After a friend died suddenly, Mark helped so much to make sense of all the paperwork I found in the cottage. As executor of the estate, I was at my wits' end to find out how to proceed with probate.

I work with seniors in transition and on estate cases. I have worked with many different estate planning attorneys, and with Wendy on several cases. I have never seen an attorney who works so hard. Attorney Dowling turned things around for me. I have a very complicated case, made much worse by the fact that it was not handled properly by my previous attorneys. Attorney Dowling worked very hard, stopping the loss from the moment that she took over my case. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who has cases related to custody and cross-states jurisdiction.
During the week, we exchanged many emails and had discussions over the phone to clarify my questions and doubts. She understood my case in its complexity and spent hours on documents that I sent her, in order to figure out the right angle to handle the case from. Unlike my previous attorneys, who did not want to spend the time to explain the legal theories and related risks in detail, attorney Dowling would explain the situation patiently and clearly.
From our communication, I feel that attorney Dowling has a very good grasp of legal theories and has a good understanding of different situations and difficult matters. She is the kind of attorney who would only go to the court with a full understanding of the case and thorough preparation.

I do not regret knowing attorney Michael as an attorney and also as a person ; about a year ago,i was referred to him by a mutual frien who is also a lawyer,when i was in financial trouble.

I have used the services of Michael Bartnik for several business and family matters through the years. He has proven to be a knowledgeable attorney who makes himself available to answer my questions as they occur. He is well versed in business matters and recently worked with our new landlord to draw up a lease that benefited our company. He has assisted in closing out estates - specifically one which involved a charitable trust. Also, he has drawn up the required paperwork to help us form a 501C3 while assisting us in the format necessary to submit it properly. Michael Bartnik has helped with personal issues such as a will, and a fight with a medical insurance provider that needed to pay a claim - all with a successful conclusion. He consistently keeps me updated on the progress of all situations. I am certain, I am not recalling all instances, but the point is that he is a great general attorney. He is honest and definitely trustworthy.

I needed a special attorney to handle a complex case involving probate, guardianship, sale of realestate, income tax and asset management. I literally searched google, asked family and friends for an attorney that could take care of all these matters for me and all roads led to lee. It took 2 years to resolve each and every issue but at the end of it all ... I prayed and thanked God I found him. He will always be strait with you, work hard to resolve an issue. He is very reasonably priced which surprised me because I had dealt with attorneys half his ability and paid much more. My best advice to any one reading this review to do your self a favor and give him a call. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

We hired Atty. McKinney to prepare a simple estate plan for my wife and myself, primarily wills for us both and the ancillary documents that typically are included in such a document set.
We thought initially that the fee was a bit high, but in retrospect, we were well served by the thoroughness of what was included.
We have no regrets.

Minerva Vazquez was invaluable in helping us get through a very difficult time. After my father passed away it was stressful and emotionally taxing. We had to grieve his loss, arrange funeral services, sort through all legal and financial matters related to his retirement, insurance and estate.
Although my father was a dedicated, hard-working man he did not have a will or trust prepared. This created a level of anxiety and uneasiness for my mother and other members of the family. We were able to sort through all other financial matters except for the will and trust. It was important to my mom that a will and trust be created in case anything should happen to her.
With my home being in North Carolina and my Mom’s in Miami, Minerva and staff went above and beyond to communicate and schedule a time to meet with us to finalize the will and trust. They were very responsive and thorough.
Minerva walked us through the process and answered our questions no matter how trivial. Her experience and knowledge gave my mom and I a sense of peace and confidence that things were taken care of.

Laura took over my injury case after my previous attorney was unable to continue. She hit the ground running and didn't skip a beat. Staying on top of the other driver's insurance company and pushing my case along. Laura consulted with me when needed and had my best interest when advocating for me. Always telling it straight, the good and the bad. In the end a settlement was reached which was more than I was hoping for. I was recommended to Laura Lindsey and the Walton Law firm by a relative after I suffered injuries from an accident. From the start, I could tell I was in good hands. Laura is incredibly hard working and detail-oriented. Personal injury cases are often complex so you need someone who minds the details. She sat down with me and completely dissected my case from start to finish and laid out several scenarios for how the case would transpire. Over the following weeks, she kept me continually up to date and helped me through the complexities of my treatment and insurance issues. She was also very honest - when it became apparent that the case required an attorney with a different specialty than Walton Law she recommended a different lawyer whom I am now with and happy with. If she hadn't gone to the trouble of researching and finding an attorney with the required specialty I required, I would be out of luck. I highly doubt I would have received the same care from another attorney after they realized a lawyer with a different specialty was needed. Marcella is one of the most caring, compassionate, honest attorneys I have ever dealt with. I 'm from out of state residing temporarily in corporate apartments and was in need of a Power of Attorney. Thank goodness there was a neighborhood lawyer less than a mile away that provided the service that I needed, Mrs./Miss Marcella was that lawyer. She even answered by e-mail on Sunday afternoon concerning my POA.. The next day after work my POA was ready and my wife was very happy when she received the POA the next following day. Also a UPS Store was in the neighborhood. Now how convenient is that. Two birds with one stone. If you live around the Town Square Market at River city in Jacksonville you are very lucky to have this Lawyers service at your door step. By all means please stop in and give her a visit.

There are always two sides to every story, as indicated by the reviews and responses. I can only give you my perception and outcome from my dealings with Mrs. Taylor. First, I called to schedule an appointment with a "lawyer for people with limited income" and the fee was $295 per hour, now let me assure you I have never paid that amount of money in any of my appointments with Mrs. Taylor. Now, I'm sure someone will say, "you get what you pay for", in this case, I would say, "Board certified". In my opinion, Mrs. Taylor simplifies everything by telling you the bottom line. I would recommend Mrs. Taylor and if she isn't able to return your call right away, call again or better yet pay $300 or more per hour for the same law advice. In addition, I have in the past called for legal advice in which I will not mention names and I still have not heard back. In conclusion, Mrs. Taylor is, in my opinion, an honest and caring person with years of attorney experience. She is the first lawyer you should call if she can't help you she will tell you.

My aging parents needed updated wills and a trust for real estate, and I was referred to Dave by a friend. We had our initial meeting with Dave a few years ago to discuss their individual desires. The meeting could be described as 'painful' at best, since my parents had made decisions as to their respective beneficiaries without discussion between themselves before the meeting. There was a look of shock on both my parents' faces as they each described how they wanted their property divided. Dave was extremely sensitive to the situation when he realized there was more going on than just a standard will and trust for two people in their 80s. He very diplomatically pointed out the possible legal issues with their choices of beneficiaries and how they wanted property disposed, and also brought up in a sensitive manner the personal ramifications. After a very frank and robust discussion, both parents were satisfied with Dave's recommendations, and the wills and trust were put in place.
My mother passed away a few years after the meeting. Dave and his paralegal Brenda were very responsive to my needs as executor and trustee, which was complicated by my living out of state. They arranged their schedules so I could meet with them when I was in town. Dave was pragmatic in advising me as to what I could/should handle versus what they could do as lawyers for my mother and the trust. I got the sense that he was not looking to do simple tasks just to generate billable hours. They responded quickly to questions about forms to be filed, possible issues with the trust selling the family home, and additional documents needed by the realtor.
It is very hard when a parent passes away, and the groundwork laid by Dave a few years ago made the estate settlement process less complicated than it would have been without the will and trust. Dave and Brenda helped throughout the settlement process, from the time of her death to the trust distribution. Working with them was one of the more pleasant aspects during this trying time.

Dave Osterman is one of the finest attorney's I've worked with. He came recommended to me by a friend, who Dave had just completed a Living Trust for. Dave's fee structure was simple and he delivered far more value than I felt he charged. The Living Trust he prepared for my wife and I was incredibly detailed and covered aspects of our assets I had not even thought of. He continues to answer questions on my trust, to this day, years after preparing it. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone, particularly with a large portfolio of assets.

My husband and I have found ourselves in a desperate situation dealing with debilitating chronic disease. My husband's health had been declining too fast too soon. One of the most settling things I did with my parents was to sit with Mr. Walser and have him explain to all of us how to prepare my parent's estate. It put both my mother and father at complete ease knowing they had someone they could trust to call should they have any questions. My dad has since passed and everything went exactly as Mr. Walser told us it would with his estate. It isn't an easy task preparing for your parent's to leave you but it doesn't have to be filled with worry if you get good advice in advance. Several years ago, my mother hired Mr. Gatesman to do a Medicaid plan for my father who was entering a nursing home. When my father’s condition suddenly got worse, Mr. Gatesman quickly changed gears, and through his fast action, all of my parents’ assets ended up in a trust under my father’s will. When she needed to move into a retirement community, he came up with a way to secure a mortgage using trust assets to secure a loan on her residence, then converting it into a rental unit that provided my mother both income and secure support through trust assets. The trust allowed my mother to continue living as she always had been living, but when she too needed nursing home care, none of the assets in the trust had to be used to pay for her care. Mr. Gatesman then guided me through the baffling process of obtaining Medicaid benefits to pay my mother’s nursing home costs. This was a daunting journey, but his attention and direction to the actions that needed to be taken made the journey successful. With Mr. Gatesman’s guidance, my parents were able to preserve all of their assets, including their home. I am very pleased with Mr. Gatesman’s representation and I highly recommend his services to others.

Due to the untimely death of one relative, I was thrust into a dual position of Estate Administrator and Conservator of an elderly second relative. Since this situation was all new to me I had to rely extensively on legal guidance. Attorney Alyson Marcuccio was exemplary in this regard. The situation with my relatives was somewhat complicated due to property title issues, asset identification, and interaction with the State over prior services provided by them to my deceased relative. Mr. Smith was was detained by me in order to assist with a Trust after the passing of my mother. I was left as Trustee and entrusted with the task of preparing and selling my moms home. This should of been an easy task but became some what difficult. The Trust was to be divided amongst 3 siblings but as it happened one of the three made it difficult wanting and demanding more then their share. This matter took longer then it should of but, with the knowledge and help of Mr. Smith everything fell in place and the division of the Trust concluded. For his assistance I give him 5 stars.
