Defended my case well, even though he was always late to the proceedings. But then when I tried to appeal the outcome ignored my calls and emails. My appeal was eventually heard but that part was sloppily handled. He charges too much for a mediocre performance. If you're going to spend a lot of money on an attorney, look for someone more reputable.

As for someone who is a victim of sexual assault. I came across this law firm hoping to be taken as a client but unfortunately this did not happen. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is very nice. However, they make it seem like you are talking to Norma for the 1 hour intake call on the website but really you are speaking to a Law Clerk named Roshelle who was also very nice. I did not appreciate the fact, they didn’t have the decency to call me to tell me the unfortunate news. I had to scroll through a bunch of emails to find an email from Norma. If you have to pay a $275 fee (only refundable if they don’t take you as a client) just for a person to get information about your legal situation when other lawyers do it for free is kind of crazy.

My boyfriend has a family case which we wasn't knowledgeable about. We reached out to Mr. Fisher for a phone consultation and he was very pleasant, patient, a good listener and most of all very professional. He answered all our questions and direct us on what to do going forward you would have thought he already handling the case. Even after he gave us that consultation over the phone we needed some clarity on a few things, so I called back and made a second appointment for another in person consultation. Again Mr. Fisher sat with us diligently and answer every questions and concerns we had.. I strongly recommend this lawyer he deserved 10 stars . Remeber this experience is just for a consultation. After 12 years and three different lawyers. I came across Mr. Yurachek’s name from a USA TODAY article. He successfully blocked a Georgia county from placing signs in yards concerning off limits for Trick or Treaters due to a person at the residence offender’s status. Mr. Yurachek was able to put together an extremely solid argument for my petition for removal from the Registry. It took a long time (Due to the COVID shutdowns) to get my request through the Judicial system. He and his team were relentless and were able to successfully have me removed from the registry. I became very close with his team, especially Mimi, through the years. I want to say to everyone involved, thank you and have a safe and Happy New Year.

It’s incredible to read the other review that had a negative experience with his law firm Because it sounds just like my story. Lack of action, the feeling like you are begging or asking for something rather than paying for service. The lack of thorough explanation about the legal process and the simplicity of time your actual consequences seems to be a trademark of this lawyer. I am now confused because I don’t know if he was working for the DA office or if he was there to represent me and fight for my innocence because looking back, there was always a deal on the table, There was always an option of simplicity, as if he didn’t want to be bothered with this issue. I completely understand the result of those actions because a simple search and reading of the legal system lead me to understand the consequences of his lack of action, a convicted felon, taking the time to explain or looking into other options rather than a quick deal that he prosecutor to get out of the way. I’m not here to ask for anything from the justice system or from this man I’m here to prevent you from making a mistake if you’re reading this for an actual lawyer says if you feel like your second home then go ahead and hire him

I met this man a couple years ago when a friend of mine needed help and I'll tell you what from back then he was amazing but I ended up getting into some trouble and as soon as he received the phone call he jumped into action I used his bail man and I was out within a few hours and I had Mr Chris retained before I even was released I can sell you one thing about him when it comes to his clients he does not play around with the case that I had pending I was looking at doing many years but this man right here made sure that I received a phone call from him today with the best news ever that my case was dismissed I can never thank him enough too bad I can't make a cheesecake take in anymore but if you are ever in need of a great or one of the best I should say criminal defense attorneys call this man right here.

Judicial Ethics Alert
It’s important to know that Magisterial District Judges in Pennsylvania are prohibited from practicing law while serving on the bench. This rule ensures that judges remain impartial and fully dedicated to their judicial duties. Here are some of the key guidelines:
1. Pennsylvania Code of Judicial Conduct
Canon 3: Judges must avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all of their activities.
Canon 4 and Rule 4.1(A)(8): Judges are not permitted to practice law. This applies to all judicial officers, including Magisterial District Judges. Practicing law while holding a judicial office would present a direct conflict of interest and compromise judicial impartiality.
2. Pennsylvania Rules of Judicial Administration
Rule 15-206 (Magisterial District Judges): This rule specifically restricts Magisterial District Judges from practicing law or having any employment that could conflict with their judicial duties. This rule is designed to ensure that judicial officers dedicate their time and efforts solely to their judicial responsibilities.
3. Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board (JCB) Enforcement
The JCB enforces compliance with judicial ethics and can investigate complaints about judges who violate these rules. If a Magisterial District Judge were found practicing law, they would be subject to disciplinary action, which could include suspension, fines, or removal from office.
4. State Constitution and Statutory Law
Under Article V, Section 17 of the Pennsylvania Constitution, judges, including Magisterial District Judges, are restricted from holding other offices or positions that could interfere with their judicial duties.
42 Pa.C.S. § 3304: Prohibits judges from engaging in the practice of law or from conducting activities that could lead to conflicts with judicial duties.
In summary, Pennsylvania law is explicit that magistrates or Magisterial District Judges cannot practice law concurrently with their judicial duties. If there is evidence of a magistrate engaging in both roles, it could be grounds for filing a complaint with the Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania, leading to potential disciplinary measures.

I hired Sharon Williams to help me with a name change. I told her I wanted to use an attorney with experience in this sort of thing so I wouldn't have to worry about it and would get it done fast as I need to have my preferred name match for my job. She told me not to worry, that she would take care of it quickly. I initially met with her in late July, and I signed my petition in early August. it is now January and the process is not done. She has been very unresponsive, as I've texted her multiple times asking for specifics on why this is taking so long. I now haven't heard from her in a week. I've called her office multiple times with no answer and left messages. Called her phone but the voicemail box is full. The lack of communication leaves me to not trust that she is able to do the job I paid her to do in a timely manner, and feel like I've wasted my time and money for something I would have been better off doing myself. Ive spoken with people who have changed their names on their own with no attorney and most did it within a month. I am at 5 months. My passport has expired and my license expires soon which will be a major complication where I have to renew it under my old name, while I was under the impression would have been taken care of by now. I would not trust Sharon Williams with anything as important as custody or a will if she can't even properly do a name change.

Bill really (figuratively) held my hand during a traumatic time for me and my family. I believed at some points he was going to drop me as a client because my case was a headache. When I was arrested for felon in possession of ammunition and charged federally me not my family knew what to do. This was all very new to all of us. I was given George's name by a friend an man was it a life saver. I still ended up doing 21 months but that's because of my past criminal history. He was able to get two felonies knocked off my my criminal history which took away points for sentencing since everything federal is on a point system. Hank came to see me every two weeks even if there wasn't anything new to tell me he just wanted to see how I was and where my head was at. He is an AMAZING attorney and now I can call him a friend! George will return your calls, but he never has anything together. Just walk into his office- that’ll explain where he’s at in his mind. It’s a complete disaster. He was supposed to find out several things pertaining my case & he failed. For one- my vehicle was immobilized & was supposed to be for only 45days. I asked him specifically about having that taking off & he was supposed to check into it. He didn’t. Instead, he gave me some rant about “ohhh it’s the Ohio law, it has to be on for 90days!” WRONG! Judge couldn’t believe I was still paying for a club on my vehicle & that I had gone an extra month with that on! For 2- He is not a “voice”- in fact they call him “whispering George.” He talks about other peoples situations (very unprofessional) rather than yours- giving example after example. He does poorly with doing what he says he’s going to do. I was referred to him from a good friend that used him many years ago. He may have been good back then but this man needs to retire because it’s obvious he’s tired at what he does. Lastly, he was my ride to & from court. I was ordered to the probation department to get that going & was told it may take up to a half hour. George claims his “daughter has an emergency” & hands me money for an Uber! Here I am, almost an hour away from home, in another county wondering when I can get picked up & taken home! The bailiff of the court room couldn’t even believe what he witnessed. My grandmother passed in June, she chose them for her attorney to handle her will. Not only did they get 2 out of the 4 siblings addresses wrong but it also took multiple attempts to get the address fixed. Not to mention when we reached out to get information about when the checks had been sent we were given a horrible explanation on top of all of us siblings being treated like idiots. We’re grieving the loss of our grandmother, there’s no reason to be told “I don’t know every case off the top of my head.”
I wish I could give negative stars. The way they’ve handled everything has been horrible, with no explanation.
