. In every instance he has been professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He has helped us in estate planning by providing wills, power of attorneys, and advanced medical directives. With his expert knowledge of the relevant legals requirements, he has given us wise counsel, but always in way that respects our own wishes and is tailored to our unique needs. Jeremy has also done work for us related to the constitution of an LLC. He walked us through the necessary steps and handled all of the legal requirements.
