Andrew was hired to be the "guardian" for my two children. He interviewed them about 15 minutes. Andrew met with their counselor for about 15 minutes. Then Andrew proceeds to show up to the next 3 court hearings saying he is at a loss on what to recommend and does not know what to do and was "looking for direction" from the Judge. Andrew failed to complete his work he was paid for.
Edit: Your response confirms my opinion. I am not saying I disagree with your judgement. I am saying you did not do your work. You never made a recommendation, You also didn't even file the required paperwork (confirmed by my attorney) you never submitted 'voice of the child' paperwork to the court. Typically, when someone does not complete their work on time it shows lack of care and effort.

Mr. Bartell - Without getting into the specifics of your case, I disagree with your characterization of my involvement. I am often appointed to represent the best interest of children in difficult situations. I do not represent either parent - my job is to represent the children's best interest in Court, and sometimes that means making decisions and taking positions that one parent or the other may not agree with. David Abromowitz was the lawyer I hired to help set up my IV Hydration and Vitamin Infusion business. He charged me quadruple what was discussed (quoted me 3.5-5K - charged me over 20K and I paid a final amount of OVER 12k - astronomical amount) and took 3 times as long to complete the job. Three other nurses in my coaching group (NursePreneurs) had similar experiences with him and another nurse, coincidentally, came forward today from a different IV Hydration/Vitamin Infusion business reporting the same story. RNs - be warned! He is dishonest and will overcharge you! I notified the BBB but his response was "I'm sorry she didn't understand". You and I both know the truth, Mr. Abromowitz. You were intentionally dishonest. It's people like you that give lawyers a bad name. All these RNs trusted you, I trusted you. Despite your lawyerly response to this review - you and I know the truth.

Very unprofessional. I paid Jessica $350; all she did was eat her breakfast, and she gave me some paperwork. She was too rude even to answer any questions and never answered my calls after the original consultation . She then claimed to have sent me several emails and demanded that I answer her (her way to get rid of me as a client) to sever her services; at this point, I realized it was best to cut my losses and get a lawyer who cared. Please don't waste your time with this one; she is a high-priced waste of your time.

Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

I hired him and he did absolutely nothing on my case. In fact, he lied to me and sold me out. Glenn is lazy and in most instances he just draws the case out to get a deal at the end. If you need real work on your case he doesn't do it unless it is high profile. Do not hire him. I do not recommend him under any circumstance. He will sell you out, talk to you like you are stupid and he won't fight for you. Don't do it!

Mark is the man. Traveling through Kentucky, I left the commonwealth with several charges including a couple felonies. Waited until the last minute and finally turned to Google to find an attorney to help me through my.. situation

My father badly needs help and because I asked too many questions during the intro talk (I guess that's why? Fridman interrupted me mid sentence to say he was declining) then declined the case and coldly, cruelly, dismissively told me to look elsewhere. The “only secretary of the office” as she said herself is extremely rude and dismissive. She told me because of their workload the office will only respond via letters no information on the phone. When i asked the lady her name she tells me she doesn’t have to give me that information and that she is the only secretary of the office. I told her how can she be employed in an office and speak to customers in such a tone yet not want to state her name? When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said it was Allen Dubois but he was not there. I told her I will be making a complaint on her attitude and she hung up on me. Someone needs to fire this lady because why are you even employed if you don’t want to give your name or any information to the community seeking assistance from your office?

She seemed a kind caring person when I first met her. When the report was finalized and I was given a copy, I was shocked to learn that a lot of the major issues that I told her about my ex wife were not documented in the report. She made me sound like the most evil person on earth. Which is OK. But the fact she didn't document the event that I told her about my ex driving on the highway texting on her phone with four kids in the car and gets in a car accident because she was texting while driving, that doesn't matter anymore. Or my ex going to Chicago six or seven times to visit her family and had NO car seat for my 4 years old son, is not an Issue! The conflict of interest with Jessica's husband, Mathew,works for BRE Law where my ex's attorney is partnered with the other attorneys, is not an issue.
I willl give Jessica a credit for saying that my kids have not had BBQ for six months, because not having a BBQ is a life threatening situation. I can write a whole book on here about the injustice and discrimination, but I choose not to waste my time. I will keep keep fighting in court until I get my kids. May God be on my side!

John Henry Browne was the biggest blunder in my federal case. He was so unprepared for trial that the prosecution labeled him "pathetic." The judge also later described his representation as poor and inadequate. Anyone facing criminal charges for the first time might feel overwhelmed and fall into the trap of hiring someone with an inflated or manipulated reputation.
The only times I met John were during the initial consultation and to pay him trial fees. The suppression hearing was handled by an incompetent attorney (C.S.) who was nearly ejected from the courtroom by the screaming judge. He fired the only attorney handling my case just days before trial, with whom he had a falling out in another courtroom, later becoming the town's gossip. It's clear now that JHB ensured I didn't have a defense and wouldn't have the opportunity to make a record. JHB did not meet with me after I was convicted and locked away. He told me it was a better place to argue my case on appeal rather than the district court, and besides, he was going on vacation. The judge had few words on record regarding his vacation priority. There were instances of slurred speech and clown-like behavior that made us wonder if he was on drugs or perhaps heavily medicated due to some condition. Turns out he's a known junkie!
The case was later handled by a few more inexperienced attorneys, another one (C.V.) to be yelled at and nearly thrown out of the courtroom by Judge Robart, whose behavior raised concerns about his mental stability, to say the least. Unfortunately, it isn't easy to find court filings and transcripts where the public could gain better insight into JHB. Sadly, these real reviews might not do much, as he's enjoyed himself for far too long at the expense of desperate people. I hope no one has to deal with him because your future options may have to be creative and well-motivated. It's best to avoid JHB altogether; nothing good can come of him.

Mr.Henderson did a terrible job representing me. He worked with the prosecution getting them what they want more than he worked with to get me a fair deal. He coerced me into signing with misleading comments about what would happen if I didn’t take the bad deal I was being offered and false promises about how much time I would really do on a sentence that big. Don’t trust him even if you payed him. I he believes these are libelous lies, I encourage him to take me to civil court and prove it because he can not.
