Ms. Gray was absolutely amazing in a very difficult situation that I was faced with. My brother became extremely ill and comatose, and I had to get a Guardianship in order to get him the medical and long-term care that he needed. Ms. Gray went above and beyond to guide me and navigate the legal system through his complicated medical situation and even through settling his affairs after his death. After the death of our daughter, my husband and I updated our wills. We are so glad we found Glenda. A friend recommended her to my sister for POA for her father in law. We needed the same paperwork done for our mother and Glenda walked us through the whole thing and made things as easy as possible. Guy is the best attorney my family has dealt with. He assisted my father and me in establishing my father’s trust. We first met with Guy in 1994. My father passed in 2016 and having a living Trust was the best and easiest way to settle his estate.
Guy’s wife, Nancy,also works with the law firm. She has also been a big help to the family during these pass few years.

My daughter bought a home on land contract. She paid religiously for two years but noticed the neighborhood was really declining and the property almost lost half of its value since the inception of the contract, (She paid 72,500 for the house in Jan 2013 and its now valued at 44,500). Knowing she would never be able to get a conventional loan since the value of the home was far less than what she owed, I reached out on AVVO for some quick advice ( she was just going to finish the land contract out and not seek additional financing) . I heard from several attorneys, most of which said she would be sued hugely. They said the home would be sold as a sheriff sale and what monies were owed after that on the remainder of the contract, she would be responsible for and consequently, sued for!!! I was panicked, as she is 23 years old and put all of her savings down on the home. Mr Ott reached out to me, citing an old Land Contract Law which could apply. I met with him that week. He was knowledgable , throrough and kept my emotions in tact saying this sectionaed law could apply. He was so eloquent when trying to negotiate the terms on which to opt out.
What I have learned from this is......................dont ever sign a contract without an attorney reviewing it! Mr. Ott said that we should have put a stipulation in the land contract that she would refinance only if the market value of the home was worth the owed price. Mr. Ott negotiated a cancellation of land contract professionally and with minimal monies needed by my daughter. He was upfront about legal costs and billed accordingly and more than fairly.
If you need an attorney, hire him!!!!

Mr. Ott has been helping me in a probate/potential will contest matter. He gave me good personal service and was very responsive to my questions, concerns, and needs. He did speedy research (on issues dealing with out-of-state law) and continues to monitor my case as it unfolds (or drags out), which is work beyond what I initially expected. When I ask for specific counsel, he is usually very responsive. What I like about his service is that I feel that he "has my back", i.e., he's been acting as my eyes and monitor even when very little on the case is going on.

Extremely satisfied with service from Mr Harrison. We had a confusing series of deed changes for land that had not been probated for several transfers. Mr Harrison's experience in Real Estate law allowed him to guide our local Probate officials through a lesser used section of the Ohio Real Estate law to make this property end up with the proper owner with no problems. I had a really messed up probate case after my mom died. It was a mess. I called around and Attorney Gasper seemed to be able to see through the mess and made sense of it all. The entire case took less than 20 days from open to close for everything. I was told by the court it could take 6 to 9 months. I mean, what else needs to be said? Attorney Gasper was awesome.

Jon came highly recommended to our family. We had no knowledge of what Estate Planning involved. Our first meeting with Jon was nothing but informative. He took as long as we needed to explain in great detail everything we needed to know to make our decision on doing an Estate Plan. There was no pressure to sign up with his firm simply honest answers to our questions. Even as the office was closing for the day Jon stayed focused on our needs. As we left that first meeting we were confident that Jon was honest and sincere.
We were provided packages to bring home to review at our own leisure and told to get back to him if we had any further questions. There were no daily calls to see if we were ready to sign a contract. It was totally our decision at our time. It didn't take us long to commit.
We sent in some information and at our next meeting there was Jon with a 90% product ready to brief us. Documents were ready for our signatures and a notary was standing by to finalize the paperwork. Then we threw Jon a curveball. We have a family member with a possible life threatening health issue. Without hesitation Jon began to explain several options for addressing this within our Estate Plan. Again this was totally our choice on how to proceed. No issue we presented was a challenge to Jon. His 20+ years of experience was a true blessing. What we believed were insurmountable problems Jon seemed to have either dealt with before or knew a way to overcome them.
Every meeting we had dealing with our Estate Plan and Family Trust Jon was present for. There was no passing the buck to someone else within the firm. There may have been one time Jon wasn't available when we tried to set up a meeting and we were asked to reschedule because he insisted on being present.
There are few people in this world that we would trust with our lives and even fewer that we would trust with our plans after we die. Jon McCarty has proven he is that man.

My wife and I set up a living trust with John several years before her sad and unexpected passing. After explaining the case to Tim, he immediately started on the case. He formulated a plan that was to my benefit. The opposing party kept trying to delay and Tim wouldn’t allow them to. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice and diligently works hard for you to get the outcome you desire.
